Best marshals ever. The workers are the sweetest and most helpful people ever. The store is ALWAYS clean so that's a plus!

A cluster of disorganized crap. Shopping here should ONLY be a last resort and you lack the means to purchase anywhere else. The staff is nonexistent and the clutter is ample evidence of that. There's a huge section of women's clothing, but apparently men don't wear clothes based upon the store size of the men's section. Unless you ABSOLUTELY require something you might find here, avoid at all costs. read more

I stopped in here one time and went into the bathroom. There were feces everywhere but the toilet. The walls and floor were dripping. It was absolutely disgusting. It's the worst state I've ever seen a public bathroom in. I feel sorry for the employee that had to deal with that disaster. Their clothes are okay, I guess. The prices aren't ever that amazing but I guess it's better than some department stores. I avoid the bathroom here at all costs. read more

Rating on customer service - really needs to change. I went to register 3 today around 2 pm and I said hello to the women running the register. She didn't smile or say hello - after she rang up my items she offered me the TJ Maxx credit card. I politely said no thank you, she rolled her eyes, shoved my items into the .99 bag I always buy and handed me my receipt. She did not say goodbye and walked away. I have worked retail and know the stress of working it, but I always kept a smile on my face - hope that this store looks carefully in who they hire! read more

Eh. I'm a fan of the Marshalls/TJMaxx stores, as any bargain hunter should be. This Marshalls is nice and all, and it's less than a mile from where I live. However, I'm not as jazzed about the expanded shoe department as others might be. Marshalls has cute shoes at good prices, but they don't as a rule carry my (admittedly large) shoe size. I also don't like how they reduced their giftware and food selection to make room for the bigger shoe department--this was my favorite section to poke around in and find fun gifts and foodstuffs, and now it's just one spottily stocked aisle. I guess I'll have to go to Homegoods for this stuff, but it's certainly not as easy to drop in there as it is at Marshalls because it's quite a bit farther from where I live. I do love Homegoods, though.... The new awning over the fitting rooms, however, is too cute. Marshalls is also a good place to get Celtics, Red Sox, and Bruins stuff for sports fans because this clothing costs less than half of what it does at sporting goods stores or team stores. read more

All the other cool crap they have at this Mega Marshall makes getting the occasional necessary work dress cloths less of a horrible experience. This one has guys shoes witch gets them a star for sure! Need a new pair of head phones, this is your place. As well as Dog toys, not sure why but they got a ton of them, and my dog shreds 2 a month so I stock up. read more

A great location off of Rt. 3. They have a very large selection of just about anything. You name it, they have it. I prefer this location over the other stores in the surrounding area, since they have a larger selection to choose from. Their turnover is a bit slow though; not sure when they swap merchandise out, but I've seen a lot of the same stuff on the racks the few times I've been here the past month, with the occasional gem hidden among the familiar finds I've seen. Their clearance sections are also pretty extensive; it's not just one or two items you'll find here, it's a very vast selection. I've walked away with some quality items for a steal. Customer service is pretty good. The last time I came, the fitting room employee and I chatted about my manicure, and the cashier was friendly as well. I was very embarrassed for what I assume was a manager today. She was with a young employee who was carrying on a conversation from the register to an employee behind me in line, making faces,, interrupting the manager on the phone and while she was finishing processing a transaction before ringing me up (which I didn't mind, she was working as fast as she could), and making generally inappropriate comments for someone working a customer service position. I honestly was uncomfortable. The manager stayed extremely professional and addressed the behavior more than once, but I felt bad for her. Other than that, I'd still frequent this location. Can't beat the affordable clothes and accessories. read more

I bought a 209.00 Ralph Lauren sweater here for twenty one dollars. I am in love with Marshals. You kinda have to dig for the deals and the labels, but it is so worth it. This store is also yet another place to feed my shoe and purse fetish. Always wait for them to go on clearance, it is well worth the wait. It is a smidge more expensive than tj maxx at times, but only by a few more dollars. read more

JOE, the amazingly kind and patient young man who helped me and my friend literally look through every hand bag in the store this evening whilst my friend was having a total panic attack wins every award in customer service and commitment! He not only actually cared enough to take down our info and call over help but also looked through each product with serious patience until he found it. He saved many a days thank you so much Joe for all your help and seriously good customer service skills! He deserves a promotion, as he dealt with this high stress situation with genuine instinct. read more

When I worked at Exit 1 in Nashua, I frequented this large Marshalls, which is organized, clean, and chock full of merchandise. This location has a Super Shoe Store and a decent-sized men's store and home section, where I've purchased many a shirt and tie and pots and pans and other assorted items. Since NH is tax-free, I still come here to purchase luggage (a Delsey Helium wardrobe bag has logged many miles and it looks brand new), which is much less than half the price of what you'd pay in a Macy's, etc., and expensive purses (if you hit it right, you can buy a beautiful leather Coach or Louis Vuitton bag for what you'd pay for Nine West or Fossil. I'm a purse snob. So kill me.) They've rearranged the checkout area, so you have to negotiate ropes and wait for the electronic voice to say, "Cashier 3 is now open." They're not usually crowded, so am not sure why this arrangement was necessary. Along the path to the cordoned-off registers are tons of items ready for the picking by impulse buyers. I am not an impulse buyer, so I can just say no. This Nashua spot is so much better than the new one in Lowell, but still only a Marshalls, so a solid 3 stars. read more

Any of these stores, its a hit or miss. If you have ever worked in retail, you know that its gonna be a lot of selection(holidays) or after that, really not that much too choose from until a few or more weeks after it takes to get stuff back in stock. The amount of product available is dependent upon the location and size of store. I always find something here and if not, its fun to look around. read more

Everyone knows what Marshalls is...this is another one. It has clothes, sometimes you can find great deals if you hunt long enough. This one has a lot of furniture and bedding items. If you can spend time hunting through the deals and going weekly...you can snag some good stuff. read more

This company is completely clueless about customer service, as verified by all the negative reviews I have read. I called a store location to check the balance on a gift card. I was told to call the 800 number on the back of the card. Well, there IS no phone number on the back of the card. After informing the associate of this, she said "Then you'll have to come in and we will have to swipe the card." I asked why she can't manually type in the card number, and she transferred me to a manager. The manager informed me "they" want "us" to swipe the card. I asked why and she said "that's the way it is." I said that is bad customer service and she said "I'm sorry you feel that way but that's the way it is." Talk about ignorance. read more

After a long and not so good day, I decided to stop at Marshall's in Nashua , NH. My friend bought a very cute sweater at another Marshall's and I wanted to see if I could find one. I approached 2 young ladies who were working together and described the make and style of the sweater I was looking for. Ena and Michelle were more than helpful and started looking for what I had described, not an easy task on a rack full of sweaters. We could not find the sweater I was looking for , however, I felt like I had 2 "personal " shoppers. They brought over other suggestions and were extremely helpful. They are certainly a wonderful example of how people who deal with the public should act. I'm sure they were busy, but nonetheless, they took the time to help me and it really made my day. I spend so much money at Marshalls I just wish they had coupons. That is why I am giving a 4 instead of 5 star review. I love the variety of items! And always spend hours browsing away and buying way too much. read more
