My wife and I use Kole imports year round to make purchases for our events. They have a great selection of items for all times of the years. From party favors to giveaways. The nice thing is that what we have ordered so far has shipped quickly and arrived on time. When we have had issues customer service is friendly and fast to resolve. I would highly recommend them read more

I love this place! Kole Imports is my go-to for finding unique items and great deals. Their selection is huge, and I always find something close to what I'm looking for (and a few things I didn't know I needed). Highly recommend! read more

The minimum order continues to increase . They didn't have a minimum order level and now it's $1000.00 . Small businesses just don't have that type of capital to purchase that muck inventory. read more

Ive worked with Kevin single handedly and he is awesome. The value is super reasonable. Highly recommended.

We bought bulk mugs for wedding favors. Arrived on time and worked great! We put vinyl labels on and they stayed on well. My only wish is that they had more color options. Thank you! read more

I spoke with Jebby today with the heavy accent & attitude. She lies about product price info when we purchased that product already 4 years before she worked there & gets upset & has up on your when you call her out on it. If I owned this place, I would definitely not want Jebby turning buying customers into shoppers & yelling them since they simply caught her bs! read more

Only wish I could leave a negative stars review. I purchased multiple, as advertised on their website, Large Oval Wooden Cutting Boards. No where in the description are these listed as MDF with a simulated bamboo wood grain cover. The edge is not even covered. I purchased a case. Now they are saying their other customers are happy. In the picture on their webiste there are knives and fruit. If you used a knife it would ruin the surface. They have offered to let me return them, if I pay for shipping and a 20% restocking fee. I guess we will repurpose these as targets. There is no other use and I refuse to send them back and pay them to resell this junk. Their website has a couple good reviews but no way to make a review. I guess they make their own. read more

If you are a small business looking for extra inventory to expand your selection and current inventory- look elsewhere. Do NOT buy from these people. They have been processing my transaction for 10 day. Funds tired up with this transaction, I could have used to buy from another company. They are very persistence in getting you to place an order, but will lie when you inquire about your order or ask to cancel the order. Please do not buy from these people. read more

This is the worst company ever. You can't get a hold of anyone. They do not answer the phone or emails. They send you an invoice and charge your card, yet you never get your items. Wish companies like this would just go away. read more

Big scam!! Dont waste your time and money on this website or even purchasing anything from them. We were looking for wall pieces to use a return gift for a family event. I came across "Bronze Sunflower Mirror set" for ~ $8/Piece on their website. Immediately ordered ~30 pieces. Delivery was on time but the product was totally different from what the description said on their website. To start with, - The weight of the product, shown on website, was not matching with actual weight. Actual weight of product is almost half the weight they mentioned on their website (attached snapshot) - The look of product was very different from what was shown on their website. (attached snapshot) I called their customer representative Michael Franco for seeking help with this order and Michael's response was, "if you dont like the product, you have to pay for the shipping it back to us. We usually charge some restocking fees but we can waive it for you". I was surprised with his response, how unprofessional of them. I have clearly told him I am not going to pay for shipping if the product is not matching with the description. But seriously don't waste your time and money. I observed they have about ~4.5 stars on their own website. It looks like they just post good reviews and remove bad reviews. read more

In spite of the previous reviews, my experience with Kole Imports has been great! They have answered my emails in a timely manner & shipped my items really fast. Lastly, I really do hope that they would consider putting up another warehouse here in the East Coast (BUT NOT IN MANHATTAN because NYC has been extremely chaotic nowadays). Try New Jersey, my state has been voted 2 years in a row as "The Best State to Live and raise a family" in a magazine. Also, in my neighborhood, Journal Square, alone people are highly educated & most of us earn $175K a year. A lot of small businesses are also flocking to Journal Square & Billions of dollars in real estate investment from developers. Hope they consider this suggestion :) STAY AWESOME! read more

I recently purchased about $350 worth of products from them. About 80% of the beauty items I purchased are EXPIRED. After multiple emails to them asking for a solution to this issue, I still don't have a reply about that specific issue. DO NOT BUY makeup/beauty items from them. You will probably get expired items too. One specific item had an expiration date of 2018 printed on the package and then it had a sticker over it with another expiration date of 2019 (I bought these in November 2020). I cannot sell expired items!! I am rating them 2 stars because the other items I purchased were nice and shipping times (in November) were decent. read more

Unless this company actually does what they say this rating will stay. These people will lie & charge you tax even if you're a business & provide tax exempt resale certificate. They also knowingly sell damaged products. They also avoid you after purchase during 14 days return period. When you dispute they'll ask you to withdraw the dispute to help fix the situation but in reality will simply waste your time even more after stealing, lieing & cheating you... read more

