Looking for a sale on casual clothing? You will find it here any day of the week. Seriously. Like all Old Navy stores, every day something will be on sale or clearance. This store has an easy-to-follow layout, but I noticed it is different from the others in Austin. Curious. Most of the displays were in good condition, and the clothing was in good order, easy to find sizes. I noticed there were places in the store with large open floor areas. It looked very odd. You can see it in my photos. The floor isn't very attractive, so it really stands out. I saw a few employees walking around the floor, but no one approached me to see if I needed any help. Old Navy - Men's Clothing Near Me - Cedar Park, Texas

I went to this location with my family on Friday, May 15th at 8:50pm the store closes at 9pm. I already knew what I was going to purchase because I had seen it online and knew the items were there. My wife and kids walked in first, and I was a few feet behind them. When I walked in I saw an employee making a face at my wife. I asked my wife what happened and she told me that the female employee approached her as she was entering and told her that they are closing at 9. I think she was expecting us to leave. My wife told her that she was aware and proceeded to go to the back of the store and I started to pick out my items. Keep in mind I was going to get 2 shirts and 2 pairs of jeans. As I was looking for the items that I needed, I heard another female employee asking the first employee, "Did you tell her at what time we close?". The first one said, "yes, but she told me (trying to make a Hispanic accent) Yes, I know". She then said "Ugh these people are going to take forever and we will end up leaving at 10." I walked up to her and asked her what her name was and she said Maya. I asked her if she was the manager and said yes. I then called my family over and told them we were leaving. I ended up taking my business somewhere else and I'll never come back to this Old Navy again. Train your employees better. Let them know that retail is CUSTOMER SERVICE. You need customers walking through the doors, or those people won't have jobs. There was no need to complain to other employees out loud, where customers can still hear you. There was no need to mock your customers either. I'm a member of a big community here in Austin and trust me I will let them know what happened so we won't take our business to Old Navy. read more

It's nice to visit an Old Navy store that you don't go to on a regular basis since it feels different inside. The clothes were organized and everything seemed to be laid out in a way you could locate items if you need it. The clearance rack in the back was neat and made it easy to see what was on sale. Kudos to them for keeping this place tidy. I don't recall being greeted when we walked in the store and nobody asked us if we needed help with anything. On this visit I was browsing and not looking for anything in particular. The cashier was friendly. Be sure to sign up for email or text notifications to keep up with their sales. read more

This store is definitely hit or miss. I bought items and when I got home there was an e-mail about Super Cash, (or something like that) I called the store and asked why I did not get Super Cash. The person who answered was super friendly and replied apathetically "Oh, we must have just forgotten. Come in to the store and we will give you some." I explained that I was in a medical boot and had walked way more than I should have that day, could I just give her the receipt info and get an e-mail since I was clearly on the list? Nope. Just come in the next 2 days. ugh. One quick e-mail to Old Navy Customer Service and bam, Super Cash info in an e-mail. That should not have taken 2 steps, it was their mistake not mine. Two weeks ago my husband and I bought items. He needed a different size, I needed a different color. I went to the store and asked about the return and was told to look around on my own to find the items. Everything had been moved. After about 10 minutes, I went back to the cashier and showed her the dress to which she replied "oh we sold out of all of them" Okay, would you please show me where the shorts are as my foot is starting to throb after 10 minutes of walking on it. "Over on the other side of that wall" Nope, not his size. So I have to return all items. Sorry. Luckily for me, super-employee Max jumped in and walked me over to the shorts and looked on a second display that I had missed. Yes! Shorts in my husband's size. He then took out a handheld device and found my dress online in a different color. Would I like that shipped, for free, to my house? Yes! Max retained the money for all 3 items and made me feel special and important and makes me want to shop at Old Navy all the time - as long as he is working. The other folks I encountered? I'm so annoyed with Old Navy's new return policy! We only have 30 days to return any items, period. I had a pair of my son's swim trunks with the price tag still on, never worn and they wouldn't take them back even though they were still in stock!! Dear Old Navy, I'm beginning to think you should be stripped of your naval credentials and your fleet should forever rest in Davy Jones' locker at the bottom of the sea! Every time I come aboard your ship your inventory is in serious disarray. I am not a regular Old Navy shopper but they are good for basic items such as tank tops, pajama pants, sleep shirts, under shirts, etc at a great price price! Also Robert, the Old Navy staff member was extremely helpful. On my first visit I was looking to purchase jackets and he helped me with options and prices. A few days later I came back to this Old Navy (earlier in the day I went to another Old Navy but their lines were long, about 40 mins to the register) looking for socks and Robert was right their asking if we needed any help. Again, i appreciated his attention to me the customer and making sure the check out lines were moving. He made me want to return to Old Navy more often. read more

