Used to get all my work clothing from them and they USED to be great. Today walked and waited over 15 mins before we had to grab someone and ask for service. Very rude and without turning around said "what you need?" I was looking for work slacks and explained I hand buy normally due to height. Mr Rude pointed me to a display of Haggar pants, available at Kohls then said "you need them hemmed. Then pointed me to a wall of suits and said "those are long and have to be tailored". No measurements, no customer service, said "you have to decide what you want. ". I did decide that I will NEVER return. Selection was poor, prices were high and customer service was zero. If I could give zero stars I would. Off to George's! Very dissapointed. read more

Ugggg, worst experience at this location renting my son a tux for the prom. We had an extremely inexperienced salesman. Literally had no idea what he was doing. Tried telling us that you wear a cumberbund over a vest and in my limited knowledge of tuxedos knew that that was absolutely not a thing. I was so worried about our order with this guy that I went to another locaton to have them double check all the measurements. I'm glad I did, two measurements were wrong and the wrong vest was ordered. Cut to the day we pick up the tux, we get it home and it was a black shirt instead of a white one and the sleeves on the jacket were four inches too long. Back to the store we went and had to wait an hour to have the sleeves fixed. We had an early morning flight the day after prom and got the tuxedo back a little late, but they were more than eager to slap on a $60 late fee! I said, how about all the inconvenience your incompetence has cost me in time and gas etc. Do I get any discount for the aggravation you caused me? Nope! and we are still collecting your late charge. What a joke, I had to write a review. Go somewhere else and save yourself the hassle! read more

Went into the store to return a suit. I gave the suit to someone working there. Told me i was allset when i handed her the suit. I realized that I kept the the tag/recipe. I'm not sure how she'll know it was me. Called about 20 times across the day. Never picked up once. read more

Check EVERYTHING before you leave. We showed up to pick up tuxedos for my brother's wedding. All four of us had something in the wrong size. My shirt was different as everyone one had French cuff shirts w cuff links and mine was a regular button cuff. Whatever. No one could tell. I had to go back the day before the wedding but the Bride's dad had to go back the day of to get the rest of his. If you are planning on going with these guys, INSIST your stuff be ready a few days before to prepare for their mistakes. I don't blame the store, fully, as they just get it shipped to them. But they could have checked the stuff too. My brother was pretty ticked off. I don't blame him. read more

Rockingham mall NH, Was part of a wedding party. Fitted for a Tux. Went and picked up tried on in store. Suit was still too long, shirt arms were to long. Employee stated that's the kind of design the groom picked um no. You didn't fix it. While the shirt hung to my knees lets not mention that. Another person in this party got his stuff and the pants made him look like he was wearing Capri pants. He had to go back the day before to get fitted once again. Oh and we all had to go back to the store to pick up Suspenders which they forgot to give us. Then my brother in law and I brought them back a day late and we get charged an extra 20 for a day late. Disorganized and unreliable! We had a suit rental account setup for our Wedding, slated for September 2019 since January 2019. We thought we were getting 1 FREE custom-express suit with 6 paid suit rentals. That was a big farse! False advertising.They mixed-up our account with another wedding party, as the grooms had the same name. When the suits arrived, they were nowhere near the measurements they initially took. The jackets and pants had to be reordered or hemmed for almost everyone in our party - requiring us to visit the store on numerous occasions - right up until our wedding day. The men did not change size that drastically! No staff member apologized for their shoddy service, just quickly brushed it off or laid blame on someone else. You've been warned. Go somewhere else as you wont be taken care of here! read more

Recently went to the Mall at Rockingham Park location and was shocked by how rude and irritable one of their employees (George) was dealing with customers. Never seen anything like it...and I've had a few poor customer service experiences at MW in the past. He literally wanted to argue and talk back when I called him out on it instead of apologizing. I witnessed it with customers before me, to me when I was with my kids, and after with somebody else. They get busy this time of the year with Proms and Weddings, but no excuses to treat customers that way. They should do a better job during the hiring process, some are just not suited to deal with people. read more

Went in with an emergency, needed a suit by the next morning. Picked a suit and measured by the time I was ready to pay I was sold on 2 other suits. I must also point out that before I cashed out they had my suit measured and ready to take with me to help me advert a situation at work. Great salesmanship and fun atmosphere. He told the clerk Aidan about the James Bond themed party we're attending, and Aidan hooked him up with a tailor made suit and shoes that are very similar to a tux. They were extremely busy when I went in on a Sunday and didn't really have to wait forever! Once someone was available I was being helped immediately. I believe the gentlemans name was wuan or won who helped me and I say the first suit I got looks and fits amazing, the leg came undone the second time I wore them and they fixed it in seconds. Still waiting for my second suit because it was custom ordered but I'm pretty confident it will be amazing!! read more

