My wife misses the Macy's in our Volusia mall. It is nice to visit this one. The second floor has all of the clearance stuff from all over it seams as there is a lot of it. Definitely find some good deals.

Yay for Macy's still surviving in the mall. All the employees were fantastic and eager to help. They had many different items to choose from and sizes, colors, and options galore. Now, if we want to talk about a secret. If you go upstairs to "Macy's Backstage" this is an area of alllll their items on clearance. Be prepared to dig through the racks but boy oh boy did I find some phenomenal high end brands for cheap cheap! This rivals going to other discount stores that don't carry designer labels. If you've never been backstage, you have got to go! The prices are crazy good!

My parfum and gift from Macy's

My favorite perfume rollerball was running super low during Christmas, so I started looking around for great specials, and I scored. Wanted to get another rollerball, but you're paying $31 for only half of an ounce, so I decided to get another full bottle. Looking throughout different websites (Ulta, Lancome, Sephora) when I took a quick look on Macy's website and found the best price. For $128 (then add on $8 in taxes), I was able to get the refillable 5 fl oz/150ml sized bottle of La vie est Belle l'eau de parfum, which the refill for goes around $90, I am in love. This special also came with a lovely gift of six little makeup items and a pretty makeup bag for future use. This size of parfum usually goes for $168. Even the 3.4 oz one can be $144, so this price was wonderful. I decided to do an in-store pickup because, though I have never had a porch steal happen, one never knows, and this package was too pricey. The email with the instructions on where to pick up at the Altamonte Springs Mall was easy to follow. Walked in and showed my ID a good five minutes later, I was heading home with my purchase.

There's a reason why these stores are not profitable, and it Has to do with customer service, and the way that they present the merchandise as well as their lack of cleanliness and the value that you can get. The selection of the items that they have are old-fashioned they need to get with the times.

Inside of the Altamonte Mall, this location has the usual finds for the chain PLUS a discount / mark down section on the second floor. You'll find some good deals here on pretty much any type of merch. I like to shop the baby section and look for yellow tags ending in a seven, this means it's a final markdown price, so pretty much the best deal you're gonna get on that item. The remainder of the store is the usual chain merch and pricing. We most recently went here to grab matching holiday family pajamas. We used them for a holiday photo shoot we were doing for our holiday photo cards. They were regular price since it's still really early in the season, but it wasn't too bad a deal for three outfits. Staff is friendly and always says welcome and hi when you walk by them. I like their seasonal merchandise and their kitchen area. A lot of times you can find good brand names on a decent sale. Overall: A Good location with some great price finds if you look around. Check out the clearance / markdown section on the second floor.

This review is strictly for an online order that was picked up on the new curbside service. They have had some great deals lately. I recently ordered an 8pc queen bed set that was on sale for $34.99. The product was exactly described and looks expensive although it wasn't. I arrived in the early afternoon after I got the text my order was ready to be picked up. It took a bit for someone to come out and bring it to me. The text process confirmed they had noted my arrival and I was just about to call the store to make sure when someone finally came out with it. It is an easy process but be prepared to wait if you choose to pick it up curbside.

From $99.... that's a deal!! Ps. This one is for you Dawn. Since you were so concerned.

Five Stars to Nahid at the Michael Kors section. Wow, she went above and beyond to make my dream come true. I Found a lace gorgeous Free People's dress..but it wasn't on sale. However online it was almost a thirty dollar discount. She did not give up on me like her other colleague. She called into mgmt, searched herself online and was able to honor the cheaper price. I'm in heaven! !!! I GOT MY DRESS!!! Dawn on the other hand not only interrupted my conversation with Nahid, but gave us both a major nasty attitude saying Nahid was giving me something I couldn't have. She tried to undermine Nahid in front of me..and walked away upset. As if I'm bothering her because I got a deal? Umm Mgmt said yes..so next time take tips from Nahid on how to take care of a customer. Love this location. Go see Nahid !!!