Old Navy, I do love your cute and reasonable priced clothes! A large chunk of my closet and my kiddo's closet is filled with your clothing. This also means that I have been to a lot of different Old Navy stores. Some are amazing and some are lackluster. Sadly, this store falls into the latter category. The highlights: -Fantastic selection of cute clothes in a large size range. Chances are you can find stuff in the size you need. -They have dressier clothes, as well as workout clothes, and everything in-between. One stop shopping for clothes. -Clothing for the whole family. They have men's, women's, kid's, and baby sections. -The clothes all seem to be really good quality. I've never had any issues with items falling apart or getting messed up easily. Now, the reason this store got 3 stars, even though I love this brand.... -The employees! The few people I did encounter were all grumpy and miserable. I have no idea why either. The store wasn't super busy, the other customers all seemed calm, and not much was going on to be stressing anyone out. No one was greeting people on the way in. No one was walking around offering help. There wasn't anyone except the cashiers up front, that I saw. The lady that checked me out didn't say one word or smile at all. It was like everyone was annoyed to be there. It made it a bit uncomfortable. So, I still love Old Navy. I will continue to go from time to time. I now know that if I go to this location, not to expect help or a smile. You have been warned. At least the clothes are nice though... read more

Went yesterday for the first time in a while. For some reason, I always had in my head that I never find anything at ON. But I cleaned up yesterday and stocked up on a bunch of long sleeve casual tops. They all ranged from $10-14 so that's great and what's best is they FIT ME. That is something noteworthy for an Amazon such as myself. Not only that, but the SMALLS fit me! (although I went mostly with mediums) That gives me that thin illusion I so crave that I can't get at Kohls where I'm lucky to cram my girls in an XL. I also bought some scarves for $1. Now I know this is Austin and I'll have maybe 3 opportunities to wear a scarf in our winter wonderland, but they just looked so cute on their "modelkins" I was suckered in. Now I'M as cute as a modelkin (everything I've aspired to be)! And yes, the store is chaotic and not laid out too well. Every time I thought I was done trying on clothes, I came across another section of cuteness in another area and had to go back in. But they weren't limiting items in the dressing rooms and there was always tons of rooms open, so that was easy. The sales associates were extra helpful which was good as it can be confusing on what's on sale in there. And I got a hefty discount for opening a charge card (which I will promptly pay off and cancel, honey, I swear!). Hm, I may have to put Old Navy back on my shopping rotation.... read more

I had so much fun shopping here today with my Mom and Sis and Nieces! I usually hate to shop for clothes - but here I was immediately confronted by lots of items I wanted to try on.... I found a pair of shorts in a nice green color that fits my butt perfectly and flaters my skinny legs! I love these shorts so much I also got a pair in a peachy pink color and kahki to round out my work shorts wordrobe. I also found a sweet girly white top that will complement my shorts... Much love for Old Navy and $5 deals, but this store grosses me out. Looking for a medium? Try the understock. Or should I say the SHELVES OF DUST AND DOOM. I've been to this location a handful of times. Each time the place is just torn apart. Maybe they are too understaffed to tidy the place up? But the location is always pretty empty when I go to so I'm not sure how the place gets that way. I was only in to purchase a gift card and I had to request the holder. The cashier didn't know how to fold and close it but luckily I went to college so I got the job done. My cashier also forgot to give the receipt to the customer in front of me and didn't bother to get her attention or chase her down. All in all this location could use a little help. read more

This location is getting a bit dated, but never crowded and now that toys-r-us packed up parking is great. Very friendly staff, cashiers do just about everything to make sure you get all the right discounts and promos - no fussing. Good selection for kids/women, the mens section does run out of product pretty quickly - if you see something you want, but it or it will be gone next time. Standard old navy stuff - watch for the sales, they rotate things around so you should never pay full price unless you just have to have something now. Workout gear is awesome - crazy cheap and holds up very well. read more

This Old Navy was a little more disheveled than the other Old Navys around Austin- but they seem to have a better selection. Certain items that were out of stock in other stores- this store had. This store is really neat and they have awesome selection. Haven't been to this particular location recently but I think I will visit more often. They carry so much product and it always looks perfect, which is a mystery to me because I didn't see anyone folding...hmmm... The workers are really nice and stopped me multiple times to see if I needed any help and tell me about the sales. I was discouraged when I saw the line to check out but to my surprise it went super fast. Only waited a total of 2 minutes before being called. Super funny cashier too, she had a great sense of humor while still being professional. I left with 6 shirts, 3 pairs of jeans, a pack of socks, a belt, and a big smile on my face. :) read more

Not sure what's going on. I came in to return item to the normal return desk. Two young women seem to be discussing non work related topics plus one was eating a bag of chips. I was instructed to go to register 4 where I was not greeted, no given any eye contact. She was rude as hell and seem annoyed I was bothering her. She asked for my receipt which was given by email (saving paper) and she gives me a dead stare "it doesn't have a bar code". Are you freaking serious am I supposed to know the barcode policy and procedure? In which I replied, this is the only receipt I was given. She asked Shakira for help, which Shakira and her talking companion had a brief laugh. Shakira helped register 4's rude, no customer service having cashier enter the email receipt code. So the customer service here sucks. I tried to return some stuff everything was in the same bag. 2 of the items didn't have the tag on them because I thought i was going to keep them. They told me that i couldn't return them because the smelled like detergent! I was like how the hell can you tell me that i can't return something because it smells too good? Then! I was returning a coat and they told me that I didn't have the correct receipt. The manager Marissa was extremely rude and not helpful at all. This store does not have good customer service and I am pretty much done with old navy stores at this point. read more
