Came in on a Saturday evening with a party of 5 and got seated right away. The restaurant itself is in a Milpitas strip mall with plenty of parking and the seating area is clean and well-lit. Service was attentive and the food came out pretty quick after ordering. Menu included mostly ramen, some appetizers, and a few donburi and katsu options as well. Black Garlic Pork Ramen: this is the ramen they are most known for I think, and it was pretty good. The broth was not as creamy as tonkotsu and had generous portions of whole garlic cloves inside, and lots of black pepper of course. Pork was tender and noodles well cooked. Chicken Karaage: crispy and juicy pieces of chicken that were big and meaty. The breading was light which is also a plus. King Tonkatsu: a huge flat piece of pork tonkatsu served with curry and rice on the side. It came out on a big slab of wood which was quite the presentation. Meat was good but nothing too special. Wish it came with more cabbage and pickles to balance.
Great Friday lunch spot! It wasn't crowded, so seating was super quick. The spicy black garlic pork chashu ramen with thick noodles was excellent. The beautiful char on the pork and garlic really elevated the taste, and the portion size was great. Highly recommend. 4/5 stars!
Kokoro Ramen is a small restaurant that's located inside a busy plaza. There is a lot of parking but it can get crowded. The inside had a wooden and brick aesthetic. Staff were friendly, quick, and efficient. You order on the tablet placed on the tables. I got the Tonkotsu Ramen and the noodles were soft. Portion size was filling. Meat was tender and savory. The broth had a lighter Tonkotsu flavor compared to other ramen restaurants I have been too. The egg was cooked perfectly and tasted creamy.
The place is on the smaller side. We ordered through the small kiosk at our table and was super easy. I liked how it gave us recommendations based on what was "liked" and most popular. Our waitress was attentive and the only one for the whole restaurant. The miso ramen was super flavorful and good for the cold weather. The thick noodles are my favorite. It's been about a couple years since I went here. It was quite packed on a weekend especially that the restaurant is small. Good news is that I'm able to get a seat since I'm a solo diner. I was deciding if I wanted to either get Shoyu Ramen or Black Garlic Pork Ramen, which is highly recommended. So I got the garlic one. Honestly, the broth is too garlicky. Also they noticed that usually serve big pieces of sliced meat rather than few smaller ones. Everything else including the toppings is good though. If you plan to dine out with your friends here especially on the weekend, try planning in advance because you'll have to wait longer.
Sandwiched between Tong Sui & K On The Go, Komodo Ramen is nestled within the Calaveras Plaza Shopping Center. Came here in hopes of adding another meal to my picky toddler's list of eats. We purchased: Miso Ramen Black Garlic Pork Ramen w/ Kale Noodles Edamame Food here was good. Broth was complex and delicious. Noodles were cooked well and had the typical bite that you would associate with properly cooked ramen. Edamame was very basic. 3 stars overall because the service was off. The lady was very short and unfriendly. It would be one thing if the restaurant was busy but it wasn't- this didn't justify the vibes.
Been to this place several times and it never disappoints! Seating is typically fast and the store is always clean. Service is friendly and your water will never be empty for long. They will accommodate your requests. The portions are huge. My favorite is their spicy niku ramen. It's super flavorful and spicy even without the extra spicy request. It comes with chashu and spicy pork bits which was a lot of meat. The egg is also really good, not old nor overcooked and paired nicely. The bamboo is good and not too earthy. The presentation is kinda on and off. I went there yesterday and the seaweed piece was way too submerged causing it to be super soggy, but I have been there in the past where it was placed perfectly.
okay been here a few times but it's been a while surprisingly not too busy at like 8pm on a Tuesday, but maybe we just ate dinner late ordering happens on iPads at. each table now, which is def something new - also not every table has one so the waitress still needed to go around taking some people's orders tonkatsu ramen - 7/10 same old thing as always - the meat was dry/over torched tho which didn't happen before; overall not too shabby chicken & rice - 8/10 huge bowl lol like hugeeee; friend couldn't even finish it ; seemed like a decent amount of chicken too so that was nice side note I always get p thirsty after eating here so maybe there's msg idk
Black Garlic Tonkatsu (5/5): My favorite and the most flavorful in my opinion. The broth is rich with depth, the soft-boiled egg is seasoned all the way down to the yolk and cooked perfectly, and the whole garlic bits take it to another level. Vegetarian Dry Ramen (3/5): Heads up; this is a dry ramen (no soup), so be mindful when ordering. It's a salty-sweet combo, but honestly, it leans WAYYY too salty for me. Tonkatsu Ramen (4/5): Solid choice. Can't go wrong with ordering this. Service: Attentive, and food came out within a reasonable time. Atmosphere: Small space in a crowded parking lot, so expect a wait during peak hours. The shop is cozy but limited in seating. Pro tip: They now have togarashi (Japanese chili pepper) available on the tables, so you can adjust your spice level to your liking.
Absolutely delicious Japanese ramen that I rate up there with Jinya. The broth is rich and so flavorful! I got the curry ramen with chicken karaage and subbed kale noodles, just like I do at Jinya. Divine! I drank that broth up like it was my last meal. The chicken was delicious and crispy, and the corn and bamboo shoots paired so well adding crunch in every spoonful. My friend got the miso ramen and he loved it. We also shared the roasted garlic edamame and let me tell you it was to die for! That roasted garlic...i'd like to put it on everything! Good thing I wasn't kissing anyone! The restaurant itself is pretty tiny, it's definitely a dine and dash place. You slurp your ramen and don't linger. It's also in a super busy complex so watch out for crazy drivers. I'll be back for more ramen goodness!
This place absolutely hit the spot. The Black Garlic Ramen is my new favorite--deep, rich umami with a bold garlic backbone that's on another level. It's a small spot with limited seating, and part of me wants to gatekeep it... but this ramen deserves to be tasted.
3 stars for the black garlic ramen, 4 for the tonkatsu. Black garlic ramen was too salty. We came right at opening so didn't have to wait. Ordering via machine was efficient and service was decent. Noodles were not bad, but nothing standout and def not worth waiting in line for. Portions were pretty big, especially with the extra noodles we ordered for each of our ramen bowls.
Came on a Saturday early dinner time, the parking lot in the plaza is always a nightmare. But didn't have to wait to be seated. The Tonkotsu Ramen is always my go to and my fiancé loves any of the spicy ramens. We tried the fries, had some mayo, tangy sauce, and the same thing they put on a takoyaki. The food was pretty good, i couldn't tell if I was just super hungry... or the food was delicious. we left with super full bellies and ready for a food coma. read more

