Got a call 3 weeks later, she ordered the wrong color of sunglasses. Another 3 week wait! Got the call they were in, was checked for fit and I asked the gal if I owed anymore. She said nope, I was paid in full. Four weeks later I get a bill for $18 plus some odd cents. A charge (refraction) that she said my insurance doesn't pay for totally so I had to pay the balance. My last eye doctor accepted what insurance paid and charged off the difference. Not these people! Never again will I go back to them despite the shorter drive. I'll go back to my first eye doctor even if it is a longer drive. Note: They say in their reply that they gave me a free pair of sunglasses. That's because the gal told me the ones they ordered were wrong and would be thrown away. Like I said, they messed up, so nothing free. I still paid full price and the extra free pair I ended up throwing away because they were an ugly brown.

But after my exam he told me he felt I needed to go to the hospital. That he thought it was something more severe. Turns out I was a Type 1 diabetic. Diagnosed by my optometrist. I just recently went back in 2015 and saw Dr Gimness again. This time I do need glasses. And the time he took and the in depth explanations I was given telling me how things work and what happens with my particular disease and my eyes was great. He definitely cares about his patients and is a wonderful doctor. Highly recommended.

Multiple days go by without returning calls (even when marked "urgent*), promises to call back with test results completely blown off, goes out of town but doesn't bother to change her voicemail message so you have any idea when she might call back. Getting a simple prescription refill takes over a week, and frequently more than two. The capper, though, was her having told us she would come to our house yesterday to draw our blood for a status review, (an appointment we made 3 months in advance), and although she managed to send us a reminder of this appointment, THEN SHE FAILED TO SHOW UP ALTOGETHER. No call in advance to alert us of the change, no replies to multiple efforts on our part to make contact (both by text and messages left on her office phone), then finally called back this afternoon, claiming she had only received a single message from us (this morning) and claimed she had no idea why we had called! No apology was offered, no reason was given for why she was a no-show, and instead her response was simply to say "I think we need to part ways", and then she hung up on us. This person should have her medical license stripped permanently. She's not only a very poor practitioner, she's also an outright liar and she certainly should NOT be trusted with your LIFE!

When emergencies arise I've been able to get my kids in to be seen that same day. On the rare occasion that he's running behind and we're not in an exam room by the time our appointment was supposed to start it's because he has taken the time to stop and listen to what the parents or patient have had to say and he really does engage with you and listen to concerns. I cannot recommend him enough and if he were a GP I'd see him myself!

This is a community and fitness center owned by the Kalispel Indians but everybody is welcome. I…read morevisited this place for the first time a week ago and it was absolutely awesome! It was beautifully constructed and everybody that worked there was really friendly. The woman's bathroom had a sauna and steam room. There was a hot tub, a swimming pool, a weight room with all types of equipment and machines for working out, and free classes, such as Zumba, spinning, water aerobics, etc. The downstairs cafeteria had good food too. The Kalispel tribe also has buffalo nearby and a Powwow center. I am very happy for the Kalispel Tribe. I think it is a huge accomplishment and it means a lot to the community.
