You ask him..."which one would you buy and put in your home" he sells you a model and assured you you've gotten a great deal. Nice as can be. Then Rob told me "I worry too much" on a subsequent call that I made. They never contacted me until then one month in their shop came up with a bill of $4500 when I didn't intend on paying more than $1500. Why not make it $12,000.00 or 20k? Any price they wanted. So I paid because they wouldn't give me the machine. Then the machine was returned to me. The tracks didn't work right. They came and repaired and left. Then they came back again because it was leaking still. They fixed that leak then left. It's still leaking and $2500 dollars later I have a machine that still leaks. Then they told me they didn't want to do business with me any more after coming to look at the last leak which isn't fixed.
