The best thing about this Kohl's location is the parking. This location has a huge parking lot and no matter what time of the day. It is easy to find a parking spot. This location has a huge selection of jeans, shoes and hand bags. I would give five stars for the shoe department because it is easy to find sizes that are hard to find in other stores. For value, this store has a lot of sales and promotions going on all the time. So most of the items purchased end up being reasonable. This store also has a Sephora location. They have most of the items that are found in regular Sephora locations. Lines can be long. There are a lot of employees working on the floor. Service is not bad, cashiers are nice. Some employees can be rude, in the past when I did Amazon returns, there were some really rude employees. I am not sure, if they are still doing the returns. read more

Horrible Nasty and just Rude customer service. Ordered some stuff online, easy transaction but when I needed to return one shirt all I got was nasty attitude. I brought in the bag it came in, order number on bag and everything that was in the bag (besides the items I kept) I was told by some rude lady that I needed a UPC number as she slid the bag back to me. Excuse me? I brought everything they sent me, it's not my fault THEY did not include anything they needed. Then I was TOLD to show my email, I'm sorry, I tend not to save emails from Kohls! So, I brought up the order on my phone, they were able to get the UPC number from there. Ok, this is nor my problem or my job to find all this information when I brought to them everything I was given. This gets better! I asked to speak to "manager" I got no apology, just an excuse about "yeah, they don't include a UPC number when you get it online. SO, you know there is a problem but give me a hard time and have to do the work for my return? as i turned to leave I told the manager "yeah, I accept your non apology" then I waited at the door only to see the 3 of them rolling their eyes and looking at me. this will be the last time I step foot in a Kohls and I just canceled my Kohls card that I have had for 15 years. read more

Kohl's. "Expect great things." I got to say I was pretty impressed with the way this store is laid out from the first floor to the second and all the departments. I think I've been to this location like 10+ years ago, and don't remember it being this put together, but needed to stop in for a pick up order which gave me time to stroll and take it all in. The people I encountered were friendly, both customers and employees. This Kohl's is also a +Sephora, which I personally hadn't seen in person. The Sephora is a boutique style size compared to full on locations you may find in malls or plaza's where they are stand alones. I wasn't sure where the pick up area was so ventured about through men's, home goods, bedding, electronics and even up to the customer service area which is also where you can do amazon drop-offs/returns. Downstairs by the registers is where the pick-up area is, huge sign I totally missed because I didn't think to look left when I entered. The pick up area is self pick up and all you need is your pickup pass which tells you where to find your order. I found 104 in an instant, confirmed my name on the bag and what I ordered inside. Easy peasy! I shopped around for those last minute items you often find on your way out, but didn't see anything crying out immediately but definitely noted some things I'll apply my Kohl's cash to my next trip in. While I do like the other locations in LA this one was fairly easy and not too busy. Plenty of people on the floor and register. My wife and I stopped by Kohl's yesterday since we were in the plaza this store is at to get boba. She wanted to see what they have in here since I mostly come to return my Amazon order for a while now. The Amazon return used to be on the first floor when they first started doing it but now it's on the second floor, they probably want people to shop around the store more. This Kohl's store has a Sephora inside as well on the first floor right when you enter. This store has a lot to order ranging from clothing to household products to greeting cards and etc. It's always best to shop around for the best ideal so don't feel the need to just buy certain items here. Beyond horrible service. I received a gift from Kohl's that I had to return. The gift giver used a combination of kohls cash and cash out of pocket, so we received Kohl's cash and store credit for the return. I confirmed multiple times with the employee that the gift giver would not be notified and we would walk out with the value of the item in credit. They said yes. Turns out, the kohls cash we received on the physical paper was bogus. They sent all the money back to the gift giver's account rendering the paper kohls cash useless. We're out $250 and no one at kohls will help. This has been a beyond infuriating experience. We have dealt with many members of this store's staff and they have been less than useful, continually giving us false hope that they will help. At the end of the day, this location has stolen $250 from us. Unfortunately, their policy is to allow their employee to lie about what happened and believe her over us. I will simply never go to this store again. Lesson learned to record all customer service interactions so they cannot ignore your claims when you inevitably have to file a complaint. read more