I ordered cloth masks from Kole Imports received them today. They are thin, no well made, and barely stay on my face. They don't hug the chin or are tight enough around the ears. I bought 20 so I could give some out to other seniors, I'm 69, but I can't in ood conscience giv e these out. You almost have to wear 2-3 to keep anthing out. The filters I have that fit that type of mask won't even stay put. What a waste of $65.00 especially on a fixed income. If I cound give them no star I would. Very, v ery disapointed. read more

Ok, so I found kole imports online some how and signed up online . I received a phone call from Freddy telling me he is my rep. After talking with Freddy on the phone we set up a time for me to go to their warehouse and check it out. So I showed up early and Freddy was there when he said and we meet. Freddy showed me the huge warehouse and we went to the store so he can show me the products they sell. I was impressed. Freddy asked me want my plans where and how I was going to sell the things I purchase. I told him. Freddy was kind , considerate , friendly and very helpful. So I ordered my product I wanted and he asked me if I want it shipped or would I like to pick it up. I picked it up. The product was as order and Freddy said if anything was wrong he would fix it. The product is definitely decent to sell and you get it for a decent price. So I called Freddy and my order was ready for pick up. I ordered on Friday and on i believe Tuesday i picked it up. I live in California so I just went and got it. I'm new to selling so I'm still learning. I think if you are selling or just getting into selling this is a must place to visit. At least go check it out . I don't know about the other reps at koles but I'm very pleased to have Freddy as my rep. I call time to time asking about product I am interested in buying and he always answers my questions. I find Freddy Honest, Friendly, kind, considerate, helpful and a pleasent person to talk with. Thanks Freddy for all the help see you soon. Thank you again, Robert B. read more

I ordered several items as samples, all in multiples, (paid full price plus shipping) to see if I wanted to use their company as my wholesale supplier. One of the items was damaged upon arrival. It happens. I called their 800 number. I had to leave a message. My message not only inquired about the damaged item but also I inquired about speaking to someone about ordering large bulk orders. No return call. I called again several days later. No return call. The following week I called again. Nothing. I went back to their website and left a message through their contact us form. The last line of my email said, I honesty don't believe anyone will respond to my inquiry. I must be a mind reader because here we are weeks later and, you guessed it... Nothing. It's too bad too because I would have been a tremendous customer. read more

Placed an order for an upcoming event. A portion of the items arrived broken and I needed the exact number that I ordered. I contacted the company immediately, asking that the items be replaced. They would have to be mailed using two-day shipping for them to arrive in time. I was told that I lived too far away for them to do that. They told me they could only offer an account credit or refund. If the items you are ordering are for an important event do not count on this company. read more

Horrible place to try to do business with. They do not contact you back if you have a question, Making purchasing from them next to impossible. Pricing is very good for some products. But once you get to the end and see what the shipping cost is the pricing is not quite as good as you thought. They do give you the option of using your own shipping account to ship the order. That is where them never contacting you back comes into play. This was my 2nd time trying to buy from them and the same thing happened again. I contacted them in the morning and by the end of the next day 2 of the main items I wanted went out of stock. Most of their stuff can be purchased at other closeout places for about the same price. Never was able to see what shipping would be because I could never get ahold of them to get pallet sizes and weights. Tried it twice. Won't try again!! These people could care less about their customers. I would hate to see if something was wrong with the order and you needed to contact someone to get it taken care of!! I guarantee you it would be a nightmare!! Check it out for yourself and see if what I am saying isn't true. They probably want you to use their shipping so they can make a few hundred off of it and people that want to ship using their own accounts are snubbed!! read more

I ordered sterile masks through this company. Please know they sent the non-sterile(cheaper) masks and have not issued a refund for it nor sent the correct masks. I planned to support this company longterm, however after their handling of my order I will not read more

I was overcharge by Kole Imports & Closeouts. Weeks have passed since I was told via email & phone - "it takes 1-2 days for the credit" (their verbiage for refund) to be returned to you. Yeah, 1-2 days have passed --weeks ago -- & still NO REFUND. Two different people from this company emailed me saying my credit/refund will taking 1-2 days. If I don't hear from Kole Imports and Closeouts by Friday this week, I will have my lawyer contact them... I do not recommend doing business with this company. read more

The customer service of this company is disgraceful. I sent product back and requested a refund. Three months later I am still waiting on the refund. I have received two boilerplate emails stating my refund has been approved and to please allow 1-3 business days to process. That was over 2 weeks ago. When calling their posted number, absolutely no one is available. I've left 6 voicemails with no response. I will never purchase from this company again. I do not recommend this company to anyone. read more

First let me explain, I have been in purchasing for years and years. I discovered them at the ASD show in Las Vegas a couple of years ago. I had a couple of orders that were successful and those that weren't they took care of. But NOT this time.... 1. Terrible customer service, even from Customer Service Manager, Michael 2. If they are sold out of any items you ordered, they don't change the original shipping charge, as per Michael. 3. They don't give you the opportunity to change, cancel your order if they are sold out so your shipping costs are very very high 4. one of my items arrived not at all like pictured. basically, too bad so sad. his only solution was to place $2,500 orders to cap shipping at 10% I now mostly purchase for charity and had recommended to others but NO MORE Beware read more

