This store is very big and spacious! Has separate sections for women and men! They had really beautiful items at this location, and they also have a deal if you buy 2 items you get an additional 20 percent off! Got a few items at a great price! This is my second time purchasing items at this Michael Kors location. The store had a good sale. Additional 25% off everything. All the sales associates are great. They are all friendly and welcoming. My second time purchasing from June. Thank you June and as always you're awesome. June gets 5 stars. My first visit she sold me a pair of pink ballet flats and brown handbag. This second time she sold me a black handbag which I will be giving to a dear friend as a birthday gift. The same cashier I encountered on my first visit was the person that rang me up. She's not friendly and lacks customer service training. I asked for a gift receipt and a different shopping bag as I informed her I'm giving the handbag as a gift. Her reply, one bag per purchase and we don't have gift receipts, as she proceeded to place the receipt in the shopping bag. I didn't feel the need to inform her that I'm aware the store provides gift receipts and that the one shopping bag per purchase is unheard of. There was a long line and I felt bad for the other customers in line. The cashier seemed to be having a bad day. As I was walking away I hear her tone of voice with an attitude to the customer behind me who was simply asking a question regarding items. FALSE ADVERTISING/LADY MANAGER A BIG LIAR I went to the North Las Vegas Outlet store and I was lied to by the lady manager saying that in order to get the Buy 2 Get 20% Off, I needed to give my email address. I refused and asked where it says that because I don't see it anywhere. Signs only said "Buy 2 Get 20% Off". The manager pointed at the front of the store by the entrance so I went there and NOWHERE did it show that an email is necessary to get 20% off. I, then, confronted her, asked where that sign was and she changed her story to "Oh we tell you that at the counter". So I said SO YOU LIED and she walked away. read more

Last night, while browsing at Michael Kors, a sales associate assumed I only spoke Spanish and began speaking to me in Spanish. I didn't think much of it until I noticed the sales manager giving me dirty looks and whispering with other staff members. Daughter shopping for a new purse for our date night. We stopped by Michael Kors to see if she could find that " one" lol. Walking in the store. I noticed immediate eye contact from sales associate Mel. She was attending to another customer but she made it known that she noticed our presence. Not long. Mel was right at our service. When we said we were looking. She politely said ok. Left us to look around and let us know she was there to help if we needed it. She than went to help other customers. She remained close by. She came back around to my daughter seeing if she could assist on her hunt for that perfect purse. The one my daughter wanted was priced at $398.00. My daughter didn't want to spend that. So she continued to look at other options. Low and behold the store is holding a major sale. Mel graciously let us know that the very purse my daughter wanted was on sale for $159.00. Well she found "the one" with an amazing price to go with it!!! I appreciate the sales associate Mel for helping us and giving us 5 star customer service & assistance. Service lacking here but I came to find a reasonable priced Christmas gift. The store wasn't busy on a Saturday morning. They had extra discount on their merchandise so I looked at the purses, wallets, and accessories including watches. They have a good selection on wallets in just about every colour and various styles including the larger ones, or slim one. I found a signature wallet with the MK on it and it cost me $48US ($66Can) so a great deal. I'm glad there were lots of options to find something suitable for the person I was buying for. read more

I love how when you walk in they greet you right away and provide you with the deal of the day (which seems to be the same deal everyday, lol). Well you know the brand. I want here buying a purse which us what this place is known for. A while back I bought a watch and the band broke on it. For some strange reason I thought I could buy a replacement band. I'm a little bothered by the fact I can buy an expensive watch but cant get a replacement band. The minute you walk in someone greets you then as you make your way around, one of the sales associates catches up with you and offers to help. If you only want to look, they provide their name and leave you be, letting you brouse without pressure. I knew what I wanted, went right to the wallets, picked the one I wanted and while I was been escorted to the cashier, my loving husband spoke up and said 'why not pick out a bag as well' I didn't hesitate, went right to it and handed my new handbag to my associate, beaming from ear to ear she helped me to the check out! Had the strangest shopping experience today. I shop at this store regularly throughout the year, but the lack of customer service today will make me rethink coming back. Typically the service is great- I'm greeted promptly and there is always someone available and eager to help. Today, no one said a word when I walked in. I browsed through the store and there were several bags I was interested in. I had some questions and tried to get the attention of the service ladies on the floor but no one could be bothered. I made eye contact, I waved, every time I would catch the eye of a worker they would look away. They weren't helping other customers either. They just seemingly didn't want to do their jobs. I was finally exhausted of not being helped and went to the front desk to ask my questions, and the girl seemed perturbed. It was just such a weird, unwelcoming experience. I was so disappointed I couldn't wait to leave. I have spent thousands of dollars at this store. I won't be back. read more

