Monday, 3-30-2026: This store is clean, neat, organized, and bright. We were welcomed upon entering, which was nice. The entire staff here seemed happy & friendly. There were many sales throughout the store. We were here mainly to find a particular type of cargo shorts for my hubby to wear for golf. He found some online. None were available locally in Temecula so he sought them out here in another state. He scored 2 shorts, one in beige & the other in light gray. Best part was they were on sale. If I can give zero starts, I would. Dishonest cashiers that promote the use of kohl's cash and when you get ripped off, they just tell you to read the fine print, that the dishonest customer service conveniently forgets to tell you about, as according to their manager, if they do nobody will use the kohl's cash. They also don't give you the right amount for the discounts. Stay away from this store Macy's, JPenny, are way better and if you have the poor judgement to use this line of stores review your receipt because they are likely to rip you off. I am sick to death of getting up to the counter after waiting in an always long, winding line only to be told that this item doesn't qualify for the wonderful and generous 40% off coupon you sent me or yes, this qualifies but it's 40% off the full retail price not the advertised sales price. I used to have Kohl's. I have shopped there for years. I recommended a bunch of people to get Cole's credit cards because I've been using mine for a few years. About six months ago one of my payments did not go through on Kohl's end and I saw on my credit. I called them and they immediately fixed it and said sorry for missing that. I paid the payment.. And that everything was fixed. I just went to run my credit report because I am trying to buy a home. And lo and behold the Kohl's in accurate charge on the card has never been taken off. I was obviously upset and called them immediately when I saw this. when I called I spoke to a man named Vincent and it's not his fault but his answer made me even more mad. He told me he doesn't see that I owe anything. And that it just hasn't hit my credit report? In six months?... And then he proceeds to tell me my card is closed because of no payment? But don't worry I can reopen one. Not gonna happen. Who knows when this charge will come off of my credit that I never did. Khalil's basically told me it was my problem when I have been a good customer to them. In times like this it's not worth it when a company messes with your money or your credit and then not fixing it for me making it right at all is so unprofessional. At least target and Walmart won't steal from you. Safe to say I will not be reopening a card. And I'm going to warn everyone that I have told to open a card with them. read more

Our local television stations show commercials for Kohl's, but we have no stores in Hawaii... it's amusing! Anyway, we can go to Kohl's while we are on vacation on the "mainland". This location of Kohl's is the closest to our hotel in Downtown Las Vegas. My roommate and I ran out to look for Vegas Golden Knights t-shirts. A coworker of mine was interested in a certain long sleeved version that we had seen at a different location, and I wanted to see if this store had a large size... shucks... there was none. However, my roommate found a few items at great prices. She said she likes to shop here because when she wears these items at home in Hawaii, it's less likely that someone will have the same outfit! She's right! The thought hadn't crossed my mind! But...it happens! I once wore a pink dress to a wedding and went home to change clothes because the mother of the groom was wearing the exact same dress! I guess that our clothing choices are limited because we live on an island? That's why we appreciate Kohl's because of their great sales, good return policy (my roommate returned a blouse that she got at another Kohl's), and the Kohl's cash... when you buy $50 worth of items, you get $10 to spend later. We went here today to get my son some shoes for the next school year. He found 2 pairs and they look nice and the price was nice too smh. Good thing I signed out for the app and has some discount. While we're waiting in the line, I asked the associate name GABBY who was extremely helpful, friendly, patient if they have a scanner anymore in the store? She then said I can check the price for you. She was never rude. She was just awesome, she made sure I get to use my discount thru the kohls app. My daughter bought the other pair and Gabby helped and made sure she use the discount. This is a very nice location with plenty of parking! The store is very clean and the employees are friendly. Definitely pleased with this location! As for Kohl's overall, it seems like their prices have steadily increased in the past year and they offer less sales. I use to love coming to Kohl's and finding great deals. I preferred to go to the store, but sometimes you don't find things at the store and you have to buy on-line. My experience here was so horrible, I don't think I ever want to return to Kohl's again. I literally left the store in tears. I asked the workers how I could exchange a sweater that I bought. I had the receipt and they said just find something similar for the same price. Then as I'm trying to exchange it they wouldn't allow me to do so. So then I was told to go to the back and wait in another long line. Then again same issue. Then manager Becky arrives. Worst customer service. She says I can ONLY exchange for the same exact sweater in a different size. She's says my only option is store credit of 11 dollars for a 50 dollar sweater. What's the point of buying online if you can't have full confidence of exchanging for a different sweater for similar value. Tons of other stores have better exchange and return policies. I came to Kohl's looking for shoes and ended up with a few other goodies. The store is big and it was clean. I needed help finding where the shoes were and I asked an employee I was passing if she could direct me to the right area and she was friendly and helpful with her directions. The shoe selection was nice and I found the type of shoes I was looking for. The shoes were on sale, nice! I ended up checking out other parts of the store and picked out a shirt and then as I was eyeing the watches and saw several that were nice looking at reasonable prices. The only gripe I have is that the line at the front register to check out was very long and they only had one cashier working. It wold have been much more beneficial to not only the customers, but the girl working the register alone trying her best to get everyone through if they had one of the other registers open. They are open late even during the week and have different coupons and deals online and through e-mail. read more

