The prices are very reasonable and you can get a lot of items for the price so I come here when I can't afford the expensive high end brands. I am a regular and I plan to keep coming back. Really bad customer service! The clothes are really nice and everything but the associates are really mean and wants to close earlier that it says on the map, or open later that it indicates. I went at 6:24pm and one of the ladies said that it was closed that she closed the door but they close at 7pm so even tho I just left, and that wasn't the first time something like that happened to me at the store. Ok. So my story starts like this. I live like up the street from here & have been coming here for like almost 10 yrs. I remember when they were still at the other location still in this shopping center but next door. Anyways so I've never had issues & I come like several times a week until recently, I came in once with a co worker & one of the owners of the 2 sisters starts to follow me around. I'm not exaggerating. She starts to follow me & act like she's fixing the clothes on the racks. I noticed right away but didn't say anything. Then I found a cute necklace & continue looking at the other racks the minute I grabbed the necklace the stupid lady who was still following me grabs the necklace from my hands & says "I'm gunna place this for u at the counter, U can pay when ur ready." I'm like did this bitch just snatch that from me. It happened so fast I didn't have time to say anything. My coworker saw this & we just looked at each other like WTF! I let it go I didn't react cuz then I would've looked like the crazy one. My co worker went to the register & paid for her things. I just left the necklace & tole then I didn't want it anymore, then left. I understand it's their store & Asians have always been like that cautious that somebody might steal. I get it but the bitch didn't have to follow me around like I was a criminal I wasn't trying shit on or making a mess I was just looking around I was on lunch wearing my scrubs. & as I said I have been shopping there for years. So. I had this necklace that a coworker bought for me but it wasn't my style so I figured I'd get the receipt and go return it. It took me a bit to go but when I went in, they wouldn't return it. I had the receipt. No store credit. Nothing. She basically said I was screwed. I was pretty pissed off. Anyway, people were complaining about the horrible customer service at the other location. They should definitely check this location out! Love the helpful and friendly customer service here. This location is clean and organized. It has a collection of different fashion categories such a dressy, casual, athletic/comfy, shoes and accessories. I always check out the sunglasses section. Omg. These are very stylish and modern shades that are priced for only $7. They tend to restock with new styles every week too. Fashion choices here are cute. Prices are very decent and I haven't seen anything that costs more than $50. The prices typically range from $.99 to $30. You'd get a lot here for $20. Of course. You get what you pay for. Great clothes and styles. Did not give a 5 because as someone stated below, the asian lady started following me around pretending to fix clothes and kept asking if I needed help. I was just browsing around since I did not have anything in particular in mind, just wanted to check out the clothes they had at the moment. Ive been coming here since I was 18 im 25 now. If you want your customers to keep coming back treat them right and give them their space. It is rude to discriminate that way. Im sure you have cameras anyway, you can't just assume someone wants to steal your stuff. There were two white girls that were drunk that went inside, they were trying clothes on top of clothes without using the fitting room and no one followed them.