They currently are open for both indoor and outdoor dining. I've tried this place pre-COVID and I remember that it's a bit small inside, so we opted for outdoor dining. I came on a weekday around lunch time and it wasn't busy at all, so worrying about a wait time shouldn't be a problem. BLACK GARLIC PORK RAMEN(4/5): Safe to say this one is packed with flavor! The black garlic taste is so yummy and comforting and the broth isn't overwhelming at all which is a problem I typically have with ramen. I like the selection of toppings it comes with, I added corn to my bowl as well and overall would recommend this to someone who doesn't want something spicy. The noodles here are also so good, probably one of the best noodles I've tried when eating out for ramen! I'd recommend ordering thin noodle. SPICY MISO RAMEN(4/5): I got this extra spicy(which they charge extra for) because my spice tolerance is pretty high and normally "extra spicy" is not spicy enough for me. Definitely not the case here, I was starting to sweat by the time I finished my bowl! It's not the type of spice that you suffer through though, it's the type you want to keep on eating because it's so good. This will probably be my go-to bowl when I come here, it's a basic option but tastes delicious and also light rather than heavy. I'm not a big ramen person as I always find it too heavy, but I have no issues with the richness here. The broth doesn't overwhelm the toppings and the noodles here are super chewy and fresh. I'm not one to ever crave ramen or suggest it when I go out to eat with others but if I ever want it, I would definitely come here! read more

Super tiny place but food was great! Came one random day with my boyfriend and were immediately seated. Staff was pretty busy with a large group of ~8, but could've been a bit more attentive. Ordered 2 ramens and croquette. Croquette came out in a decent amount of time. My boyfriend got his ramen and insisted on waiting for mine to come out before he starts. 10 minutes go by and nothing... server did not check in and I had to waive them down to see what's going on. They were nice about it and went to check on it and let me know the ETA. Finally got my ramen (15 minutes later than the first bowl) and by then my bf's was cold. Food was still good, but disappointed on the wait and lack of attention. Another random thing I noticed while we were waiting. The large group of ~8 had adults sitting against the wall and 2-3 children on the outside where the walking area was. Their food came out and the server was holding the ramen bowl above the children's heads to serve it to the people sitting against the wall! Multiple time! They should be more mindful and politely ask people to lean sideways when they have to reach across the way to serve a bowl of hot ramen. read more
Delicious ramen spot that is packed with so much flavor! I had the Black Garlic Tonkotsu Ramen and I loved it very much! The soup is thick and had so much flavor! The soup lingered on my tongue for hours which is a sign that they cooked the soup for hours. I would order this again and again. Tip: ask for the thick noodles and save the soup. Once you finish the noodles, ask for another serving of noodles (thin type) for only a few bucks more! read more

