Only wish I could leave a negative stars review. I purchased multiple, as advertised on their website, Large Oval Wooden Cutting Boards. No where in the description are these listed as MDF with a simulated bamboo wood grain cover. The edge is not even covered. I purchased a case. Now they are saying their other customers are happy. In the picture on their webiste there are knives and fruit. If you used a knife it would ruin the surface. They have offered to let me return them, if I pay for shipping and a 20% restocking fee. I guess we will repurpose these as targets. There is no other use and I refuse to send them back and pay them to resell this junk. Their website has a couple good reviews but no way to make a review. In spite of the previous reviews, my experience with Kole Imports has been great! They have answered my emails in a timely manner & shipped my items really fast. Lastly, I really do hope that they would consider putting up another warehouse here in the East Coast (BUT NOT IN MANHATTAN because NYC has been extremely chaotic nowadays). Try New Jersey, my state has been voted 2 years in a row as "The Best State to Live and raise a family" in a magazine. Also, in my neighborhood, Journal Square, alone people are highly educated & most of us earn $175K a year. Big scam!! Dont waste your time and money on this website or even purchasing anything from them. We were looking for wall pieces to use a return gift for a family event. I came across "Bronze Sunflower Mirror set" for ~ $8/Piece on their website. Immediately ordered ~30 pieces. Delivery was on time but the product was totally different from what the description said on their website. To start with, - The weight of the product, shown on website, was not matching with actual weight. Actual weight of product is almost half the weight they mentioned on their website (attached snapshot) - The look of product was very different from what was shown on their website. (attached snapshot) I called their customer representative Michael Franco for seeking help with this order and Michael's response was, "if you dont like the product, you have to pay for the shipping it back to us. We usually charge some restocking fees but we can waive it for you". I was surprised with his response, how unprofessional of them. I have clearly told him I am not going to pay for shipping if the product is not matching with the description. But seriously don't waste your time and money. I recently purchased about $350 worth of products from them. About 80% of the beauty items I purchased are EXPIRED. After multiple emails to them asking for a solution to this issue, I still don't have a reply about that specific issue. DO NOT BUY makeup/beauty items from them. You will probably get expired items too. One specific item had an expiration date of 2018 printed on the package and then it had a sticker over it with another expiration date of 2019 (I bought these in November 2020). I ordered cloth masks from Kole Imports received them today. They are thin, no well made, and barely stay on my face. They don't hug the chin or are tight enough around the ears. I bought 20 so I could give some out to other seniors, I'm 69, but I can't in ood conscience giv e these out. You almost have to wear 2-3 to keep anthing out. The filters I have that fit that type of mask won't even stay put. What a waste of $65.00 especially on a fixed income. If I cound give them no star I would. Very, v ery disapointed. read more

Ok, so I found kole imports online some how and signed up online . I received a phone call from Freddy telling me he is my rep. After talking with Freddy on the phone we set up a time for me to go to their warehouse and check it out. So I showed up early and Freddy was there when he said and we meet. Freddy showed me the huge warehouse and we went to the store so he can show me the products they sell. I was impressed. Freddy asked me want my plans where and how I was going to sell the things I purchase. I told him. Freddy was kind , considerate , friendly and very helpful. So I ordered my product I wanted and he asked me if I want it shipped or would I like to pick it up. I picked it up. The product was as order and Freddy said if anything was wrong he would fix it. The product is definitely decent to sell and you get it for a decent price. So I called Freddy and my order was ready for pick up. I ordered on Friday and on i believe Tuesday i picked it up. I live in California so I just went and got it. I'm new to selling so I'm still learning. I think if you are selling or just getting into selling this is a must place to visit. At least go check it out . I don't know about the other reps at koles but I'm very pleased to have Freddy as my rep. I ordered several items as samples, all in multiples, (paid full price plus shipping) to see if I wanted to use their company as my wholesale supplier. One of the items was damaged upon arrival. It happens. I called their 800 number. I had to leave a message. My message not only inquired about the damaged item but also I inquired about speaking to someone about ordering large bulk orders. No return call. I called again several days later. No return call. The following week I called again. Nothing. I went back to their website and left a message through their contact us form. The last line of my email said, I honesty don't believe anyone will respond to my inquiry. I must be a mind reader because here we are weeks later and, you guessed it... Nothing. They would have to be mailed using two-day shipping for them to arrive in