My gripe is with Walmart and their management, not with the employees. The store is typically nice and clean except for the occasional misplaced item by a customer. But oh my gosh, management or corporate, this store stinks! I do a pickup order for 6, almost every single time it's delayed until 8. If I wanted to go that late I would've set it for 8. Consistently doing this to people, receiving so many complaints, and doing nothing to fix it or better it is unacceptable. Stop overbooking the time slots!!! This has been a consistent problem and yall just... let it remain a problem? Why? And that's just pickup orders, I ordered delivery for the first time yesterday (before reading all your reviews encouraging me not to use delivery with yall), and 1/3 of my $150 order didn't come in, and I was still charged for it. I had to go out of my way to get my money back for stuff I didn't receive. Not only that, but I paid $10 delivery fee, $10 tip, that's $20 spent so I don't have to go back to the grocery store and now I DO have to go anyways... I wouldn't have paid the extra $20 if I'd known I would've had to go anyways. You make it very clear you do not care about your employees, because you are always understaffed and pushing too much on them for what they get paid, and you make it very clear you don't care about customers, because you refuse to change anything for the betterment of customer satisfaction. It's clear your only priority is money. This is why I shop at Aldi now. (And it's right next door, and cheaper!) Note: just wanna be very very clear, the Walmart employees are lovely. How does Tracy in customer service still have a job here? I filed a complaint previously because she said something to me very inappropriately and called corporate, and the store manager followed up with me. Today,3/9, I came in to do a return. some thing that was purchased off my registry. Jenn at customer service was trying to avoid returning it. I had told her I called up because it was a registry item, and I was told by the male manager it would not be an issue and that if she wanted to call the manager up, I was more than happy to talk to them, Jen finally agreed to my refund using my drivers license which is fine. Jenn and Tracey then started talking badly about me so I walked up to a cashier and asked them to please get me a manager. The cashier walked up to customer service and asked them to page a manager and they said he was busy. They didn't even attempt to contact the manager or any manager for me. It wasn't until several minutes later of me standing up there on the phone with Corporate that I saw Jenn pick up the walkie and ask for a manager. Tracy then looked at me and said "I can't believe you're related to your grandma." My family and I shop here very often. Again, how does this person have a job and think it's OK to bully someone. I am not even four months postpartum. Anytime I come into the store I get anxiety because I have no idea how I'm going to be treated. I have anxiety doing any returns if Tracey is there because I can't imagine what she's going to say to me , no one should ever feel like this and no one should ever be treated this way. I spoke to Kyle, the Manager, finally. He said he was going to let the store manager know. I told him to pull the video surveillance so he could see how I was treated. I not once got an attitude or anything with any of the girls up at customer service. I never raised my voice... nothing. Bullying someone is so detrimental especially someone who is postpartum. Walmart locations are always hit or miss, and usually can rapidly change with each visit. I have accepted this over the years. This location has pros and cons. First of all, every single staff member I've interacted with has been great. They have been friendly and helpful, and they didn't act like I was bothering them like so many other places. The employees who are in charge of self checkout are always amazing and personable. The layout is a bit weird. It's taken me some time to get used to it. The beauty area (i.e., nail polish, makeup, etc.) is in a super weird spot. It feels like a total afterthought. The home area is also in a weird spot. However, the grocery area is very similar to layouts in other stores. The selection in general is iffy. Some departments have so much to offer while others barely have any selection at all. The grocery and pet products especially fall into this category. I thought a Walmart in a rather large city would have more selection for some things, but this one is sadly lacking. Baking supplies, such as bread and biscuit mixes, have very little to offer. The same goes with Asian staples. For the area, it's not bad. I just wish the selection was a bit more inclusive and vast. read more

Every time I place an online grocery order from this location there's a problem. Always delayed even though it was an expedited order, like today, and last year at Christmas time, the delivery driver literally drove by and didn't stop and stole my tv. They acted like they delivered it but the picture was a blacked out screen and she kept it. The store protected her identity and acted like she was one of their best!!! THAT says it all! I was a Walmart Plus member, good through September 18, 2025. Then there was a technical error and my account was accidentally cancelled by Walmart. I was originally told the issue would be fixed and my account would be reinstated. It's been well over 3 weeks and it's not been reinstated. Six calls to customer service and each person has a different story and a different answer. I've gotten nothing but the run around. I was issued two random refunds in the amounts of, $13.89 and $14.02, I don't know why, I didn't ask for a refund. Now I'm being told that these refunds make up for the 5 months of membership I lost from their technical error. That makes no sense, $27.91 is not even close to 5 months of plus membership subscription fees. I've also been told that now that I've been "refunded" that I will have to rejoin Walmart Plus at the regular plan price. What?, I had 5 months left on my $98 one year subscription, I got a total of $27.91 back and now I am being told I have to pay again to rejoin. There's been more than a technical error, there's also been a calculation error. It's like they stole from me. I've wasted hours on the phone trying to get what I paid for. It's wrong of Walmart to do this to a customer. It's unethical and Walmart is perfectly okay with it. I will not spend one more cent at Walmart until they apologize for what they've done and make it right. Please boycott Walmart. read more