I liked this ramen spot! It's located in a Milpitas plaza with lots of other Asian restaurants and boba shops including Daeho, Teaspoon, and Happy Lemon. Thus, the parking lot can get a bit busy but I'd still come back here for the ramen! We ordered: Black Garlic Pork Ramen - flavorful, good, recommend this one Veggie Shoyu Ramen - soy sauce flavored broth, vegetarian Tonkotsu Ramen - pork flavored ramen, good Great food and pretty big portion size but the ramen seating spot is pretty small. We went on Sunday during lunch hours, and luckily we did not have to wait for a seat. read more
3.5 stars Went here on a Tuesday for lunch around 12pm and just beat the line. My sister and I were seated quickly in this very small restaurant, but they did have outdoor seating. I ordered the miso ramen and my sister ordered the spicy miso ramen. The broth was okay, the spicy ramen wasn't spicy which my sister wasn't too happy about. The char shui had a smoky charred flavor that we weren't too fond of. This wasn't our favorite ramen place to be honest, especially since my sister is a ramen connoisseur. It wasn't terrible but it just wasn't our favorite place. We also felt bad for the server because she was the only person greeting, seating, answering the phone, taking orders, delivering food, and delivering checks. Service wasn't too bad though! read more

Came on a Friday evening and there was no wait. We were seated immediately and food came out pretty fast as well. The inside is quite small, but they do have a fairly spacious outdoor seating area. We both got the Black Garlic Pork Ramen. Really enjoyed the flavor and I actually really liked the bamboo shoots as well. The portion size seemed a bit small considering the price, but overall a pretty decent spot. read more

A solid ramen spot in Milpitas! It's a small cute hole in the wall that holds delicious hearty ramen. The ramen was really good, the broth was perfectly seasoned and had a great kick to it. My friend and I both ordered the spicy vegetarian ramen. I wish their other ramens can be made with vegetarian broth tho :( we really wanted to try the curry ramen. It was still an amazing choice! I'm still very grateful that they have veggie options for those who don't eat meat. It came packed with flavor and veggies. The tofu and the egg were my favorite! I love how the tofu soaks in the rich broth and how the creamy egg yolk mixes with the broth making it 10xs more richer... yum!!! We also both got a side of kimchi and bless them for not skimping out on the kimchi like other places. The place is located is in the busiest area of Milpitas so be prepared to deal with some traffic lol. A great price for great food! Can't wait to be back to try more. read more

