We established in the beginning that I had gel on my nails and they don't do gel, so the woman told me my toes looked fine, or "not so bad", then We were taken to the back for our massages...well let's just say I almost turned and walked out, but didn't want to ruin the experience for my friend. Instead of changing sheets between clients they just pull paper over the table like at the doctors office...well of course I took my phone flash light and lifted the paper, Only to find all kinds of little hairs that did not belong to me. I blew the table off, sprayed sanitizer, and sucked it up. The massage wasn't bad, but hard to relax when you're actively making sure not to touch anything but the paper on the table. My friends pedicure was the worst she's ever gotten, I think it took her 10 minutes. On a positive, when she flipped me over she did give me a wonderful sinus massage! That helped me relax. Maybe go for reflexology if you're in town, but I wouldn't be getting naked there lol!

Both boys said that the lady doing the waxing was not able to do a single swipe on their cheeks, but 4 times each side. They thought her technique was sloppy compared to other places they have been. I woke up early in the morning and started calling various salons like a mad woman, trying to get an appointment, not realizing that most salons are closed on Mondays. I reached out to the owner of this studio, whom I found online, and he let me know that he would try to find one of his stylists to take me last minute. He called me back and set up an early morning appointment for me with one of his stylists. I was extremely grateful. I was even happier when I met James--a super charming, kind, and funny gentleman who was somehow able to magically make my mess of a hairstyle wearable. After the cut, when I went to work, I received so many compliments. I thought, "If these people only knew the drama behind this haircut!" Thankfully, James was there to save the day. I am so grateful to this team and will now be a regular client. Highly recommend!
