When I come in they said it's an error and I need to go to Arden or call the call center. When I asked for the number or if they can help, their so called "manager" did absolutely nothing and said he doesn't have their number and can't contact them. Absolutely no help. The girl who always answers the phone is absolutely awful. Basically has called me a liar twice and I've had to send pictures that I wasn't lying and still they never even apologize. If you want to talk to a manager, they have to write a complaint form and then get the manager to talk to you later. Yeah, like they're actually gonna turn that complaint in. The delivery drivers here are absolutely amazing. Absolutely absolutely amazing!!!! it's literally the girl who answers the phone that I've had issues with on at least four occasions now. Definitely don't listen to her estimated time whatsoever. Only get the express delivery. She'll tell you two hours and then say when you call back oh it could be up to three well cool tell me three in the first place and then guess what I won't care. I went there today and paid in cash as I do at any place that charges credit/debit card fees. However, after I gave cash to the cashier, she told me that they don't give change anymore if you pay in cash and we round it up. My total was $69.08 so they kept 92 cents. I don't think that is right and possibly illegal in California. All that extra coins that they keep adds up. super disappointed for the 2nd time in this place after they were actually quite great the first few times. My husband was placing a bday order for me as a gift. He did their first time delivery special for 30% off and when I called to ask about the promo that is on the flyer. (literally says ask your driver about a free promo) the person on the phone said yeah you have to ask the driver. I was trying to see if they'd throw a pre roll in as the promo. So driver gets here and has no idea what I'm talking about. I called the store and the girls acting like I'm telling a lie so I send a photo over showing it says free promo ask your delivery driver. And she never responded back last night or today. No one has. wish i could give 0 stars. I always place an express order, however 3 times i've come in and told them i have express they put my ID in the walk in slot having me wait. Once corrected they still take walkins ahead of me. The male manager has nasties attitude that exists. Their tax is damn near 30% of the prices. If you call they will leave you first in line on hold for 10+ minutes. I would rather drive 20min to arden then give them my business and their deal selections are never worth it. I've been to this kolas several times and it has to be one of the best and friendliest places I've ever gone too. Honey and Auntie Wendy take the best care of me whenever I go. Wednesday morning I walked into kolas with chronic pain. Auntie Wendy took me under her wing and was able to find the right strain and CBD patches for me while keeping me in my budget. I'm so grateful to have had her as my tender, after I left and used the products she recommended, I was pain free for most of the day. Honey has also been one of my favorite tenders, she's very knowledgeable about her strains and if she's unsure she goes out of her way to research them for me. She always knows what to set me up with when I come in. Whether it's a concert, or just needing a good vibe, Honey ALWAYS has me. Both of these women are so knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. This place is always annoying to go to it's a huge bother. The parking area is for 5 cars and one of them is handicapped. They never have very good weed here.