Very busy during lunch time. The waitress was working so hard to serve us. You can choose thin or thick noodles. You can also choose the original soup or add spices to the soup (additional money). It's getting colder in the Bay Area now and I'm craving some good hot ramen! Kokoro Ramen offers delicious and creative ramens. The service is always friendly. The interior decor is modern and well done. The ingredients are simply excellent. The tea infused soft boiled eggs are perfectly cooked and so yummy!! They allow you to tailor your ramen to your personal preference. - salt content, richness, spice level, garlic, and even how firm you want your noodles. My favorite is the Black Garlic ramen made with delicious pork broth. I included a pic my order form/menu, of exactly how I like it. Their Chicken Karaage is simply amazing! Unique, creative, delicious, and so very addictive. Highly recommended and expect a long line - no reservations!! read more
Pretty good ramen place, it's located in a crazy busy parking lot (by crazy busy, I mean hard to find parking, and waiting 5- 10 mins in line to get out of the parking lot type crazy busy). Parking a bit further and walking made it easier, they seated us right away, no wait time. We did indoor dining, and the tables are not 6 feet away! They do have outdoor seating which is tent covered. Their customer service was good, they brought us the menu's right away, and the ramen was good, nothing crazy but good. The noodles were perfectly cooked, and the broth was thick- not as much flavor but good. They do offer you "original" medium spice or "spicy". I went with the original and thought the spice was perfect. Prices- it's average ~$14 or so. We did ask for an extra egg on top for a to- go order, for which they charged $1.50 but didn't end up giving the egg - found out later (that was a bummer). Ordered the curry ramen in spicy for takeout. Found a hair in 1/3 of the karrage pieces after I took a bite, and I pulled a very LONG strand of hair out of it. At first I thought it could have been my hair but it wasn't because it was literally fried IN the chicken. I didn't take a photo because I didn't want to be even more turned off by the food altogether because I spent money on it and hate being wasteful, so I just discarded the chicken I found the hair in. Super bummed and grossed out that I pulled that long of a hair strand out of the chicken! IT WAS SO LONG and we are in the middle of a pandemic so I don't know where the chef has been or how clean their hair is even in normal circumstances! Curry ramen in spicy: The broth had a good flavor and there were ample toppings. The karrage wasn't crispy even though broth hadn't been poured over it yet, but it had a good flavor (except for that hair) and was juicy. Overall the curry ramen was good but nothing I'd go out of my way for. WARNING: the broth stained my white table so be aware of that while you're eating. Will probably be using a magic eraser to get rid of the stain. I will not be returning. If a cook in the back has hair that long they should DEFINITELY be wearing a hair net to avoid hair being fried with the chicken! read more

The weather was perfect for ramen- rainy and chilly- so I decided to try Kokoro since others recommended it to me. I ordered the Black Garlic Pork Ramen and their Chicken Kaarage. Black Garlic Pork Ramen: - I like how they have the option for thin and thick noodles. I chose thick noodles, which were cooked perfectly! As a garlic lover, I really enjoyed the broth, and the noodles served as a great conveyor for the broth to cling onto. I would love to try the thin noodles next time. - I was surprised with the portion of meat they gave. The ramen comes with 3 substantially sized pieces of Chasu, while I'm used to restaurants only giving 2 small/medium pieces. - They gave a lot of the other toppings too, and of course, the ramen egg was so yummy. I didn't realize you could adjust the spice for the ramen until later on, but next time, I will definitely try a spicier version. Chicken Karaage: - Came out hot and crispy - Seasoned well, and the size of each chicken piece was great for the price. I have to note that the restaurant is pretty small, so there aren't that many tables. I noticed it started getting busier as it got closer to lunch hour. One of my friends also said they'd gotten overcooked noodles before when they went later in the day, so maybe that's a tip to come earlier (which I did, and everything tasted great!). Overall, this is a pretty good place to get ramen if you're in the area! Their prices are reasonable compared to other places I've gone to, and their portions are great too. read more

My experience at KoKoRo was great! Along with the attentive service, the food was very tasty. My favorite was their Black Garlic Pork Ramen, but also ordered the Tonkotsu and Tonkotsu (Spicy) which were also very good. Their Chicken Karaage was tender and came with a nice sauce. We dined here last Saturday for lunch. We arrived around 1pm and seated immediately under the tent for outdoor dining. We ordered black garlic ramen, large chicken mayo donburi, chicken karage, and agedashi tofu. The appetizers came out pretty fast. The chicken karage was delicious! Crispy and tender. We don't really like the agedashi tofu. The crispy tofu was soaked in bowlful of broth. This was unusual for us as other restaurant usually only give couple tablespoon of broth to keep the tofu crispy. The black garlic ramen was delicious! The broth was thick and flavorful. I could really taste the garlic and there were charred garlic pieces in the bowl. The pork slices were thick and tender. However, I don't like the type noodle - it was too soft for my liking. Flavorwise, it was a tasty bowl of ramen. The large chicken mayo donburi was pretty big. My hubby was super stuffed finishing his bowl. The chicken pieces were crispy and overall, a good donburi. This restaurant is located in Calaveras Plaza Shopping Center along with Grocery outlet and other restaurants. Parking is plenty but it can be crowded as there are lots of popular restaurants here. read more
Other reviews seem to love it here but it's not my thing. I had the black garlic pork ramen and it was bland with a little burnt taste, I think from the roasted garlic. The chicken karage was good but also on the bland side. I had to add salt and pepper. Edamame was edamame. read more

