When I went to hang it up, the fabric had torn at the stitching for the elastic band at the top - right in the middle! Because of where it is and how the garment was made, there is no way to mend it, so I took it back to the store. Wow - I was in for a surprise! I was told that they couldn't do anything for me because it was past the 14 day return policy and I had worn and washed the item. I explained to them that they item was DEFECTIVE! If I had just simply changed my mind I could understand them not taking it back - but it is ruined! After 1 wash! So, buyer beware! These clothes are cute and seem to be priced right, but if you want clothes that are going to last longer than one wash and a common sense return policy, I would shop elsewhere. I also feel that since their return policy is so restrictive they should have it posted on posterboard at the register!

This particular store has never failed me. There is always a sale and I usually have a coupon to get an additional discount. I've bought both casual and work pieces. I can normally save about $100-$200 in the factory store verses the regular store in the mall. Hell, I'm not going to lie. Sometimes the prices still feels like full mall prices. The customer service is always excellent. You are greeted at the door. There is always someone one on the sales floor and the wardrobe room. But never do you feel like you're being hounded for a sale. If you're ever in the Round Rock area. I highly recommend you check out the Ann Taylor store.

This store has the worst customer service in the Round Rock Premium Outlet Mall. I purchased a…read morepair of $50 shoes in mid-August. After wearing them, the shoes split at the top seam. When I brought them back to the store, the manger, Rob, was rude. He refused to return them, first stating they were worn, then when I pointed out that they were defective and I only wanted an exchange, he refused because I didn't have the box. He raised his voice to me and when I asked for the customer service number, he gave me a fake number. The previous manager, Chrissy, was wonderful. I used to shop at the store often. I will never shop there again. Hope that $50 was worth it to you, Rob.

I am a big shoe fan. One particular brand. So in my research I found my shoe at DSW $10 cheaper…read morethan any other website or store not even the brand store at the outlets. I was so excited. So excited I didn't check to make sure it was the right size. Which leads me to my review....exchanges were easy. Of course I threw away my receipt. Because I'm crazy. However, They were able to find my purchase with my phone number and card I used. THANK YOU! I really wanted those shoes. I exchanged them and bought another pair. Staff was friendly, understanding, and easy to work with. The selection of my favorite brand was ....meh! They did have a better selection on the online store and you can ship to store. The store is spacious and plenty of room to try on shoes. Which I will do from now on. :)
