Chloe Rose Boutique is a cute little boutique in downtown New Braunfels. I must say that New Braunfels has upped its game in general and specifically with this boutique. Chloe Rose is stylish, trendy women's clothing with contemporary items, accessories, and statement pieces. The store has large windows, which emit lots of natural light. Chloe Rose is bright, clean, and with a variety of merchandise. Clothing, jewelry, shoes, and accessories are arranged in a way that makes browsing easy. The store appears to be organized by merchandise type and color. Chloe Rose has a variety of items that you might wear for events, trips, or special occasions. The items were at a low to moderate price point. Arrington, my boutique representative, could not have been more helpful. She offered to style an outfit for me. She was also rather helpful in pointing out pieces I may like. She was super pleasant and gave me the impression that she cared about me as a person. This type of interaction made me want to come back Chloe Rose again. It was starting to rain heavily again, so I did not stay as long as liked. However, I will definitely come in again. read more

You can't get better customer service than from the beautiful ladies that work here. It's an experience, not just an ordinary shop where you are on your own. I tried to make a purchase with this company, but their purchasing system boggled the purchase, and instead of using the credit card I entered, without my authorization it charged my debit card. Furthermore, when I received the product it was,cheap looking, and their return policy makes it more costly to return something than to keep it. So, I gave it one star. If it were possible, I would have given it zero stars. read more

Rave to the blonde girl named Darby!! She was so sweet and helped me out when I was trying to find a blouse for my college senior pictures, she asked all the right questions about what I was looking for and gave results!! Could not recommend asking for her more! She is a gem! The bad: found a shirt, went to the register and waited for a solid ~5 minutes for someone to show up, and when they did they helped someone with their broken jewelry, (which is fine) but then when they asked if I needed anything I said I wanted to check out and they took my shirt that came from the sale rack without a tag and had to take pictures of it and send it to someone & told me "I have to wait for a price on this". This lead to an increasingly long wait time. There was 4-5 people in line behind me. The cashier was just not very good at handling a fast-paced job, it seemed. I think it's so odd that they have to message someone a picture of a shirt to get a price, is there not a manager on duty that can figure this out? The cashier had red/auburn curly hair, and had a bit of an attitude when I just let her know where I found the shirt. The stores rush ended before I went to the register but I still probably waited in line for 10 minutes, just waiting on a text message for a made up price. I just ended up leaving empty handed since the cashier just disappeared. read more

This is absolutely hands down the best boutique I've ever been to. The staff is so friendly and they always find the right outfit for me. They have amazing selection of every type of clothing you may need for any occasion and help me find what I'm looking for. I read a lot of reviews saying the staff is rude and I assume these people believe the women are "stand offish" because everyone who works here is beautiful. That's not the case at all I have probably met every staff member here as many times as I have been! The service here is unmatched!! read more

My new favorite boutique!! I've never had such an amazing experience at a clothing store. I was greeted as soon as I walked in by a smiling face who was more than happy to help me find what I need. As I continued through the store, two more girls offered help! As I tried on dresses, the girls wanted to see me in every one, gave me great advice, and kept bringing me more options. I ended up with at least 4 women helping me find the perfect dress. They all stayed past closing time to help me out, which was nice. They didn't rush or pressure me. They laughed and joked and I ended up feeling like I was shopping with close friends:') 12/10 to this store. Will definitely be back! read more

I used to love coming to this store when I was in town, until they tried to scam me! I purchased pants to be shipped to me bc my size wasn't in store, and they shipped me the wrong size AND the buttons were missing off the pants. Instead of owning their mistake and offering a refund, they tried to only give me store credit. They also didn't believe me about the pants and said "well, we've never had this issue with these pants." Why would anyone want store credit and come back to your store when you clearly believe sending broken products is acceptable? Gross way of taking money from people. read more

My mom, daughter, and I visited this boutique today. They do have some cute things and one of the *many* young women working was very pleasant and helpful, but at least 4 others were pretty snotty. One even made my mother (who has some mobility issues) get up out of a chair as soon as she sat down so she could move it back to its "correct" location -- and, no, we didn't move it, nor was it blocking any pathway. None of the shoes had any prices visible. Many of the clothes were unmarked. The whole experience was pretty frustrating and a little unpleasant. My daughter was really looking forward to checking the shop out, and, to be fair, we did end up buying a top, but we won't be going back. read more

We went to this location to get certain outfits my daughter needed for her sorority and the customer service was amazing! Every employee in the store was going above and beyond to look for what we needed, help her adjust some of the clothes, zip zippers, and anything else we needed! You just don't get that service most places. We were able to get all of the clothes she needed in their one location! The pricing was great also considering these items are all boutique quality and will stand out for my daughter's events. read more

To say the least, my shopping experience was horrible. I waited forever to be helped, when I was browsing through the store I felt out of place and I felt judged by my size and color by this one employee with a small frame and blond hair. I felt like I couldn't approach her with my questions. So I went to another employee but the workers looked tired & over worked. I wanted to see if the store carried my size (8) since all I saw was size small. However at close inspection of the material, it felt cheap and see-through although their clothing is every much on trend. However, I will not drop nearly 65 after tax for a short sleeveless dress. I wouldn't mind spending 20 to 40 for a dress but if I'm dropping nearly 65 I expect better quality of material. I wouldn't shop here if you are a curvy Latina like me. I did not feel welcome or comfortable due to the lack inclusivity in their store and clothing . Last time I check it's 2222; all stores need to inclusive to all types of women especially if the store is based in San Antonio. Majority of the population are Hispanic/Latin with the average size of 14. I think this store needs to be train in diversity, inclusivity or a change in ownership. read more

There is no plus size options. I would definitely shop here more often if there was more plus size options. There is no size inclusivity. On the Instagram for Chloe Rose, there is only girls who look to be about a size 2 to a size 6. I would like to see more plus size women represented in this company. The last time I went in the staff seemed annoyed and rude. The staff are either never leaving you alone or don't help you at all. When they never leave you alone it feels like you're being accused of trying to steal something. And when they never help you if you do ask for help they will get annoyed. Overall the experience is very hostile and non welcoming. read more

I went to their New Braunfels location just recently and I loved their clothes! Unfortunately however, the employees were really kind of mean. As I was going through the store I kept getting judgy looks from the employees, and whenever I paused to look at something an employee would stand impatiently nearby until I moved. I know there are different locations I am leaving this for the Alamo Heights location. I've been coming here since they first opened. I absolutely love their clothing but their staff are so rude. You can't hold the items you want to purchase while you're looking around. Lol. For example, they ask you to get a fitting room over a dozen times and I'm not exaggerating. You can't shop in peace without one of their girls or several of them asking you to get a fitting room. I'll get a fitting room when I'm ready you don't have to keep asking. Once you do leave the fitting room and you decide you want an item they yank it off you and take it to the front. As if I'm done looking? I was trying to find a pretty blouse but I found a few of them and couldn't decide. So Denise just grabbed it from me and took it to the front because I couldn't walk around comparing which top I wanted more. She was so rude. It happens almost every time I come but I still shop here because their clothing is cute and I'm nearby but I'm just now leaving a review about it after this last time. The older woman who works here is much more pleasant and definitely doesn't do this. I've worked in retail before it definitely shouldn't be like this. read more

I love this shop and it is one of my daughters favorites...we've generally always been happy with this shop but we have learned that if you order online there is a 15 day return policy, not just for store credit but to return an item at all. We will just stick to in store purchases and sometimes 15 days from order, to receiving via first class mail to try and getting it back to them can be tight.