Kohl's is similar to Marshalls and Ross but here they do a better job of keeping the entire store virtually clutter free. You can find pretty much everything you need for your whole family here and then some like bed, bath, electronics, etc. Just remember that there is not a whole concentration of popular items here for they dont cater to a lot of particular products. Clothes are what usually dominates here. They always seem to have sales for just about every occasion and my wife always seems to have some kind of coupon, email, or text that she can use for even more discounts. Every time I come here, I always make sure to check out the clearance section first where items can be marked down as much as 75 percent. As for service, the cashiers do a good job of getting you any discounts that may apply especially if you were unaware of it. That alone will always bring us back here. Located just right off the 215 freeway and North 5th St, you cant miss their big signs and they have plenty of parking even for those crazy sales they have every so often. I only go clothes shopping out of pure desperation. I just don't have the patience for it. But when I do shop, I love a good deal! With Kohl's generous coupon policy and constant sales, you can get deals galore. Here's how: 1) You can "stack" coupons to save more $$$. Example: You can use a 15% shopping pass, $10 offer when you spend $30 (usually arrives on a sticky in the newspaper), and any Kohl's cash you might have on hand. *The policy is that you can only use ONE percent off offer but can use all other dollar off coupons provided that they are different from one another and you meet the requirements of each coupon. Did I mention there are NO restrictions on using coupons on sale & clearance products?? 2) Kohl's Cash is awesome. Earn $10 in Kohl's Cash for every $50 pre-tax you spend. Pay attention to ads - Kohl's cash isn't offered all the time, so don't expect it. 3) Only shop at Kohl's when there is an actual SALE. As in 1 or 2 Day Sales, Power Hours, or Bonus Buy events. Otherwise, you just won't get that great of a deal. Better to tide your time like an evil genius.... 4) Sign up for the Kohl's card. I had a frustrating experience today trying to buy some shoes. All of their shoes have large security tags on their shoes that make it awkward to try on shoes comfortably. Every. Single. Pair. I understand theft is an issue but they could put an employee in that section if it is so bad. These stores run so thin on staff that they do things like security tags to leave sections unmanned. I like kohl's in general. This location was mostly clean and organized the few times my family and I shopped there. The workers were all friendly and professional. My main criticism would have to be the lack of attention at the cash registers. Every time we've shopped there, we've had to look for someone to just ring us up so we could pay and leave. Yes, we went to both ends of the store to find unmanned cash registers every single time. In our most recent trip, we gave up, put down the clothes we were going to buy, and just left. We made eye contact with at least three separate workers as we stood there at the cash registers and no one offered to assist us. This is the most convenient Kohls for me location wise but I'd usually rather go here than one of the other stores. It's almost always clean and neat. It's easy to find things that I am looking for. Kohls has great sales, but I wouldn't go there if I didn't have a coupon or if it wasn't a sale day. That being said, we get most of our clothing and a good amount of kitchen gadgets there when they are having a sale (they let you combine your coupons on top of their store sales) and returns are usually quick and painless. Because I know my way around the store though, I really don't ask a lot of questions while I'm in there so not a lot of interaction with employees other than the cashiers (I've always been pleased with them though--friendly and helpful when I forget my coupons). read more

