If I ever have an issue with something, I haven't had to wait more than minutes before someone addressed my concern (not kidding). They also have 2-day shipping on basically everything so when I by something on Wednesday, I typically get it at my door Friday which is crazy (only other reliable place I know like this is Amazon). Some people get upset that they get store credit but honestly that's how it is at most boutiques and I enjoy having a gift card that I can spend next shopping spree. They have a large selection of items. Always up to date on the latest fashion. Only complaint I would make is that they don't have many curvy models. I appreciate boutiques that do this as it makes buying things online easier since we can't try it on. There are many times I'm hesitant to buy something because I know I'm not the size 2 nor their height and wondering if it will near the same. Otherwise, this boutique is great. Hope they incorporate curvy models (including their pictures as the main picture for the item; not hiding their curvy models to the last photo on an item when swiping).
