Here for the third or fourth time getting a spa pedicure. Today it's the pumpkin spice pedicure. This place is pretty great. Its nice and clean. While you are getting your services, they offer drink selections such as tea, coffee and wine after certain hours. Off to my usual gel pedi with OPI's Mod About You! The staff is nice. My friends and I decided to book a group nail appointment here on a Saturday. They were able to accommodate us all at once, which was very nice. Their menu is very extensive with so many options for nails, toes, and also waxing. The salon is very clean and the stations are spread out. I got nail extensions and a classic pedicure. Yikes. KOHT is pitched as the sister location to Nail Spa Elmsford, and let's just start off by saying they should think about disassociating. The technicians I've had at KOHT do not have anywhere near the same expertise and care of Nail Spa. In two separate occurrences, the services felt rushed, the foot and leg massage felt untrained, and the tlc I was looking for just wasn't there. I wanted to love you, KOHT, but there is more to quality than offering tea, coffee, and mimosas. You just aren't there. read more

I've been here a number of times for manicures, particularly when I am looking to get a design of sorts. The salon is beautiful, but their pricing is out of control and inconsistent. I say this as an individual who does not mind paying a higher rate for quality services. My most recent visit has turned me off as a customer entirely and I will not be returning. To sum it up - I was charged $25 in addition to the "base price" of a powder manicure ($51) with simple design. It took my manicurist roughly 15 seconds per nail (4 nails in total) to paint a star on my fingers. She additionally told me the pearl stone I wanted to add "didn't go with the design she painted" and so, she refused to add that on. According to the salon, the cost of the design was $20 and they were charging $5 for a "gel top coat" instead of a powder gel top coat. This is absurd in that a top coat is a necessary part of any manicure and they do not disclose that there is apparently a difference in price between a powder gel top coat and a SNS gel top coat until it's time to pay. The prices are arbitrary and the work is nothing special. read more

This place appeared to be great at first but was such a let down. I visited here one evening for a Gel Nail appointment, everything went fine. In about two hours after leaving the Spa, multiple air bubbles and dents appeared on my nails. The salon was already closed by then (Photo attached) I came in the following morning after 10AM, to show one of the managers how my nails turned out. I was told that I needed to call ahead to make another appointment in order to be seen. However after waiting for some time I was able to see an available nail tech. I asked the new nail tech if they had any idea why the nails would come out this way, they were mushy and bubbly to the touch. Before the new nail tech could respond to my question, the original nail tech from last evening came over and told me that it was my fault because "you probably didn't put your hands far in enough to the UV light"....No apology, no sorry that this happened, no yes it is quite strange, nothing at all, just blame on me as the customer. So after what he said, I told him that I disagree because I have been doing Gel manicures for over 20 years and have never had such a huge issue, and I always "put my hands in as required". The nail tech had to remove gel polish from 8 out of 10 fingers. This prompted me to ask about the specific color and brand of gel polish that was used, and whether that could be the issue, and if it was, I'd rather change the color/brand instead of having the same issue happen again. I was told that if they changed the color I would have to pay full price over again to do so. I was appalled and told them that I did not come back to get a "freebie" service, but I wanted the service that I paid so much for. I paid $90 in total for a gel manicure + regular pedicure. Their customer service was just horrible. Before even writing this review, I sent a private message to management and explained the above and how I left that morning feeling unsatisfied. That email was sent over three months ago, it has been radio silence. I haven't received any notes of acknowledgment or accountability on the Spa's end. I am left unsure as to why me, specifically was treated this way, when I have been a customer since the store opened. Their customer service is the worst. On to finding another spot! read more

The nails are well done. The pedicures are nice, even the eyebrows are good but if you're thinking of getting lashes done here DONT!!! I got my lashes done and they weren't what I expect for hybrid lashes costing $160 This was money down the drain!!! These lashes look like Walgreen cheap quality lashes. They looked terrible!! The lashes were not done well either one eye had more lashes than the other and it was too bad that I noticed it at home. They didn't look natural. I was looking for a more subtle natural look and it wasn't what I wanted at all. The very next day the eyelashes were falling out. So expensive for cheap eyelashes I regret getting them done here. I've gone on different times with different technicians and each time is better than the last. I love the boujee vibe that the place gives off and the feeling of relaxation once you're in there. I usually got UV gel refill and the pedicure and both always come out great. They have a great selection of colors too. I would definitely recommend! read more

So happy my go-to salon opened up another location down the block! This new salon is beautiful, extremely clean and super friendly staff. I usually get my spa pedis and SNS here. They have an amazing color collection for gels and regular polish- they even have a Chanel Spa Manicure and Pedicure! Would definitely recommend checking it out if you haven't already! read more

Quite disappointing! The place was great, new, clean and welcoming, but no more! The salon is getting dirty and stations are dusty and gross. I got the worst nail job ever, my gel lasted only 2 days before it started chipping and the guy who did it was rude. What a disappointment! read more

Really nice place - super clean, nice, and new. Has a great vibe. I didn't have the best experience the first time I went, but gave it another shot with a different manicurist because I really wanted it to be my new place. I found it be inconsistent - for the same type of manicure, same shape nails, etc. I was charged 2 different amounts. Their explanation for why didn't make sense to me considering everything about the 2 manicures was the same. This was also after waiting more than 20 minutes for a scheduled appointment. I get things happen, but putting these factors together doesn't make me want to come back. My nails looked great both times though! Give it a shot and make your own judgement! read more

This is a second location to their popular Elmsford location. My question is why are their prices higher at their Greenburgh location from their Elmsford place? Could it be because they claim to provide complimentary coffee/tea/wine during limited hours. The nail techs don't even bother to offer you any of these so called complimentary beverages. I'm guessing that I just answered my own question about higher prices at their Greenburgh location. I won't go back! read more