My husband and I went on Wednesday August 14, 2019. He needed it altered which we were charged for. He was measured by a "tailor" snd we were told to come pick suit up on 21st. jacket was fine, pants were either Not tailored at all or done incorrectly. He couldn't let go of pants or they would have fallen down! Guy says he's gonna wear suspenders anyway so they won't fall off. Are you serious??? There'd be a lot of space around waist. Every guy working has tailored clothes so that they fit like a glove. Don't tell me that's ok. He picked them up last night still hasn't tried them in. Oh and suit wasn't pressed or steamed! Never ever go there for anything!! I give 1 star because I couldn't give zero. Even at that they deserve less than zero!!! read more

My son was fitted for a Tuxedo in the San Francisco location during his spring vacation with his dad. We bought the Tuxedo because he was attending two proms and it was less expensive to just buy it than rent it twice. All the SF store had to do was ship it to the Rockingham store...we did this all a month before the first prom...simple. Two days before the first prom we went in to pick up the tux at Rockingham and it had not left SF. The Assistant Manager of Rockingham, Woon Chul Fisher, called SF and confirmed that the tux would be sent overnight for delivery the next morning...tight, but still manageable. The next day when we went in...the tux had still not left SF. The staff at Rockingham leapt into high gear for us. They helped us select a lovely, tasteful suit and did alterations in record time. The worked with us on cost so that it wasn't horrible. They were patient with my hysterical, drama queen teenager, and they bent over backwards to make a *really* stressful situation far less of a disaster than it could have been. When I returned some rental pieces late they waived the charges...they didn't have to, being late was my fault, but they were just as kind as they could be at every juncture of this process... Woon Chul Fisher was so easy and wonderful to work with. The lady manager...long dark hair (I didn't get her name) was equally wonderful...all of the staff was helpful, understanding and professional. Definitely recommend this store as highly as I can. read more

I needed a suit for a wedding, went to several different stores, but should have saved time by going to the Men's Warehouse first. Excellent selection, great prices, and it was buy one get one free. Talk about a win win. My sales Rep/ fashion consultant Charee was fantastic. She made everything easy, and her knowledge and advise was priceless. read more

We went to get a suit and thought they had a decent selection, after selecting one that aside from hemming the pants they also wanted to make some minor alterations which I believe is their way of generating additional revenue because the alterations added 40% to the overall cost of the suit. I would suggest bringing your suit to another tailor if you have one that you already use because I feel 40% is excessive. read more

I went into the store and was greeted by a employee right away. That was about the only positive from my visit there. When I asked about a certain vest I was given a very short answer of no we don't have those. After I pointed out the website said it was in stock I was told they were just transferred out to a different store. He then stopped me in the middle of my next question and told me he had to help someone else that was there before me. Why would he start helping me if he was already with someone. My very shy 16 year old son went to get his prom tux here. I was very proud of him for doing this venture on his own. They were great in every aspect, (although the bow tie would not stay straight)except when he went for the final pick up, the girl who helped him try it on was rude to him because he moved the tux to a different hook in the dressing room. If it weren't for her attitude towards a young man you would have gotten 5 stars. Just because he's young doesn't give anyone the right to be rude to him. read more

I don't usually review businesses, just had such a great experience I wanted to. My son and I were treated with the utmost respect at the Salem, NH store last night. Our sales assistant Julio was very knowledgable and helpful. He not only fitted him for the jacket and slacks, he assisted with coordinating pieces. We "ran in" to see what they had for a sports coat & dress slacks and left with a suit-jacket & pants, 3 dress shirts (on sale 3 for 1), 2 ties (BYGO), a pocket square, tie clip, dress socks, and a belt! We were not pressured at all. It was just so nice to be helped in this way. GREAT EXPERIENCE. Julio went above and beyond! On our way out we spotted a pea-coat that they did not have in my son's size. Julio located one in a nearby store & we purchased it right there with the rest of our order. Did I mention they are going to hem the pants first thing this morning so my son can take on his trip to NYC tonight? ABOVE AND BEYOND! Thank you! read more

Went in for a new suit as I've lost 125lbs,needed a suit for a wedding. Luke Lash was my savior,he's great at what he does.Good thing too as I was clueless,i got a suit,shoes a belt and 2 shirts(Buy 1 get 1 free)and 2 ties (buy 1 get 1 free) all for $506.97. Just bought 2 new extremely nice suits,2 new shirts and a new pair of shoes at this location. I was working with Craig and explained to him I was going on Vacation and needed them by A certain day. He was sure to get them to me in a very timely matter. He was a real pleasure to work with. He went above and beyond for me and I couldn't be happier. When my phone wouldn't bring the 100$ off coupon ip for any purchase over 500$ he grabbed his phone and got the coupon for me anyway even after I told him not to worry about it. This place a great selection with a great staff. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for suits or just domed sharp clothes to spice up the closet. Went to this store this past week for tuxes for our oldest son's wedding. The store was very busy and we were told by the staff that we would be waiting approx. 25 mins, as there were many suit pick-ups and other wedding party fittings. Within 12 minutes Brad approached us and measured two of the groomsmen. He was a breath of fresh air. He was so pleasant and funny. The fittings took less than 15-20 mins. Went back the next night with another son and husband and was meet with the same kind of service by the staff working that evening. We have always had great service at this store and will continue to shop there. And I would adopt Brad if he would let me! read more

