He will be wearing it to his senior exit interview next week. He will also wear it for graduation. He has chosen a different tie & shirt. This place is so awesome & they have several choices. My son just chose an expensive one. I feel it was a great investment as it's lasted 2 years ( so far ) they even helped my son tie his tie. They asked if ALL sections of the suit were ok or needed altering, as where most other places just want to hem your pants and get you out. Suits were ready in a week. The tailor offered to have them ready sooner, but I couldn't pick them up sooner, so a week was perfect. Didn't have to deal with downtown LA traffic, crowds, parking, and "no restroom" situations. The bowtie was broken and could not be attached. I was told to come back in 2 days to pick it up. They couldn't give me another bowtie nor repair this one any sooner. Inconvenient, but this worked within my timeline. The associate helping me didn't give me much confidence on how he would fix the problem nor show me any sense of concern or courtesy for the mishap. When I returned two days later, the associate helping me was not very communicative. He asked for my name then looked on the ipad, then the computer without saying anything to me for a long time. It looked like he was having trouble finding my reservation. He then went to the back room to look, but couldn't find it, but still didn't say anything. I had to tell him that I was there two days ago, then he went to ask the manager and finally found it. I checked everything again, and had to ask for cufflinks as they weren't included. Imagine if I had flown to my event only to find out that your rental is unwearable because something was missing or damaged. That would be pretty catastrophic.
