Not a bad location, just has an okay selection of clothes and sizes. The customer service is really nice, but if you pay cash, you will need to go to the registers vs the kiosks. They really push for signing up for a Kohl's card so just be ready to say no lol We've come in for various reasons - their shoes area seemed messy, their women's area didn't have a lot of styles, and their men's area was probably the best area. I don't know if they are changing over to a new season or they're sold out, but it felt pretty light looking for outfits. read more

I haven't been to kohls in so long and wow has it changed! They now have very nice lines with tons of items for checkout like a little maze and tons of self checkout! They even offer self pick up now which is amazing. You just walk up and grab your items out of the designated box number read more

This Kohl's it's always very clean and well organized. I miss the jewelry counter, but I hear that Kohl's is bringing some of them back and I hope they bring the fine jewelry back to the store. I do like the Sephora within the store and I also like that the people that work there don't hound you while you're walking around, they stay behind the counter. They are very interesting to say the least. The checkout lines go very quickly here and the customer service is very friendly. I also like the Amazon returns here and the customer service reps always do their best to get you through quickly. read more

This location has plenty of parking, it's clean and well-organized. They have an in-store Sephora. If you have a Kohl's return, picking up an online order or checking out that is all done in the front of the store. If you have an Amazon return, that's in the back. I was looking for pizza Christmas ornaments online and saw that Kohl's has 2 different ones in store this year. I ran in on a Saturday and bought them both. They are cute and reasonably priced. One is a wrapped frozen pizza and one is a glass pizza slice. Not my favorite store but I got in and out fairly quickly today. Cheers to self-checkout! read more

I like this Kohl's. I go here on Black Friday and am always amazed how organized it still is on the busiest day of the year. They have great deals on jewelry and some awesome stocking stuffers that time of year. The Kohl's cash deals are better then too and can be used anywhere which is nice for me since i don't live in the area of this location. This Kohl's also has a lot of employees so, even when they are busy you can get through relatively quickly. read more

Went to kohl's and was ready to check out. We had a horrible experience at check out. Receipt doesn't say the name of the employee, but I don't know how many times its required for them to ask if I want a kohls card but over 7 times is excessive. By the end of the check out the employee had a rude manner and tone due to me having to repeat myself and say no thank you for a credit card. I will definitely avoid shopping at this location due to poor conduct of the cashier. Just put a bad experience after having spend money shopping for gifts and clothes for the family. If someone says "NO" after 3 times I think the harassment needs to end. Poor business practice on kohl's part of not the employee. read more

This store used to be nice. I went there today looking for some women's tops. Mostly thin, cheap material. The dressing room smelled Iike urine. The restroom was filthy and smelled like an outhouse. I know they are renovating but there is no excuse for this. Guess I will have to try the O'fallon store. read more

Worst customer service ever!!! The associates were too busy standing around chatting about their weekends rather than helping customers with questions. A salesperson literally walked next to me looked in the mirror and straightened her hair and did not even acknowledge me. Will never return to this location. I don't get the appeal of this place. They always seem to have sales and coupons, but I still don't feel like I am getting a good deal. My mom is obsessed with this place, and thus I've had to interact with them some. Anything I have ever bought or had bought for me here has been complete garbage as far as quality goes, and its not even cheap, so I don't understand... The most recent thing I bought was an ugly Christmas sweater for a pub crawl. It was reguarly 80 dollars for a poorly made itchy sweater... but watch out... it was 50% off so it was only 40... I don't even think it was on par with a 20 dollar sweater from Wally World. Luckily my lovely girlfriend got me something from Good Will at the last second, and I got to return this piece of junk before being committed to it. read more

I come here quite a few times every season and I can usually find 3-4 things whenever I come here and they update their selection pretty often and I can usually find what I am looking for. My mom also comes here probably more than me and she always brags about the great deals she got. Khols is not a bad store. read more

Good prices, good selection, enough parking......without having to fight the crowds at the mall. My only complaint - specific to the Saint Peters store - is that in recent months the management is not maintaining the displays. Floor staff are gossiping together in corners while racks and shelves are a jumbled mess of crumpled shirts and sweaters, and jeans are thrown in a pile on the floor. I have seen the same mess on different days at different times, so it isn't just a "delivery day" issue. If they would just keep things neat and orderly, I'd give this store five stars. read more

I don't understand the popularity here. The "sales" aren't really sales. It just makes the price more on par with actual prices. Example: pack of children's Frozen underwear. It was $19.99.. But the deal was buy one her one half off. I didn't need 14 pairs if elsa underwear for $30 so I passed. Target had the same pack for $9.99. Sold! read more

I have had a bad experience at this store (#0357 according to my mom's receipt.) in the past and I emailed the company. I got a form letter response... I guess you get what you pay for. I shop at Kohl's a lot. On line and at several stores in my area. I usually get treated well. Sometimes they even go above and beyond, but this particular location continues to give extremely poor service. I don't know why this store is allowed to get away with it when I can tell it would never be acceptable at other stores. They treat customers like they are bothering them. I actually had stood up for the woman behind me in line once because the cashier was berating her for not printing her receipt and showing it on her phone instead (which by the way they advertised that you could do). I have been annoyed before but not mad. That changed today. My mother went to the store and asked an honest question about a coupon that Kohl's sent her in the mail. They treated her like she was trying to cheat someone because she asked if she could use 2 coupons at once. The manager then followed he to the check out and "reminded everyone" in a loud voice that it was only one per customer. (My mom only tried to use one by the way. Even though Kohl's gave her 2.) It was like he was calling her out in front of a bunch of strangers. Then he proceeded to train the new employee and hold up the line twice without out saying excuse me or apologizing to the waiting customers. He was the manager and when he interrupted the transactions he didn't acknowledge a single customer. My mom was shocked by how rude he was to everyone and saddened to see he was the one training the new employees. Guess they'll learn to treat customers like crap too. And I guess my family and I will continue to have to drive an extra 20 miles to the next closest store if we want to be treated like human beings. Happy Holidays Kohl's.
