This truck is run by a very sweet couple and the products vary from stuffed waffles, snacks, and beverages. It makes a wonderful start to your day I promise. Stuffed waffles include a sausage, egg & cheese, Monte Cristo, blueberries & cream, pepperoni pizza, chicken n waffles, and apple pie. The sausage egg and cheese is perfectly done, not too hot spice wise, perfectly fried egg and just enough cheese and a side of syrup and fusting of powdered sugar. The Monte Cristo is your brunch style waffle with ham and turkey and cheese and a side of raspberry sauce(OH YUM!)and a dusting of powdered sugar.
