The lady ended up using gel on her, just so I didn't have to wait as long(didn't charge for the gel). They were both very kind and easy to talk to. They are hitting their 23 year mark of doing nails. I asked the younger gentleman who was working on another client if he could please translate and explain to which he replied "He understands" so then why did I have to ask and repeat myself multiple times? He never removed the ingrown nail because he didn't understand and filed my skin because he was being rough while filing my nails. I grew frustrated and decided to just skip getting my nails done and will not ever come back here. I can almost guarantee the gentleman who did my pedicure is not licensed either.

At first I felt they were a bit pushy/aggressive, but they're cool. They just want to get you seated and ready for your service ASAP to get you on your way ASAP. And I'm cool with that! They do a good job cleaning up my mom's nails. Happy mom = happy fam lol They're not always perfect with shape or application, but they're always more than happy to fix whatever you're not happy with. I never understood people that don't say anything at the time of service but then complain with negative reviews. If something bothers you, ask your technician to fix it. The techs here are always trying their best to make their clients happy. Above all... You just really can't beat the pricing. (PM me if you know of a place in the area with better prices on gel nails. Ha!) Yes the gels they use aren't the best, but none of the ones used in most salons throughout the desert are high quality. So why pay more for gels that aren't that much better? I've been getting gel nails since 2005 and have been very picky with the quality of the gels used on my nails, but when I found out that I won't have access to the best gels, I decided to look for the best prices. And this is it. Ask for a stamp card if you don't have one!!! You get a discount after 4 services! Yaaaaaas.