time. I was told that I lived too far away for them to do that. Horrible place to try to do business with. They do not contact you back if you have a question, Making purchasing from them next to impossible. Pricing is very good for some products. But once you get to the end and see what the shipping cost is the pricing is not quite as good as you thought. They do give you the option of using your own shipping account to ship the order. That is where them never contacting you back comes into play. This was my 2nd time trying to buy from them and the same thing happened again. I contacted them in the morning and by the end of the next day 2 of the main items I wanted went out of stock. Most of their stuff can be purchased at other closeout places for about the same price. Never was able to see what shipping would be because I could never get ahold of them to get pallet sizes and weights. Tried it twice. Won't try again!! These people could care less about their customers. I would hate to see if something was wrong with the order and you needed to contact someone to get it taken care of!! Yeah, 1-2 days have passed --weeks ago -- & still NO REFUND. Two different people from this company emailed me saying my credit/refund will taking 1-2 days. I ordered 96 pairs of gloves for a fundraiser. they arrived with a tag on each one indicating the item contained a chemical that is known to cause cancer, birth defects and other reproductive harm. This was not disclosed on the website or in the item's description. I sent a message via website - no reply. I called the company's phone number and was on hold for over 30 minutes and still was never transferred to an actual person. And while on hold I listened to their music and blurb about their exceptional customer services and their policy to "provide solutions, not just service." None of this happened. I have ordered a couple of stuff from them, but when it has arrived i found out i didn't received all of it, there was stuff missing.( Don't mention the delivery was supposed to be fast through fedex and it took something like 3 weeks.) Lots of shipping and warehouse issues with this company. I've been ordering from them for a number of years and every 3rd or 4th order is a major ordeal. They have great products and prices and I would probably order much more from them but I don't have confidence that they are going to get my order to me reliably without having to send 4-5 emails to my sales rep asking why something hasn't shipped in over a week or only 2/3's of our order shows up. Money I would be spending with them instead goes to other vendors because of their continual shipping problems which I don't have time for and which also aren't new, it's been like this for them the past 7-8 years. I don't have these kind of reliability issues with any of my other vendors, just these guys. I ordered test product first and it arrived fine. Then I ordered a large quantity. WOW. Over 1/2 of the product arrived BROKEN, DAMAGED and I am unable to resell. What I find unbelievable is that ALL the damaged items were not wrapped in the manufacturer's plastic wrap. This tells me that these were opened already by another client and returned to Kole's. Additionally, ALL the items had the tape at the top of the box slit to indicate the box had been opened. They sell damaged product from their warehouse. These items were not damaged in shipment but from previous activity. There are better companies for me to do business with as Kole's will not refund shipping fees. I have had a few bad experiences with this company. I have a housewares store, and I was planning on ordering from them every month or so. I had placed an order and my "rep" never got in touch with me. I called every day and left messages. I also emailed them my concerns. They have terrible customer service, actually one of the worst for a wholesale distribute that I have ever had the displeasure of purchasing from. They are very lackadaisical and unprofessional. I currently purchase from 15 or so distributors and I will stick with them. I saw their booth when I was at ASD show in Las Vegas recently. They looked legit and they were also located in California, which is the same state I live in. When I asked one of the salesperson at the show, he said it normally takes 1-2 business day(s) to process the order and it ships out by FEDEX and then it takes 1-2 business day(s) for the shipping since I only live like 30 mins from their location. So I placed my first small order online to test them out and it's been like 3 days since I placed my order and it still says processing. I called their customer service line and they have no idea what the status of my order is. If they don't take any action by tomorrow, I will eventually cancel my order. read more

Our activities group at my job had taken donations for Khloe Kares, an organization that helps the homeless. Hoping to make the donations we received stretch as much as possible, we ordered our goods for the Kare bags from Kole Imports. The online ordering process was simple. However, one item was out of stock so before submitting the order I called and spoke to Michael Franco who provided excellent customer service. He laid out my options and being that I live only 30 minutes from their location, I chose to pick up my order at Will Call. My order was ready within 24 hours. Will call was a 5-10 minute process in and out the door. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and helpful. I will definitely order from Kole Imports again in the near future. read more
