I loved how the store had everything from custom tailored to casual everyday options, all of which made by high quality designers, all carrying the hallmarks of having the best materials and craftsmanship available. This was quality you could see and feel, but also quality that Jhovani could speak to so you could share the story with others. This is what sets stores like this apart from other retailers and reminds you what you're paying for when shopping at them. I was beyond excited to give this gift and even more happy to see how well it was received. Jhovani is also a tailor and the shop offers tailoring for the items they sell. Tailoring is a dying art and while we can't access the craftsman here keeping it alive, I am glad to see it continuing and hope that Jhovani is able to find more talented folks so that we can all access this service. I believe his name is Aaron (longish black hair) because he is such a fantastic hype man! He is always bubbly and enthusiastic, and makes me feel so good about my purchases. I generally dread small talk interactions at check-outs, but he makes it genuinely enjoyable. The store itself is great too. If you like to shop at places like Marshall's, Sierra, TJ Maxx, etc., this is definitely the best version of them. I appreciate that the clothes are actually organized, and they have one of the best shoe selections of any store. The prices are generally good and reasonable, but the clearance prices are often extreme deals with the caveat of very limited selection (obviously though, since it's clearance). They also have a really good selection of skin care, hair care, and make up. Those are the discounts I often end up appreciating the most!