Macys, what's not to like? Well not on Macy's at all, but I was the night's driver, stand in bag holder, and pocket-book. Joy to the world... Well their entrance is not lit up worth a damn. This whole area is on the dark side actually, but since Macys signage is 100 feet from the entrance, it suffers at dark. Even the cross walk from the parking to the entrance is dark. The place is a typically awesomey-stocked and plenty lit up on the sales floors. If you want to: "see it, touch it, and bag it", this is your place. It's Xmas weekend so the place is a zoo. Didn't find the cape we were looking for tho.

This is mostly for myself, with a gift or two sprinkled in here and there (e.g. Junior is wearing a nice leather jacket that I think he actually likes! ). My transactions are mostly online (better selection and better deals), but occasionally, I'd wander into the brick and mortar. Even before Covid, it'd been a struggle for JAB, just like other physical stores. And so it was with a touch of sadness that I see the store in my hood shuttered. In fact, I'd never actually found myself in the WP location until the Longwood store closed, along with Oviedo, and who knows which others? So when I found myself there yesterday, I was glad to see them...BUSY! Iwas there because...Has anyone bought two of the same thing (not at the same time, of course)? That'd be Bozo over here with his clown hand up. So I had to take my latest acquisition in to change for a different color at least. I also had a golf shirt that, when I first put it on, my wife noticed there was a flaw. The former was easy enough - got a beautiful French blue instead of the greyish-blue - but alas, the flawed golf shirt was bought more than a year ago, and I couldn't exchange it because they no longer carry it. I decided to 'eat' it - will donate it to Goodwill. After all, last thing I want is to be the one who puts JAB out of business because of one lousy shirt

My wife and I walked into the store about 7pm, there were 3 employees helping 1 customer, we looked around the store for about 10 minutes not once were we acknowledged. To add insult to injury 1 of the 3 employees informed her coworkers she was leaving for the night, walked right past my wife and I without so much as making eye contact, clocked out at a register and walked away. Well that was enough for us, we took the hint that our business wasn't welcome. All in all a pretty poor experience, hope you are treated better than we were.

Poor Customer Service and an Ineffective Check-In Process…read more I have visited this Men's Wearhouse location as a walk-in customer at least four or five times. On my most recent visit, I stood at the counter for approximately 30 minutes without a single employee greeting me, acknowledging me, or asking whether I had been helped. After waiting all that time, I discovered that customers were expected to check in by scanning a QR code and that employees were working from a customer list on an iPad. I had no idea this was the procedure. There was a sign approximately five feet inside the entrance containing the QR code, but it blended in with the other signage and looked like an ordinary advertisement rather than a required customer check-in system. I walked past it without realizing its significance. Yes, I accept responsibility for not noticing and identifying the QR-code sign. However, that does not excuse 30 minutes of being completely ignored by the employees. A QR code should assist with customer service--not replace it. When someone walks into a retail store, stands at the service counter, and waits for assistance, employees should acknowledge that person. A simple, "Welcome to Men's Wearhouse. Have you checked in using the QR code?" would have resolved the entire situation in less than 10 seconds. Instead, employees continued working from their iPad list while I waited, apparently assuming that anyone not appearing on the list did not require assistance. Customers are not mind readers. If Men's Wearhouse requires customers to follow a specific check-in procedure before receiving service, it is the store's responsibility to make that procedure unmistakably clear and for employees to ensure that customers entering the store understand it. I should not have to understand an internal customer-management system before an employee will even acknowledge my presence. After being a customer at this location multiple times, I find it extremely disappointing that basic customer service has been reduced to watching an iPad while a customer can stand at the counter for 30 minutes without so much as a greeting. Men's Wearhouse should either improve the visibility of its check-in instructions or, more importantly, reinforce with its employees that technology does not eliminate the responsibility to greet, acknowledge, and assist the customers standing directly in front of them.
