Although this location appears to be a smaller store, I usually find what I'm looking for here. If they don't have the exact & size item I want, I can easily order the item online with a free in store pick up....how convenient is that! I've found that I've purchased items in store, gone home and received an email with the same item price lowered... & It's never a problem with them doing an adjustment. Any employee I've been in contact with has always been friendly, and most helpful. If asked they will assist without hesitation. Bought my daughter Nike socks and the tag said it was $14 but it rang up $18. Yes! $4 difference but every dollar counts since everything is so expensive now. Went to customer service desk and the girl there was unbelievable! I told her the label says $14 and she said no it says it's $18 and she looked behind me and says, omg there's a line! I got there first and a group of men came after me and she was more worried about them than me! I asked if she would honor the $14 because all stores do when it is there fault for putting the wrong price on it and she's like uhhhhh yes but there's so much people here now and I have to call the manager. I turned around and there was literally only like 4 guys which were all together! So I took the damn socks and said fuck this! Walked out ! Will never ever go to this location ever again! If they don't care for their customers then why the hell should I give my business to them! I'll go to a different location! Btw, if I could, I would give it a ZERO star!!!!! read more

Food was excellent, dinner service was great, and I personally really enjoyed the Mahi Mahi.

I know what you're thinking. Why would someone who lives 10 minutes from the New Hampshire border shop in Massachusetts? It's insane, I know, but sometimes, when I have worked all day, rushed home to put my toddler to bed, and shoved some dinner down my throat, and I STILL need to get a bathing suit for tomorrow morning's Mom and Tot swim class (or some pillows for a houseguest who is about to arrive, or a last-minute birthday gift for my mother-in-law), I find myself at this Kohl's, 5 minutes from my house. This location is big, but not too big. I always find my size, and no one bothers me too much. It's neat enough so that I can find what I am looking for, but not so neat that I feel self-conscious when I tornado my way through the place in a messy rush. Also, they almost always keep a careful eye on how long the lines are getting, and call in reinforcements to the registers when things are starting to get out of hand. In the end, this Kohl's does everything I want a Kohl's to do - it has a decent selection, efficient staff, good deals, and is mercifully convenient. Thumbs up. read more

I never thought I'd be reviewing a Kohl's... but here goes... I always figured Kohl's to be another Target or even K-mart but I was wrong. It seemed like any other department store when first entering but after wandering around for a bit I noticed that they had actual discounts for nice clothing. I mainly hung around the mens formal attire section and there were some really unbelievable deals. Discount suits, shirts and ties. I found a really nice Blazer which was supposedly usually $175 dollars marked down to $17 dollars! I also got a nice dress shirt and tie. The total of my order came to around $56 dollars! Not bad at all! I'm really REALLLY not a shopper but i had good results from my experience at Kohl's. I like my blazer, but i guess we'll see how long the buttons will hold their ground read more

There was three people checking out shoppers and three other staff mulling around. Line wasn't long just took forever to move. Lots of chit chat then selling there credit card just hated the hanging out. I think the manger could have opened another cashier but nope she couldn't figure it out. Basically could have done better at check out. No excuse for it. It's my money and it's time to shop elsewhere. read more

The store always seems to be a little messy with clothes everywhere. But the staff is always friendly and nice. And are always helpful.

Overpriced and cheaply made. I could not even find a shower curtain to buy. What a waste of space!

Great prices super great when they have all the coupon and when they put everything on clearance from 50% off 80% off you can get anything for almost nothing and is great quality clothes!!!! read more

I think it is fine over here. Some of the prices are high, others are very good. Wide selection and very good customer service.

expect a disastrously organized store (think walmart at 8pm after a black friday mob) and a staff that walks through the store texting rather than any semblence of interest in a human walking by nevermind a customer. also expect a sears like experience of "i see a register but not a cashier." overhead announcements that are not in english. odd. read more