Very tiny place but very welcoming. Food was good too. I got the Niku ramen and it was pretty flavorful. I would like it to be more spicy but it did the trick. The portion size of the ramen was large, which was very filling. Would go back for a second round. read more
Revisited this restaurant but it turn out to be disappointed . Although the service was good , the soup base of the noodle was kind of disappointed . The Black Garlic Ramen was acceptable but the Tonkotsu Ramen was no good , the soup base was flavorless. :( read more

Kokoro Ramen is located in a plaza with a bunch of other great restaurants like Layang Layang, DaeHo Galbi Jjim, SGD Tofu House, and Jang Su Jang so I knew it was going to be a hit! The shop is quite small, but they have outdoor seating with good spacing in between tables. The ramen came out 5 minutes after ordering, and the chicken karrage a minute after that! The tonkotsu ramen was just the right amount of saltiness, and came with a lot of veggies! The bamboo shoots were especially delicious. There was a good amount of noodles too. I prefer thicker slices of meat but the two slices were a good amount for the price - I've been to places that only gave one! This was the first time I had chicken karrage, and I was blown away! It was so tender and juicy, and the mayo dip was the perfect compliment. I'll definitely be ordering this more often! Summary: Great food, great staff, no wait! read more

Great food! I was specifically looking for vegetable based ramen shop with not so super fishy broth, and that's exactly what I received! Very happy! Ramen was pretty awesome and filling, I also tried the mini chasu don, it was really flavorful. This plaza can get pretty busy during peak times so parking can be hard sometimes. Indoor seating is pretty limited as well, although they have outdoor seating (but I would recommend waiting for indoor seats! Will definitely come back here!! read more
Super cozy restaurant in a busy plaza with a good selection of ramen/appetizer options as well as outdoor dining available! I highly recommend the chicken karaage as an appetizer. Our plate came with five pretty large pieces along with a really good dipping sauce. We were also not disappointed by the takoyaki! This plate also came with five pieces and was topped with plenty of bonito flakes. I ordered the curry ramen and was really impressed with how good it was. The broth was more on the soupy side but still tasted like curry (probably my favorite part of the dish). It came topped with ingredients like chicken karaage (which you should eat quickly before it gets too soggy!), corn, bamboo shoots, half a soft-boiled egg, and mushrooms. The thick noodles had a really nice and firm texture. We sat inside where the AC was turned way up -- makes it a good place to escape the summer heat. Overall, highly recommend if you're in the area craving ramen or even a small appetizer! read more
MMMM, always down to try different ramen spots! I like my ramen a specific way: CREAMY THICCC BROTH WITH THICCC NOODLES!!! This place definitely delivered with both. Spicy Pork Tonkatsu - ordered this the first time I came here and spicy? Yes. Flavor? Totally not a fan. The spicy broth gave it such an odd taste and aftertaste. I would rather add chili powder or hot sauce myself. Also there was an excessive amount of kikurage mushrooms *crunchcrunchcrunch* Original Pork Tonkatsu - this one is my favorite. The broth tastes soo much better than the spicy version. Asked for light kikurage and added corn for an extra $1. Worth it!! Black Garlic Pork Ramen - i love garlic and nothing is ever "too much garlic" extra please!! I didn't think the black garlic pork ramen had much of a garlic flavor to it. Black garlic oil on the side next time pls. Order this to-go and realized they forgot something important.. THE FRIED WHOLE GARLIC **cries** they also forgot the beansprout. Chicken Karaage - soooo good!!! very crispy. EGG! EGG! EGG!!! - cooked perfectly! I'll order an extra one next time. During the pandemic they are providing delivery from 3rd parties, outdoor seating, and take out. I've dined outside and have done take out. What's great is the flavor remains the same. Our server was really sweet, she checked up regularly, and followed guidelines. Made us feel comfortable dining there. I've had this back to back weekends already and I'm already craving it. Original Pork Tonkatsu is the one!! I'd love to try the rest of their ramen because why not! read more
The parking lot in this plaza is so bad, there's barely any parking and there's always a line to get out of the plaza. The service was a bit slow but then again there was only 1 person serving and hosting, our ramen came out first following our karrage coming next which it was disappointing. It just tasted like some chicken tenders as well as the ramen was undercooked and in my bf's ramen there was a huge chunk of noodle just together undercooked. It's kind of a "hole-in-the-wall" vibe inside but it's very close to each table. read more

