Don't be fooled by the "cluttered" feel you might experience when you first walk into this particular Kohl's. This store has the best and largest inventory of items in general of any Kohl's in the northeast that I have visited. And it's well-maintained. Often when there are sales going on, there will be a lot of shelves with the clothes in disarray from being picked over. That has not been the case here. The men's clothing area is particularly good. Unfortunately, because it was a busy weekend with sales going on, all of the registers were backed up. They did get additional cashiers to the empty registers, but perhaps not soon enough. It also felt like a coupe of the younger clerks, who had adjacent registers, were a bit too chatty with each other. That's not to say they didn't get the job done - they did - but when it's very busy, you don't want to give the appearance of giving attention to your friend at the other register when you have half-a-dozen customers in line. Quick stop at this store to return an online purchase. It was not my week... Third time in a week something I bought was wrong, or even missing from an order. The other two were not Kohl's fortunately, or we'd be in the yellow range for stars. In this story, I received the wrong Croft & Barrow shirt. Don't know how, when the SKUs weren't even close. Only the color and size were correct. The website said this store had a limited quantity of the shirt I had ordered, which probably meant one or two. Hoped their inventory was right. Stopped at the customer service desk. Über-friendly, good-humored young lady minded the dud merchandise, while I went and rooted around for the correct one. Thankfully I did not have to pick through all the discount racks (have to be in the right mood for that kind of thing), found what I wanted on the Croft & Barrow wall. Sure enough, only one to be had, but it was a jackpot as far as I was concerned. Back to CS desk, did the swap quick as you please. No line. How often does that happen!? Points for that alone! Kohl's cardholder I got a monthly 10 20 or 30% off coupon. Brought my little brother to get a Patriots Brady jersey since I was taking him to the game. I left my coupon at home and asked if I could come back with it with the receipt. I also asked if it was good for jerseys since sometimes they are restricted. The kid at the register said yes. Fast friendly easy returns & online pickup they always have good deals no one beats their prices love coming to Kohl's

I really do like this Kohl's in particular. It's on the border with MA so the tax free Massachusetts shoppers come and raid it on weekends along with every store on the 28 strip, which means a lot of restocking and new stuff due to a lot of turnover, clothingwise. I often shop here off season, I was here in January to grab a few summer shirts and there were a ton. You can find quality items and names on the clearance rack and can apply other discounts to the clearance items. I've walked out of here with dress shirts for 5 bucks and slacks for 4 bucks. Who needs Goodwill or Salvo with prices like that? Pillows, blankets, towels, cookware, and a suit have also found their way into my carriage here. There's a bit of everything and it's a great place to score some awesome deals. read more

I love shopping at kohls. Great discount. Some customers take the associates for granted. I see how hard the associates manages to keep the floor and the fitting room clean. Some customers don't care and leave behind a messy fitting room. I feel sorry for the associates who have to clean their mess. I'l always shop there no matter what!! read more

I was an employee here. I got fired for using my discount for my family. But from my understanding I could use the discount as long as I was the one going through the register and paying. Which I did. But that's not how they saw it. And If I was in the wrong the cashier could of said something or even the E3 that was on at that time. So in my eyes I did nothing wrong and they lost a very good employee. read more

This store is fantastic. I'm a regular here and I never have issues with returns or exchanges, I have a huge family so I shop all different departments in this store. This particular kohls is my favorite compared to Plaistow and North Andover. You can't beat the clearance either! read more
