Went here because I was craving Delgada coffee that I got in Ashburn at another Coke tea location with the foam. Sylkie the kind staff on shift let me know that they don't dolgata foam there. just a little bit of coffee and mostly brown sugar syrup. She even offered to make me a new drink if I didn't like it. Such a kind person. Thank you sm

Out of town stop..craving some boba! The stand was clean and cute looking. Quick service, but just okay drink. Would have liked a little more flavor.

Food - 3.5. service and ambiance - in the mall. Just fine. Only rating the mango ice-blend. It was fine. I asked for coconut milk and mango jelly.. The jelly was good - firm but not too firm. The drink was a tad sweet. I paid extra for the coconut milk, and appreciate they have the option (a lot of places don't) but it wasn't coconutty at all. I will continue my hunt for a better mango slush !

Parking: tons of parking bc Kokee Tea is inside Fair Oaks Mall. You will have no problem finding parking. Park near Macy's! Seating: there isn't specific seating for Kokee Tea, but there are seats and tables in the mall. So you will be able to find seats somewhere! Food: the drinks are refreshing and there's a variety of flavors! Most have caffeine, but they do have some fruity drinks without caffeine (in case you wanted non-caffeinated drinks). They also only have one size. Bathroom: there isn't a specific bathroom for Kokee Tea, but the mall has bathrooms. Price: it can be a little pricey for bubble tea, but the one cup size is quite large! Service: the cashier was patient and kind.

The line was very long, but I was craving for a drink so I waited. There were 5 baristas working along with 1 cashier so that was good because even with a long line they kept the wait time short. I ordered the lychee black tea with lychee jelly and added tapioca. I'm so glad I order the drink 25 percent sugar because the lychee flavor and the lychee jelly made the drink sweet enough for my taste. A nice balance of lychee and tea flavor. The only reason why I gave it a 4 star is because I can't imagine what regular sugar level would be if I didn't get the 24 percent sugar level myself ...

Love that Kokee Tea is in Fair Oaks Mall. While walking around and doing our usual window shopping, we came across the Kokee Tea kiosk. Decided to try it out. Employees are very friendly and helpful. They offer milk teas, fruity teas, and macarons. You can choose your sweetness level (25%, 50%, 75%, Regular) and toppings (add $0.50/topping). Some toppings include honey boba, strawberry bubble, peach bubble, egg pudding, mango jelly, rainbow jelly, strawberry jelly, etc.). Tried their House Milk Tea w/ Honey Boba. The tea had good flavor. I wouldn't say this is my favorite place to get milk tea but it was very convenient. The Honey Boba had a great consistency and flavor. The macarons were delicious, fresh, flavorful, and had super cute designs. I'm so glad we checked this place out. Will definitely be back to try out some of their other drinks.

I ordered over $70 worth of drinks and snacks from here and I was foolish enough to think their quality was good. I paid $6 for avocado bubble tea thinking (like all places) it had real avocado in there. BUT NO. It tastes synthetic and gross and not at all what I paid for. I asked for an exchange for anything else because it didn't taste right. It didn't even taste like avocado and had a bad after taste but the lady in charge said that because I "tasted it" she can't exchange it. Really? How else was i supposed to know it tasted DISGUSTING. Fake flavors should be marked so ppl know it's not real fruit they are paying for. Who the hell would pay for avocado syrup!? Will never buy from here again

Great spot to grab a refreshing drink! Price is reasonable. Lots of options. Staff was friendly.

Strawberry Milk Tea and a Taro Milk Tea

Came here with one of my friends the other day and we really enjoyed the strawberry slush with a lychee jelly add-in and my friend got a taro milk tea with the honey boba! Very good drinks for a reasonable price.

I was so excited to hear that a bubble tea place opened up in the mall! It's a kiosk located at the foot of the stairs by Godiva and near Macy's. You have the option of ordering hot tea, bubble tea, etc. Toppings such as bubble and jelly are extra. I came during a weeknight and I hardly had to wait at all to place my order. Since it was my first time here, I decided to order the classic Thai tea with bubbles (tapioca). They were quick and were nice enough to give me a Choco pie too! My bubble tea tasted good and the bubbles were nice and chewy. Note that credit card is accepted.

My review is based solely on one visit. A small kiosk in Fair Oaks mall, Kokee Tea is one of its kind in the mall (I believe there are no other places serving bubble tea). And that is why there were quite a few people swirling around on a Sunday afternoon, from bubble tea veterans like myself (lol) to curious first time customers. Their menu is weirdly taped to a glass stand making it somewhat uncomfortable for people trying to figure out what to order, especially when there's a line. I usually get milk based teas, but this time around I opted for a Rose from San Fran which is a combination of jasmine infused green tea and lychee and rose. I was pleasantly surprised. The drink wasn't too sweet and was very refreshing. Unfortunately, they serve only large cups and that is way too much bubble tea in my opinion. The employees attitude was somewhat dry - I hope they work on that. Overall a welcome addition to Fair Oaks mall. Glad to have something other than Starbucks.

Inside the mall +Thirsty Joe is an interesting combo. Kiwi, cucumber. Get it with the lychee jelly +Lychee lychee with the boba is good. Consistency of the boba is good. Not too mushy, not too firm +service is friendly -average boba tea. Not bad for a mall boba

Very good macaroons but at $1.89 and $2.99 each they are extremely overpriced and won't be even considering to purchase from them again.

The amount of boba/bubbles you get are plentiful and I think some places don't give you much either. For me I just wanted to try one of the special items. I got the Strawberry Matcha with Sakura Crystal Boba and it wasn't too sweet nor it was not enjoyable. The crystal boba is interesting as it doesn't have the tapioca taste but more akin to jelly. Matcha is one of my favorite flavors so when paired with strawberry syrup and milk, you really can't go wrong with it. Since it's close to my work, I guess I can always do a second visit!

The drinks themselves are either super watered down or taste nothing like what you usually get. Then she went and put the Oreo gluten donut on top of the macarons after I just told her my kid had an allergy. The donuts were really good, soft, chewy... we got the churro and Oreo flavor. However, I love the decoration, the customer service and the extensive menu, which is the reason for the 4 stars. I originally stopped by to eye the menu and plan my post-lunch coffee-time dessert. I let the barista know that I'll be returning but will order something simple. She suggested the cortado and I said yes immediately, and asked for iced. It was perfectly strong and not watered down. Fast forward a few hours, I returned as promised and she remembered me. We decided to order 2 mochi donuts and a few drinks: -chocolate and cinnamon/sugar donuts -red velvet latte -hazelnut latte -regular latte One thing to note is that she couldn't really describe the drinks. For example, I asked her if the red velvet latte tastes like chocolate or just sugary (since it's basically red-dyed chocolate) and she had no idea. I asked her what are the top drinks (besides what was shown on the board) and she couldn't answer that. But she was friendly. The donuts tasted a little stale and the chocolate frosting was definitely a little too hard. The cinnamon toast crunch was a cute touch to the donut, but again was stale. I wasn't a fan of the red velvet latte, it was pure sugar and aside from the intense pink color didn't taste the way I expected a red velvet cake to taste (most likely because the cream cheese is important to the flavor). The decoration and swag for purchase are all show-stoppers, perfect for photo ops or even social media. They have a cute little photo booth inside as well. There is plenty of seating available. I can't say that I'd return as I'm not a big mall person and wasn't too terribly impressed with the donuts.
