I like Kohl's, but never again will I shop at this one. The store is a disaster, all the time-especially the shoe department!! You cannot find any if the shoes where they are suppose to go, if you do, and they sre the right size, the shoes dont match!!For awhile I just thought I was catching them on a bad day...after months of trying to catch a good day trying to use by gift card I gave up. Join the preferred member even if you have to open an account for a pair of shoes....its worth it, I get a Kohl's coupon for 20% and sometimes even 30& off routinely and the more you spend the more you save with Kohl's cash. You cant beat the selection in mens, shoes, under garments, housewares, and of course price. Now its not Burlington or Marshall's if you are looking for the discounted on discounted last weeks models of close out clothing ok?...but, overall the price, the discount coupons, the store personnel attitude and friendliness and store merchandise and availability is what makes this place the place to shop first. NEVER coming back here. I took my child to the restroom and took the cart in the family restroom because my purse and stuff was in it and i had on 10 pair of house shoes in the cart. I come out to a lady standing outside the restroom even though she thought she played it off she was clearly loss prevention then proceeded to come back to where i was and tell me she forgot to tell me my daughters smile was pretty. The next time u think someone is stealing a 10 dollar pair of house shoe boots please do a better job of playing off your stupidity! You lost business and a customer! NEVER AGAIN!! read more

The customer service representative was very helpful. I wanted to order an item online because it was not available in the store and she let me know that if I ordered the item at the kiosk in the store I would not be charged for shipping. Great deal, right? Only issue is that the touch screen on the kiosk near the home department has clearly seen better days. The touch screen does not respond to your touch. In order to type on it you have to really press very hard.....like VERY hard. My fingers hurt by the time I was done. It made the process of buying things very tedious....but I did get free shipping. read more

Way overpriced, making people feel like they are getting deals, doesnt work for me. The cashier when I went to pay offered the credit card, said no 3 times and wouldnt stop. The cashier made a couple of comments that were unprofessional. Do not recommend. Ross is way better. read more

This place knows how to take care of the customers. They do need to figure out a way to get the check out process going faster, but that is such a minor complaint compared to the deals they have. The staff is always friendly and ready to help and most seem to genuinely enjoy being there, although we all know that can't be totally true. We always go in to get something specific and always come out with more, but never leave without a smile. read more

If there were only prices on the things unwanted to buy. I had Christmas money to burn, but if a retailer can't be bothered to price their merchandise, I can't be bothered to hunt down a machine or employee to tell me how much it is. I'm usually a 5 star yelper so if I give a company a few less stars, well lets just say they failed in the customer service department all the way to the top. My message to Kohl's this morning: I love Kohls but when did ya'll become anti-family, anti-customer? I was told at check-out, I could not pay for my daughters order and my order separately if we each had a coupon. Let me say, If as a parent of an adult child, I want to pay for my daughters merchandise, KOHLS has NO BUSINESS telling me I can't. Now the basis's was my daughter had a 10.00 off coupon and I had a 10.00 off coupon (coupon says one per customer). It is totally wrong to penalize me and say i can't use my coupon if I pay for my adult daughters purchase (we are both your customers, I don't care if my 23 year old daughter looks 12). Please tell me when KOHLS started telling the american public, who pays their salary, How to spend their money? Sorry, Kohls you are in the wrong. Parents can still treat their kids while shopping. Nice items but I think the staff must be ruled over by an evil orc or something. Everytime I have gone in their the staff is not at their departments but covorting around near the staff break room. Now I worked retail I know how boring it can be. Everyone needs a little fun at work and stuff but don't be a douche to shoppers. Several employees they just stared at me when I was asking for help. I had to actually ask one of them to direct me to where they think my items might be if she couldn't show me. Then the cashier literally threw my change at me. It bounced off my tummy and landed on the counter. I refused to pick it up and then the employee groaned when I stared at it and then at her. Finally she picked it up and handed it to me-no explaination-no I'm sorry. I just said, "Wow, I'm never coming here again," and stormed out then she had the nerve to look offended!!! I mean most of us hate our jobs but don't become a horrible human being because of it. read more

I love the new look at Kohl's - much easier to find things. Plus the employees in the Round Rock store are wonderful, they are not in your face the whole time you are shopping, which I like, but there was always someone close when i had a question. Some of the clothes in the junior section aren't clearly marked. I just ask an associate and she scanned it right there. Trust me, almost everything is on sale, so if you see something and it doesn't look like it's on sale, it probably is. I got Yoga pants for $6.99. Glad I asked. PLUS.. I had no idea it was open until 11 pm. Late shopping on a Friday night. Fun fun fun! read more

I have avoided this location for a few months even though I live in Round Rock. I have found much better organization and more selection at the Georgetown store. I got fed up with the mess in the women's clothing section and stopped looking in the Round Rock store. I went in after the big remodel and so much of the store was still a mad mess. Finally visited today, and still found a mess in a couple of the aisles in the housewares department but what made me leave (very quickly!) was the extremely annoying high-pitched beeping sound that reverberated through the entire corner of the store where the dishware and kitchen items are located. I am a bit sensitive to high-pitched sounds and this was so annoying that I fled the store. Why in the world a retailer would have something installed that would drive customers batty is beyond my realm of understanding. Guess I will have to forget this store exists!! read more