Nowadays, Michael Kors is the IT Brand. Folks are posting about it on Facebook, Instagram etc. It's popularity was evident too when I stopped by this outlet on a busy Saturday, There were lots of folks admiring the different bags, wallets, tech accessories and jewelry. The deals at this outlet store were good! They had different special offers! It was nice to see some of the newest styles offered at a discounted price as well. They even were offering MK lipstick at a special price (I didn't know MK had makeup! So cool!) I did not buy the lipstick, but I did end up with a nice watch in a style I've never seen before. I was happy with my purchase and happy with this store. It's nice to find good deals and different, unique styles that are not easily found elsewhere. read more

Normally really like this store however had the worst experience recently bought my boyfriend a belt that lasted a week before it broke on him went to return/exchange it and manager there said they couldn't do nothing about it as it looked too "worn" how can you be so proud to sell merchandise that was clearly defective if it didn't even last a week. So, this store is conveniently located in what I call the designer purse wing (near the Gap outlet) of our favorite outlet mall (Dooney & Bourke, Kate Spade, and Coach are neighbors). I've stopped in the small store to browse. Usually there are two sales people on hand working, who are pleasant and smiling. The marked down purses are usually located in the front, with clearly marked signs (love that, there's no guessing). Once I saw some bags (buttery leather, patent leather, in various colors like brown, black and rich red, so many different styles BTW) on special for $69. I don't know why I didn't buy one, but when I went back, the following week, it was no longer there! Ever since then, as I am passing by (with slight lingering), I try to scan the signs to see if it's worth stopping. Ive been to the store on a couple of occasions to buy gifts for my partner and she's always had a nasty attitude or annoyed demeanor. As a manager myself, I know what conversations are to be had in private or on the floor in front of customers, this is a manager skill she has yet to learn. I heard her talking about how the current global pandemic is fake, which only leaves me to think about how seriously she considers cleaning duties around the store. Every other employee has always been a way better help than her. I can only imagine what other problems are happening behind the scenes if she's so unprofessional in front if customers. read more

This was the far the worst experience of my shopping at M.K. with rude cashiers and a manager named Jamie. Buyers, please be aware and check your receipt!!! The store charges you $114 taged priced item as $129 on their system. Charging each customer $15 more is a scam! When I told the cashier the scanned price is wrong, she ignored me and asked me to pay for it anyways. After I checked my receipt carefully, I was able to find the error and pointed it out to the cashier. She never apologized for her mistake but try to blame the system. Really??? If a customer complaints about an error, the cashier's response SHOULD be re- checking of the price tag and adjusting the scanned price, instead of ignoring the customer. She was just so busy pulling down her shirt from her shoulder instead of caring for her responsibilities. The manager, Jamie, was worse, he threatened to kick me out of the store for asking them about overcharging their other customers. The manager said it is an honest mistake, but really??? I saw at least 3 other customers buying the same purse as I waited in line with ignorant cashier. I am pretty sure they make money scamming their customers. read more

3.5 stars is the actual rating, I would give this particular location. Michael Kors is always on my wife's wish list. I had bought a purse for her from another outlet location. We stopped by this location to see if we could find another great deal for her. The store is clean & organized, and the employees were attentive and helpful. Although, they were not as nice as the other location we had been to in Camarillo, CA. Well, my wife was able to find a wallet that matched her purse. It was originally $99, and she got it for $60. Not nearly as great a savings as her purse, but still okay. We will keep coming back here whenever we visit this outlet mall. Hopefully, we will find better deals in the future. read more

Stopped here on our way out of Las Vegas, glad we did. Was met by the most amazing, super attentive staff. I might be butchering his name but Gary-O and Giselle were simply divine. There was also another young lady that was wonderful but I cannot recall her name even though I asked her; she had an accent and was super cordial. Wish I could give her credit, I think her name started with a J ((sorry)). Either way, found some great finds...a collection bag marked down from over 500 to less than 150. Just got very upset at Michael Kors in this outlet today. My friend wanted to buy an MK bag, she asked to see two bags and decided to buy one, and told the sales lady she didn't want the one of them. The sales lady suggested to hold the bag for her, and she did. When we asked for the bag on hold, the sales lady brought out a big paper bag, we didn't know what was in the bag, then we followed her went straight to the cashier. Soon after we paid, we opened the paper bag and saw there were three items. We said there was a mistake immediately. Then the manager said the store policy was "no refund" of the sold items, and the sales lady said, you paid for them meant you've already bought them, and she told the manager my friend said she wanted both of them. Just be careful when you pay at that store, and make sure and double check before you confirm to pay, or you may be trapped by an aggressive sales. read more

Absolutely fantastic customer service from Mel. She took care of my wife and I from the moment we walked in. We did not have to hold on to anything as she ensured our products were all taken to the desk for holding.