Had my two sons fitted for suits for a wedding. First visit went well the employee was nice. When the suits came in I took the boys to try them on. Younger son's pants were way too small! The person helping us went to get another person to deal with me. Then that person went to get another person! They all thought the pants were fine. Their solution was to hike the pants up then let out the hem. I told them I wasn't happy with that solution but that's all they would do. On to my next son...His shirt was so big it was at his knees and at least 4" past his arms. I told them it was too big and their solution was just put the sleeves on the 2nd button. Now it looks like a puffy blouse and when he tucked it in you could see the shirt was just above his knees. I pointed it out to the staff that you could see how big the shirt is through the pants! Then he put the suit jacket on and I couldn't believe how small it was! Told them he needed a bigger jacket but staff said no. All they would do was let the arms down a little. At this point 2 employees walked away from us and left us with a lady who had long dark hair. Unfortunately I didn't get names. She finally agreed the shirt was big. She looked it up on the computer and he had a mens large instead of a youth large. She was going to get him a new shirt. When the alterations were done we went back and tried the suits on. Pants still way too small for one boy and jacket way too small for the other. At this point we were leaving to fly to SC. I told them how upset I was and the suits looked horrible. They didn't care. I told the bride about the pants and jacket. Luckily they weren't going to wear the jackets so one problem solved. The bride ended up going to the Savannah GA location were the groom had gone and they ordered a size bigger for us and the pants would be in overnight. When we arrived at the Savannah location the next day they pants had not come in yet due to the fires the FedEx plane was diverted to Florida. Bobby was the man helping us in Savannah and he was great! He had my son put the pants on and his seamstress looked at him. They both agreed the pants did not fit. She did what she could do as far as cutting the material and trying to make them fit. She did a great job but they had to damage out the pants after he wore them because she cut them. Bottom line is Salem, NH location was not helpful at all but Savannah, GA location was great!! read more

If I could give this location less than one star, I would! I had six people from my wedding party all go to this location for fittings and suit rentals, and each person had an issue! The most frustrating part of the process is that whoever does their intake at the store level is either lazy or incompetent. Not one person from the party received an email that their suits were in and ready for pickup, because their phone numbers and email addresses were put in the system incorrectly. Some people had suits there for over a week, and we had no idea. If I didn't call main customer service, which is great by the way, I wouldn't have known to send everyone in ASAP for pick up. Now the issues... Ring bearer suit was stained and the tie was broken. One of the groomsmen received broken suspenders. One of the groomsmen didn't receive his pocket square. My grandfather's suit jacket and vest were too small, and he actually lost 11 pounds since his fitting-- so those measurements were completely messed up. My father's shirt, suit jacket, and vest were all too small, and again he lost weight so the initial measurements were way off. Finally the groom's pants were too big, and his vest and jacket were too small. Clearly there are a lot of issues here! Two other members of the bridal party went to a different location and had no problems, so I think this is a store issue! Another issue I have is with the... Lack if respect. When my now husband would go into the store he was treated like a god. He received a free suit (there was a promotion running when we did our rentals) and ever since he ordered it the men would give him high fives and such. When I would come in, the person that actually gave then the business of six individuals, I was treated like an idiot. When I pointed out that their information was incorrect they just brushed it off. When I pointed out that customer service moved and guaranteed my remaining rentals would arrive on Tuesday, they kept assuring me I was wrong because they only receive rentals in on Mondays and Wednesdays... I was right. We also inquired as to why at the initial fitting we were quoted one price, and when we picked up the suits they were another. How does that work? If you can find another suit/tux rental in the area I advise going there! It will save you a lot of stress!!! read more

Recently had to purchase a suit. The staff is very helpful. Associate Danielle helped us and she was very patient and knowledgeable. I've been to several places to shop for formal attire in the Merrimack valley and think the service and quality here is the best. The store is now bigger after a renovation and selection is top notch. Men's Wearhouse is a corporate entity but has the feel of small town service. This is my 2nd experience with this store and both times it was awful. The first time they gave my son a tux that was way too small for my brother's wedding. This time my other brother was getting married the tux thankfully fit. I asked if Monday drop off was fine they said yes and I didn't return home until later last night and the store was closed . I go to return it today and told I have to pay a late fee so i explained that they were closed last night and I asked about Monday drop off . He said this is the manager right here , who was on the phone talking about his whiskey he tasted that was sosmooth and the Guinness he had , yeah that's right I heard your entire call so unprofessional . He saw me standing there waiting to speak to him and continued on with his personal call . After 10 minutes I found the guy that had told me to wait for the manager and I said I'll have to pay it I have to go get my son from school I don't have time to wait . As soon as I walk over to pay another guy walks in and as I'm paying the late fee he says to whoever he was talking on the phone hey man I have to go I have a guy here that needs my help. Are you FN kidding me I stood there for 10 minutes but what because I'm a women you couldnt be bothered with me . I'm pissed.
