Choose 3, 6, or 12 ... just be sure to order some because the tender, juicy meat falls right off the bone and, with luck, right into your mouth. I went back for more and they had sold out so I settled on Brisket. It was tender beef, but I loved the pork more. I must try the Beef Ribs next time. Sides included Cole Slaw, grilled Country Corn, Chili Cheese Fries; however, the best companions for the barbecue were the sauces including Root Beer BBQ Sauce, Sriracha BBQ Sauce, Cascadia Ale BBQ Sauce, and my favorite: Carolina Reaper BBQ Sauce. The hours are advertised as open 4 days a week, but the schedule and location varies since this food truck is mobile. I love my father (Hi Dad!!), but when it comes to who's my papa, I choose Papa Joe's BBQ.

I highly recommend him for catering large crowds and events. His food was a hit with the crowd and he really came through with his vegetarian and vegan options. His willingness to accommodate was truly outstanding. His family was so sweet as well. We truly appreciated their hard work and ease of doing business with.
