I had to take away stars because the pickup process was confusing. There are a bunch of large signs saying for pickup orders go to the counter in the shoe department (ironic) but when I went there no employee to be found and a there was a sign saying it wasn't open (but according to their info it should have been). It took me awhile to find an employee to get my order.

I bought my original first pair of sketchers from Michigan. A store called mijers for $25. I've had these issues for two months. They're great shoes and I really enjoyed them. I wanted to try a few other pair however I'm very picky about my shoes. I don't like them touching my feet which is a whole thing. I tried on about five pairs of different shoes and I walked around the store. The lady told me I was fine not to worry about it. It's better to test them out now because you can't return however, a man on the other side of the store told me I don't need to be wearing the shoes so much that it's OK to try them on but I need to buy them if I'm gonna walk around in them and I told him I'm trying like eight different pairs of shoes and I'm just walking around to make sure I like them because each pair of shoes is over $100 So the comment from the one member really turned me off if I did not Badly need another pair of shoes I would've left with out buying . So my reading is not necessarily on the store of the convenience itself. It's more on the employee that one employee so I will not be returning back to the Skechers warehouse outlet and I will continue to buy my shoes elsewhere.

They no longer allow returns, at all, except 3 days on electronics. Thay are doing away with all rooms to try on clothes. I have given thousands of dollars, and yes I mean thousands, to Goodwill Stores, not including my family's purchases. I have spent as much purchasing items there over the years, in PA., OH., IN., and all over FL. I am done, they are not a Thrift Store and I doubt they do much to help people in the community...just greedy! Hopefully, someone else will see how much a large thrift shop, with reasonable prices is needed, and not just here. I like to shop thrift shops because it is better for the environment....