Small ramen shop in a plaza in Milpitas. My girlfriend and I got seated instantly with a two person table. Although the interior is small, they have additional seating outside. We ordered the Takoyaki, the curry ramen, and the black garlic ramen. The Takoyaki was hot and seemed fresh. I usually like bigger portions of octopus and the portion they serve only comes with 5 versus the standard 6 Takoyaki from other places. With regards to the black garlic ramen, I thoroughly enjoyed it. I think the pork wasn't as tender as I liked it to be, but it was still enjoyable. The egg was soft and boiled almost perfectly. The noodles were a good al dente with a good bite to them. I only got spicy and the broth was pretty spicy, so be careful with the spice level in your ramen. Kokoro is extremely generous with the chicken in the curry ramen dish as there was a lot. I believe they use chicken thigh and it was juicy but still retained its crunch despite being submerged in ramen broth. My only complaint is that there was so much mushroom in the dish. Overall, I enjoyed Kokoro and would come back again to try out some of their other ramen/appetizer choices. read more
Outdoor and indoor dining available. Not much tables for indoor dining but we decided to wait for a table to eat inside. There is a QR code for you to scan for the menu. We ordered some sides first. We got the Chicken Karaage and gyoza to start. For your entrees we went with the Black Garlic Pork Ramen and Miso ramen. We got our food pretty fast. I love garlic based and this definitely hit the spot. The chicken karaage goes well with the ramen as well. For the price you can't go wrong as well. A lot of different options to try. Really glad we got to try this place out since we were only in the area for a week. Definitely will come back! read more

Curious about this place after dining next door the week before. Friday at 7:30 PM, no wait for a party of 2. Though the restaurant is pretty cramped (very Japanese ramen style one might say), we got the best table tucked away at the far window. Service was good, and you can check in on Yelp for one free soda. My friend and I both ordered the black garlic pork ramen, spicy, thick noodles. I am normally all about the tonkatsu ramen broth, but a sucker for black garlic. Food came out pretty quickly, temperature was nice and hot. I did see how people complained that there wasn't enough noodles and at first, I thought it was too. I thought there was less noodles, but a ton of bean sprouts and mushrooms. However, as I got through the bowl, I thought the portions were just right. Really liked the soup, and spicy had a definite kick at the end! The chashu slices were thin but not overly fatty, and the egg was cooked well. I really liked the whole cloves of garlic in it too! 4.25 stars- plaza offers parking but it can be limited since there's a bunch of eateries and also Grocery Outlet (bargain market! heh) Indoor and outdoor dining are available, thick and thin noodles are offered Bb and I have tried a bunch of items over 3 visits; - Mini Chashu Don: good, fatty and flavorful but ooof the size of this is not a mini at all haha it's more of an entrée sized item - Taikoyaki: good, standard - Maje Ramen: totally impressed me!!! I have stuck to my usual places for soup-less ramens (Kensho Social and Taishoken) but bb ordered this and I'm so glad! Flavorful and an all-around good bowl, would totally recommend ordering this dish - Black Garlic Pork Ramen: Bb said it was lackluster, the garlic and black oil flavor wasn't present and he wouldn't get again - Niku Ramen: I enjoyed it, having the spicy pork included made it feel like a red spicy Ramen, spice was present but not overpowering and would get this again - Curry Ramen: I enjoyed it, karaage was good and went well with the broth Yay being near home, so happy I found my to-go ramen place now! read more

They have kids ramen under 12 years old only and they have some mini donburis.

Yes, veggie shoyu ramen. Also a non soup base ramen: veg maje ramen. I looked at photos of recent menus.

Looks like the menu still says that the Veggie Ramen has a veggie bonito broth. But bonito is made from fish. So none of their broths are vegetarian/vegan even though they list that dish as vegetarian.

There are no ACTUAL vegetarian options. Their "vegetarian" ramen contains fish. It does state on the menu that it is vegetarian but when I asked they replied that it was vegetarian except fish, so NOT vegetarian.
What's the spicy paste made of? Because on the pictures it just looks like the Korean spicy paste
I am Japanese and traditional authentic Japanese ramen usually doesn't include a spicy paste. Use the Togarashi "pepper flakes" provided on the table.

there is one call, "Vegetarian Maje Ramen" it's not a soup base. Regular Maje Ramen comes with roasted pork, but we made option for Vegetarian Maje Ramen without roasted pork.