Placed an on-line order with them. It was packaged great, but I was missing an item. Now it was only a $1.39 item, but still it was missing from my order. Mistakes happen, I understand that. But after calling them AND emailing them a week later nothing was done to resolve the issue. I know it isn't a lot of money but considering I spent $62 dollars there I wanted my order correct. What a shame their customer service is non existent they actually have some good items. I will never order from here again, who knows if I will get everything I paid for ?? read more

I would suggest only ordering from this company if it's something you don't particularly need, and if you don't mind getting something different than what is advertised on the site or getting only part of your order. I'd also suggest using a payment method that will allow you to get a refund if it doesn't arrive as promised. read more

I ordered 96 pairs of gloves for a fundraiser. they arrived with a tag on each one indicating the item contained a chemical that is known to cause cancer, birth defects and other reproductive harm. This was not disclosed on the website or in the item's description. I sent a message via website - no reply. I called the company's phone number and was on hold for over 30 minutes and still was never transferred to an actual person. And while on hold I listened to their music and blurb about their exceptional customer services and their policy to "provide solutions, not just service." None of this happened. I do not recommend this company read more

I ordered test product first and it arrived fine. Then I ordered a large quantity. WOW. Over 1/2 of the product arrived BROKEN, DAMAGED and I am unable to resell. What I find unbelievable is that ALL the damaged items were not wrapped in the manufacturer's plastic wrap. This tells me that these were opened already by another client and returned to Kole's. Additionally, ALL the items had the tape at the top of the box slit to indicate the box had been opened. They sell damaged product from their warehouse. These items were not damaged in shipment but from previous activity. There are better companies for me to do business with as Kole's will not refund shipping fees. The item was low cost but shipping fees to return would put me in the negative. Overall, be careful dealing with Kole read more

I have ordered a couple of stuff from them, but when it has arrived i found out i didn't received all of it, there was stuff missing.( Don't mention the delivery was supposed to be fast through fedex and it took something like 3 weeks.) Anyway i asked for a refund for the stuff that did not arrived and the 3 times i called them they said the money should be back in my bank account any day now. A week after my last phone call i've sent them an email and they did not responded. It's been over a month and i still did not received my money back. They are a scam! not recommended at all, worst experience ever. read more

Poor customer service, poor inventory control, took 4 days to get back and told me they have the item not in stock although charged my card and does not refund, had to process a fraud claim at the bank. Definitely never using again. I placed an order for our Halloween trunk or treat event. When I received the products, I had broken bubble sticks, the slinkies were loose in the box and got tangled. I would NOT recommend you using them. read more

Lots of shipping and warehouse issues with this company. I've been ordering from them for a number of years and every 3rd or 4th order is a major ordeal. They have great products and prices and I would probably order much more from them but I don't have confidence that they are going to get my order to me reliably without having to send 4-5 emails to my sales rep asking why something hasn't shipped in over a week or only 2/3's of our order shows up. Money I would be spending with them instead goes to other vendors because of their continual shipping problems which I don't have time for and which also aren't new, it's been like this for them the past 7-8 years. I don't have these kind of reliability issues with any of my other vendors, just these guys. If they would get their warehouse and shipping issues fixed we would double our spending with them probably. read more

I saw their booth when I was at ASD show in Las Vegas recently. They looked legit and they were also located in California, which is the same state I live in. When I asked one of the salesperson at the show, he said it normally takes 1-2 business day(s) to process the order and it ships out by FEDEX and then it takes 1-2 business day(s) for the shipping since I only live like 30 mins from their location. So I placed my first small order online to test them out and it's been like 3 days since I placed my order and it still says processing. I called their customer service line and they have no idea what the status of my order is. If they don't take any action by tomorrow, I will eventually cancel my order. read more

I have had a few bad experiences with this company. I have a housewares store, and I was planning on ordering from them every month or so. I had placed an order and my "rep" never got in touch with me. I called every day and left messages. I also emailed them my concerns. They have terrible customer service, actually one of the worst for a wholesale distribute that I have ever had the displeasure of purchasing from. They are very lackadaisical and unprofessional. I currently purchase from 15 or so distributors and I will stick with them. I would not recommend to company to anyone, they are rude and have the worst communication skills, for a large company they do not know what they are doing. read more

Our activities group at my job had taken donations for Khloe Kares, an organization that helps the homeless. Hoping to make the donations we received stretch as much as possible, we ordered our goods for the Kare bags from Kole Imports. The online ordering process was simple. He laid out my options and being that I live only 30 minutes from their location, I chose to pick up my order at Will Call. My order was ready within 24 hours. Will call was a 5-10 minute process in and out the door. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and helpful. I will definitely order from Kole Imports again in the near future. read more