I love the deals, who doesn't, But customer service should be looked upon. Especially the online check out area at this particular store. Very disorganized and they seem to be all over the place. They call you up ask you to standby and go on to do other things not necessarily concerned with the customer they have in front of them. I get multitasking, but be efficient and actually multitask. The store has a wide variety and selection. And the quality of the clothing is good and durable, but I made a vow after my 2nd and last visit: I WILL NEVER SHOP AT KOHL's AGAIN What happened to create this? I had to make a return sometime in the pre-Christmas sales of '11. I went in, and asked about how the pricing for the return was being done, because it was listed in a very confusing manner. The associate who was assisting me, did not know the full answer and asked the customer service manager to assist (fine. not a problem, when you don't have the proper answer). Here's where my problem arrived - the manager was talking down to me and not even looking at the receipt was telling me "oh, yeah; you are getting your money back". Me "That is not my question. I am asking about this particular charge showing under the return, I am confused about this." the Mgr in a very unpleasant tone "Oh well what's the problem? You're getting your full refund back." and further commenting to such a point of making me feel that I was being stupid for daring to ask about something that is not very easy to follow to begin with! I was getting so pi**ed off, I returned my entire purchase to the store - and told them explicitly I would never shop in that place again. The manager's reply, "Well you are never going to find a better return policy, because we have the best one!" I even had some Kohl's cash rewards - which I gave to a customer at check out to use. The cashiers saw how visibly upset I was (my hands were shaking pretty bad, and my voice was shaking too), and I said that there is nothing that the company can do to make me want to step foot into ANY of their stores. The cashiers were even horrified at how I had been treated by the customer service department, and were very sincerely apologetic. I called the 800 number after it had happened, to mention how poorly I had been treated, and all I can say is - if this is how poorly I was treated - how many others are being treated the same way? The customer service at the 800 # was appalled to hear how I had been treated, and actually took the time to explain things in a very reasonable manner, and had made offers to come back to the storebut I declined them all. $10 off, 15% discount...seriously? No offense, but that's the usual customer coupon deals. My reply (in a very nice manner) to the lady was if they could authorize $100 or more in store, credit, then maybe I would reconsider. She did not have that power to do so. I explained to the gal when a customer is put down so much by management or any other store rep to make them feel or think they are unintelligent because of a confusing way something is listed (and she even agreed the way items are displayed on receipts are very confusing) - you have effectively blocked them from wanting to shop with you at all. In being a yelper now, I figured I would let everyone else know about this horrid experience, and the lack of professional customer service at this location. I can only imagine if a manager will treat a customer this way the employees under this individual's supervision will do the same or worse to other customers. read more

Been out to this Kohl's a handful of times since I moved to the North side of town. Basically this Kohl's is your only choice in this area of town, soooo you come here whether you like it or not if you need to go to Kohl's. Location is decent, parking lot is HUGE and you never have an issue finding a spot. I have never seen this place really, really busy so you can shop at ease and not worry about bumping into other customers too much. Like most Kohl's it is well organized and for the most part it has been clutter free with racks that are well maintained. Customer service is good. I always get asked if I am paying with my Kohl's card and they always tend to give a percentage off (no matter the day/time of the year/whatever). Last time I was here I bought towels, which were amazingly affordable, but they were nice and fluffy and a step up from the base bottom bargain pricing of really cheap towels. I went to return a pair of jeans for a full refund with my RECEIPT in hand and I was told by the customer service agent in the back of the store that the "best" he could do was to offer me a "Kohl's merchandise credit" instead of my money. I had the jeans and the original receipt in hand and the individual seemed absolutely clueless as to how to proceed with a refund. The customer service overall is garbage. ladies room was absolutely disgusting. ALL the stales were filthy! I noticed the ck list of times when they were to be Periodically clean throughout! Every 3 hrs and the list showed NO inspections were done ALL day, I was in there @ 5pm. I told the customer svc rep of the condition and she merely stated that the cleaners would be there around 6pm. Not at all the answer I expected. Also while she was ringing me up She was socializing with someone that appeared to be a customer but may have been an employee off the clock. The clerk reached under the counter and pulled out a dress to show her that she was planning on buying- VERY unprofessional! I observed a customer trying to catch an associate to ask for assistance and he actually looked annoyed. In the hour and a half I was browsing in the boys dept searching for a specific size, not once did I see someone working or even walk through to see if anyone needed help. All this in a visit - I just started shopping at Kohls and my experience has been less than impressive. read more

First of all the have horrible managers that never show up for job interviews, my daughter and other teenagers had interviews that day and you could tell how nervous and excited they where being their first job Interviews straight out is high school and for the manger that was scheduled conduct the interview not to show up,my daughter shows up early she patiently waited and at least 30 minutes go by to have another assistant tell the group that the manager didn't show up to conduct the interviews that's is a complete disregard of other people's time, patience, and importance, I think that any manager that's is considerate of other people's time would have called their interview people's and would have reschedule them and not think that their time is not worth a damm thing , the manager should be fired and should go through the same bullshit that he mad these fine young people go through!