Walmart corporate needs to step in and do something about this location. Items are never stocked. The website is never updated. Even if an item is stocked you can't find it! There are never enough employees at checkout. The left checkout stations are ALWAYS closed. They let people with carts filled to the max go through self-checkout. Shocking my husband and I both who have used this store for 20 years went to the pay yourself line and were just finishing scanning the last item when an associate came over and stated "I'm sorry I didn't see the cupcake pan on the receipt." I'm going to be honest, I hate Wal-Mart. The company in general has left a bad taste in my mouth for years, but I am trying to separate my "ex-employee" point of view from my customer service point of view, and I will give this location a "fair" 3 stars for now. The first star is for the fact that I always seem to be able to find what I want when I go here. I have to hand it to them, the store is well stocked on a regular basis. Star #2- I'll call this the courtesy star. I hate this place so much that there is very little that can be done to change my opinion. There, I said it. Star #3 is the "wow me" star. I actually found something worth going here for. The food! As you walk in the door, just to the right, there is a pre-cooked section where I like to stop and grab some BBQ Boneless Chicken and some potato wedges. This is a favorite meal of mine on my days off of work. I don't stop here every week, but when in the mood, it's a lot cheaper than a wing spot, and it's close. For those interested in why I dislike this store in particular, I'll give you one story in particular, which is a general example of my experience here. Good luck checking out. On this particular night, about 9pm on a Friday night, I was with my wife and another couple, making last minute purchases for a camping trip. We were literally on our way to the campgrounds, we just needed ice for the coolers and some snacks. We waited in a line of about 10 people, with only one open register. While we waited, there seemed to be an issue with another customer, about 30 feet away from this lone register. While our line of 10 grew to 15, and then again to 20, three employees stood around this one customer. A guy behind me was having car trouble, he was in the store to buy coolant so he could get the car home. He walked out without paying. The line behind us clapped as he left, saying "to hell with this, I need this to get home, they obviously don't need my money." Having watched this, my friend walked over to the group of employees and asked the manager if he could open a line, and told the guy that customers were starting to walk out without paying because the line was so long. (BTW-the line wasn't moving because someone at the front was doing their weekly grocery shopping-2 carts of merchandise full to the brim) The manager actually got mad at my friend for interrupting. This was easily the worst customer service experience I have ever been a part of. Had I not been a retail manager myself, I would have walked out with my merchandise just the same as others were doing. As far as experience, this was an extreme version of a regular problem at this location. There are 20+ checkout lines, but usually only 2-3 lines open at any given time. Not too long ago they installed the self checkouts, which for a while I absolutely loved because half the people that come in seem too lazy to check themselves out or they don't understand the process, so I can walk right in and be on my way. However, the last few trips I've made, even those lanes have been closed off. I almost want to take back my courtesy star just thinking about it. read more

I was getting a water pic from my local Walmart and when I got their I saw the products were locked by a case because of theft which makes sense. I pushed the button to contact a Walmart employee but the wait was unbelievable I was waiting 20 minutes just to get someone to open the case possibly more since I gave up and went back home. Granted I asked multiple employees for help but they didn't have the keys so all I could do was wait. I think the employees were understaffed and it wasn't there fault. I shop here at least once a week. I have to say I find everything I need, and I have been greeted by employees in the aisles & asked if I need help finding something. After reading some of the reviews - which are years old - that were not good, I want to say my experiences have always been good 2015-2018 the years I have shopped here. Their entry and exit procedures are confusing. Although they have a sign by the garden section that it will be the exit, this is not true. When this was brought to the attention of one of the workers in the garden section, they just said it was not an exit and did not know what to do about the incorrect sign outside of the garden section. read more

I have now been line for almost 30 minutes waiting to pick up the item.
