They have an award program you can sign up for that had some point to dollar conversion if you work or live nearby and may consider visiting frequently. When you walk in, you are expected to order at a kiosk via a touch screen. Once you are done ordering, you are to grab a number and enter the number with your order before submitting. Once you order, grab a seat and leave the number on the table. Grab your sauce and utensil and the wait staff will bring it out shortly. The food range from noodle dishes and dumplings. I got the scallion beef roll, spicy wontons, and pan fried pork dumplings. Others in my group got the noodle soup. For the price to value ratio, you get a lot for what you pay for even if you don't consider the 30% discount. I definitely bought too much. I think a single plate of pan fried pork dumplings were probably enough to be full. The plate themselves were closer to what I expect to get when visiting East Asia. You get a plate full of dumplings which if I had to guess were ~12-16 dumplings vs the usual 6-8 you get typically around here. This is the same for the spicy chili oil wontons. I would probably pass on the beef roll. I thought it was good but not enough beef so the overall dish came out a bit dryer. I guess if you wanted it plain so you could dip it in some sauce than it may be more for your palette than mine. Lastly, the noodles did take a while to come out and from what I can tell they got plenty of protein and noodles within their bowl so much so that they couldn't even finish. Inside, it has a seating of a typical old style chinese restaurant. So, white LED lights with repurposed fast food dining tables. Overall, I think this is good value for the money. Is there better quality Chinese food out there? Yes? But for the same price and quantity/quality, it may be hard to beat. If you're willing to wait, foods are delicious and if you dine-in, help yourself to the back bar countertop area for fresh fruits/pickled veggies/sauces/water/takeout containers & plastic bags/etc. Decent. Yes, all self service, but if you dine-in, they will carry foods to your table. They have two kiosks if you want to place your dine-in or takeout orders in advance. Grab a number and enter your table card number at kiosk. Best to just pre-order because with current 30% off all menu items promotion, it gets very busy inside. Credit cards accepted. As others have mentioned, this is a no-tipping, self service restaurant. The only caveat is that service is a bit slow, since there is only one wait staff working the tables and register. Had dinner here and boy I was shocked by the prices. Super cheap! Like a bowl of beef noodle was $9. The mini combo was $6 something - includes a dish and carb and side dish. Also got the potsticker and egg rolls which were the best out of our order. The beef noodle soup was pretty oily and doesn't taste great with the oil down your throat. The green onion pancakes were not cooked thru and didn't taste good. There's also no tip. So overall it was definitely cheap eats but you get what you pay for. The pot sticker dumplings might have been the best thing we had. The bottoms were very crispy and the tops were golden while the filling was juicy and full of flavor. This new place, Tasty Noodles & Dumplings--appropriately named. My wife wouldn't touch with a ten foot chopstick....but I love the pig feet noodle soup, so tasty with good amount of pig feet cuts and firm noodles....just the way I like them. The pork and cabbage dumplings are also fantastic....I really enjoy the dumpling wrap and the pork/cabbage inside. They seem to only have one cook and one waitress. Sauce bar is often emptied soon after it gets refilled but their staff tries to fill it up as best as they can. For the price, absolutely love the taste of their braised beef noodle soup, scallion pancakes, and beef roll. Their signature mini bowl combos are a steal for what you get and the taste is okay. We got home super hungry, portions were amazing, but we soon found out that Tasty was lacking, TASTE! There was no sauce for the dumplings in the bag as well :( i know it was their grand opening and they are just starting ironing out the kinks, so I will give them grace and try it one more time to see if it's any better. I ended up saving the food for the next day recooked them and added my own spices and seasonings to make it better, also had to make my own sauce for the dumplings. We love all except I did not realize that the Chinese hamburger is super with green chili inside. Next time I would be careful in ordering and request no green chili. Something different and appealing to customers is that no tip and the price is pretty good while food portion is generally big.
