They have a lot of cool and cute character toys and items you can't find anywhere else. They also have tons of little trinkets, keychains, stickers, school and office supplies, etc. Very cute stuff! Some don't have prices on them, some do which they convert from won to usd which they have a chart for you, almost like Daiso.

Yupp whole 25 miles of it. Here's the story of that trip. I woke up on a Saturday morning to leave for Torrance. Admittedly, halfway to Torrance I had my doubts. It is a really far place and even if I have lived in Torrance its really out of my way. But I figured I'm halfway there already and I needed to satisfy my curiosity! I get there and its located in a small plaza with other business establishments. I found it quite odd for a clothing store so chic to be in the middle of restaurants and other stores. But that's just me. I went inside the store and I was the only person inside. There was one girl who didn't even bother to say hi to me or offer to help which was very disappointing. How hard could it be to ask the only person in the store right? Service aside, it was a stunningly beautiful store. I really loved the rustic, vintage layout of the store. I even loved the small dressing room in the corner surrounded with the brick walls. So ingenious! It made me feel at ease browsing around the shop. They did carry some good high end brands not jut for womens but more mens too. I saw Current Elliott jeans, Tom Ford sunglasses, Jurlique Skin care, Tocca Perfume, Toms, just to name a few. Everything was well made including the accessories. Even their own line of La Chou Chou clothing was very well made and they're not that expensive to boot! The only downside is, there's really not a ton of selection. And what they have in the front in terms of sizes are what they only have left. It was really too bad because I was determined (desperate maybe?) to get something from this store. But all my sizes were gone. And I don't know if all the sizes were gone but I noticed they seem to carry jeans in the smaller sizes. In the end though, I left the store empty handed. I was very disappointed and frankly sad. I expected more but the store fell short. Would I come back to make the trip again? Probably not. But if I'm in the area I'll definitely drop by. I saw some cute accessories that I want to go check out again. And who knows they might have more clothes in stock. Plus, as I was leaving the plaza, I saw some Japanese restaurants with Okononami Yaki and a pastry shop right next to it. So yay for me. I guess that means my trip hasn't ended yet! :]

But I don't recall ever having stepped into one of their stores. This site was once a chain drug store location. WSS' contactors took time with the build out. I assume that this is one of their prototype stores. The store makes a good impression: It is clean and bright. The shelves and displays are full and organized; there is room to maneuver. They don't seem to be pushing high priced editions; they appear to focus on practical everyday wear. The pricing is competitive. I popped into what I believe is a soft opening. I was curious. Based on this first impression, I would consider shopping here.

Flexibility : The store style is super accomodating and offers in house measurements to get the perfect Ao Dai for your size. Social media presence is strong : I also love that you can find things that you like on their Facebook page, send in your measurements and request to have it saved on the side for pick up. Since it was the tail end of Lunar New Year, the selection wasn't as large as usual, but we still found beautiful áo dài that each of us loved. The store had dresses in every color and style--traditional, two-piece silky sets, and options for men and children of all ages. Sizes ranged from S, M, L to XL and 2XL, and everything we saw was great quality. The neckline and stitching were well made, and I loved the flared sleeves--so much more comfortable than the tight ones I'm used to. One thing I really appreciated is that everything is clearly priced, so there's no need to bargain like in many other Asian shops. It makes the whole shopping experience so much easier and more enjoyable. I highly recommend trying things on because every dress fits differently. There are only three fitting rooms, but each one has heels you can borrow to see your full look with the áo dài--such a thoughtful touch. If you can't find your size, definitely ask one of the helpers; they were all incredibly kind, patient, and attentive. The shop itself is small but truly has everything you need. The owner mentioned that the store is open year-round but only sells traditional dresses during the two months leading up to Lunar New Year. After the holiday, it transitions back into everyday clothing. At checkout, they even give you a small gift, and all your items are packaged neatly in a cute reusable bag--another detail that made the experience feel special.
