It did run me about $9-$10 with tip but it was *chef's kiss* perfectionnnn. So good. The smiling faces and pleasant conversation made it even better, and makes Nobi Cha standout from the deadpan service I've received from other tea spots. My tea today... the sweetness level is definitely there, the crème brûlée flavor is on point, the boba is nicely al denté (sometimes they can either be overly mushy or undercooked), the tea flavor isn't really there and I wish I tasted the tea more (but maybe there is no tea in this drink, just milk), the custard pudding is a bit gelatinous to my liking, it isn't as smooth as the custard puddings I had at other places or growing up. I also wasn't able to choose a size, so it's only 1 size, and it doesn't say how many ounces it is. Overall, I don't think it's worth $10 for this drink.
