Love this place. The dough on the kolaches is soft and sweet but also buttery. Not thick and bland like some other donut shops. There's plenty of meat inside so the kolaches are filling and they offer a nice variety. Donuts and kolaches are aplenty here. Since it's close to the Cy-Fair college library, I found myself here to grab some kolaches before heading to the library for a grinding study session. They have quite a selection of kolaches here with different styles and flavors. I decided on the following kolaches: jalepeno sausage (good) tex-mex (ham + eggs + jalapenos + tomato sauce) (good) philly cheesesteak (ok) The kolaches are smaller than what you're probably used too especially for what you pay for them. Flavors are there with the jalapeno sausage and tex-mex which had some good kick from the jalapenos and a nice cheese pull. The philly cheesesteak was ok; I think it might be the yellow cheese that had me taken aback, I prefer a white type (swiss, pepperjack, provolone) for my cheesesteaks. All of them were heated nicely so a nice warm temperature upon eating them. Store has a couple seats. They also serve coffee and other pastries (croissant sandwiches, eclairs, etc.) so there's a variety of breakfast items for sweetness or saltiness, whatever your preference is. And she was very nice and pleasant. I think the best part about this place is just the options that are given. I will say the earlier the better because they will sell out of things you may want. Boudin, Cheese, & Jalapeño Kolache was fantastic. Sweet breading mixed with the spicy and savory filling made for a great combo! One of the best I've found in the Houston Area, honestly. stopped by here on my way to work a few times now and the staff are very kind and the kolache flavors were so vast i wanted them all... so far i have tried the ham and swiss 4/5 they used cubed ham chunks! and the swiss is nice and melty when reheated! CON: VERY SMALL. fit into the palm of your hand.. wish they were bigger scalloped potatoes: 3.5/5 good flavor but it was lacking something.. cant put my finger on it though.. worth a try though. also very small. i think alot of their round kolaches are on the smaller side compared to other shops the sausage and cheese kolache was pretty good too. 4/5 definitely better than Shipley's sayusage and cheese. all in all will be part of my routine when i have time and money lol but i wish the round kolaches were bigger read more

Ordered via Doordash, and only the 2 orange juice and delivery was right. The 4 kolache ordered, regular and croissant version with cheese and jalapeños, all only had sausage in them. When you actually drive too this location and you're not being lazy doordashing this product. it's the down right most fresh, crispy, buttery, and very tasty morning breakfast I've had in a long time. I recommend this place too anyone who hasn't had bun roll Kolaches, trust me you won't be disappointed. If I had a weakness in life, that would be donuts. (Ok, I have lots of weaknesses, but this is like a big one). This location is on the way to work for me so it's very convenient. The establishment is very clean with plenty of parking in the lot. There was more selection for kolaches than donuts, and I bought a dozen variety donuts for about 8 dollars and something cents to bring to my work place. The donuts were delicious! I love cutting into multiple donuts so I could try, and I must say they were fresh and made just right. My only complaint was that they could have done a better job of filling the donuts for better presentation. Basically the filled donuts have an empty shell, and once you order your filling flavor, they would bring it to the back and fill it. My raspberry one looked it got shot in the belly and was oozing blood, while the shell was still somewhat flat. I will probably not get a filled one again, but will definitely be back for their other flavors, such as my favorite old-fashioned donut! read more

We miss the old owners and the quality of product they produced. I would visit this location multiple times per week, but recently the quality of food has gone down and the employees are not as welcoming and friendly as before. We got home and noticed part of our order was missing (kolaches and donut holes). We called and asked to speak to the owners, but the lady who helped take our order answesaid she was the owner. We had the jalapeño popper, the Bomber, The Kountry, Italian chicken ( Kolaches) and some doughnut holes and the best blueberry cake doughnut I've ever had. Miss the old owners and the quality of kolaches that they made. Went by for the first time in a while and the croissants were rubbery and hard, I had to remove most of the breading which left me with a very dry filling. Their donuts are still really good tho. Not much of a selection like Karma Kolache or Koala Kolache has, I felt like there wasnt much to choose from. The basket of free samples were a good touch however it would of been nice if somebody said a word or even cared to say anything to be when I came in but instead I was just standing there. Saw the guy up front even offered them samples of their kolaches to other people although I guess I wasn't good enough since I looked younger lol. Funny they bought less than I did so I guess you should learn how to treat everyone equally instead of just because of their age. Had the jalapeño cheese, pan sausage, bomber, a donut and a blueberry cronut. The jalapeño cheese was ok, I liked that they didn't have much breading and that the layer of bread was thin, the pan sausage which was kind of like a breakfast sausage was mediocre and didn't have much flavor but I did like the cheese inside that was paired with it, it was cheesy and gooey. The bomber was my least favorite. The combination was just overall weird and I couldn't really tell what they were trying to do with it. The donut was ok but my favorite was the blueberry cronut.