This location is great for many reasons, but I remain loyal simply because I can purchase items online and show up when ready for pick up. They have made it easier to pick up your own item without having to wait in line. (Depends on the items too) you receive a a code and open it when ready to get your item. Really disappointed with the experience at this Sephora location. I was clearly in line with one item when another customer was allowed to cut in front of me. The excuse? "They're with Kohl's." I've shopped at multiple Sephora locations and have never seen or received any kind of front-of-the-line treatment so I'm not sure if this was special treatment or just poor judgment. When I brought it up, the Leader on Duty admitted it was wrong, but honestly, that's not enough. Sephora staff should be properly trained on fairness and customer service. If you go to this kohls, beware of the people soliciting outside of it trying to get you to purchase their "fundraiser coupon book" for their "school charity" or whatever. It's a total scam and the coupons don't work. The kid outside will ask you to pay $20 to $25 for this sheet of coupon books that don't even work. You think you're helping some kid out, but you're just losing your own money. I've reported this to the managers inside Kohl's but they said since these people are outside of the property, they can't do anything about it. Just search for SmartRaisers and you'll see that this is a common scam happening everywhere. Really wish the Kohl's management could tell these people to not solicit outside of their store. This kid in the photos had the audacity to tell me I was crazy and was cussing me out. But I know this scam to well cause I was a victim a few months ago. This Kohl's is a short drive from my house and you will find me here from time to time shopping for clothes or make up at Sephora. They opened Sephora a few months ago and it's the best thing ever. Kind of dangerous to spend so much money but very convenient... this store is always clean and organized. The team does a pretty good job with it, friendly employees always ready to help. Busy location in a large shopping center. The customer service is very very slow and lacking. I felt like the women behind the customer service desk had no interest in actually helping. They were all eating hot cheetos and on Facebook on their phones in front of me. One lady was on FaceTime with some children. I've worked in customer service so I understand it's draining and not enough pay but I was a little taken aback. I've been to this Kohl's several times, mainly for online pickups, and I love their convenient their Self-Pickup pass. Once you arrive at the store, you head towards the Self-pickup area on the second floor and open your pickup pass on your phone (it should be sent to your email once your order is ready), then you can see the number where your order is located and you can go ahead and grab it--No wait. Hassle free! I've also returned a couple of things from Amazon. I was not aware they take Amazon returns, but now I know. Quick and easy returns on the first floor. The store itself is pretty spacious and every department seems neat. They even have a Sephora, which is convenient for makeup lovers. From head-to-toe, you'll be ready to go where you have to go! Lol. Anyway, the ONLY thing that I wasn't ok with was the women's restroom. Two of the toilets were out of service and one paper towel dispenser was broken. The sink faucet (which seemed dirty) needs to be touched as you wash your hands, so if you worry about germs like me, you won't feel comfortable touching it all along while washing your hands and also touching the paper towel dispenser for the paper towels to come down. It would be nice if they repair/remodel their restroom. Staff has been friendly and helpful every single time, so I will definitely shop here again. read more

They have a deal with Amazon for a constant stream of customers for a very clever marketing technique. They make you go to the second floor for returns, another slick trick. Worst Kohl's ever, and possibly the worst department store ever. We bought two sets of two chair cushions. But they didn't have strings to attach them to the chair, so we decided to return them. Simple right? Wrong! We were told at first that we only purchased 2 cushions when we physically had 4 cushions. Then they told us they couldn't find the order when we brought in the receipt. The employee at the store was incompetent so we called Kohl's customer service. I explained the whole situation of the return and they just told us that "that is impossible". Wow! Well, better believe it because we now have four useless cushions that cost $100. After 45 minutes on the phone with Kohl's customer support they hung up. If you're looking for cheap, worthless low-quality items shelled out by an uncaring corporate structure to stores manned by incompetent minimum wage employees who couldn't care less, then by all means continue shopping at this nightmare of a retail store. read more

This store has no respect for shoppers at all. My family and I went for a shopping spree and had a cart filled with clothes, employees were following us around for no reason. We had enter an elevator and as soon as we were about to get off a rude employee was telling us to "cut the sh*t" infront of my daughters. Ordered a cushion from Kohls.com on 08/03/20. Received it on 08/19/20 but physically returned item to their store a few days later. Thought I was done with this purchase. Received a letter by mail from Kohls on Oct 22 that I had a balance on my Kohl's credit card for $10 for shipping even though I returned item to the store physically. Quickly paid that same day but learned Kohl's had already reported me to the credit bureau! Later saw that Kohl's email notifications were sent directly to my spam folder. I called, explained what happened plus this was my first late payment and can you please have some compassion as I am in the middle of applying for a new home loan. Can this credit report be reversed?? I was denied. My credit goes down 52 points. A $10 shipping charge that I was unaware of is costing me thousands of dollars. Kohl's did not bother sending out a letter notifying me of my balance until AFTER they reported me to the credit bureau. Kohl's has just lost a customer for life. read more

This is the Kohl's I always shop at. It's located in a large corner multi complex. Parking has never been a problem. The store has two levels. They have a great girls juniors department. Prices are reasonable and there is always something on sale and clearance items to sift through. I was especially pleased at how friendly the staff was and how stocked the shelves were, especially right after thanksgiving. The one thing that always lacks here is the shopping carts. I did however run into a lady who was willing to swap her stroller cart for a regular cart so I didn't have to lug my granddaughter all over the store. But the fact that they even have carts at all is a bonus to me. More department stores should jump on this bandwagon. They have a great return policy, so buy with ease. They have clothes, shoes, handbags, under garments, seasonal, baby/toddler, accessories, perfume, makeup, jewelry and toys. One stop shop! Works for me. read more
