I appreciate the variety of pedicure options here. Prices are pretty standard for the area and all additional charges are noted on menu . They offer beverages which is always a nice touch . The aesthetic is soooo me ! I'd love this mural painted in my living room lol . Clean salon & clean bathroom . The only con was waiting for my sister's pedicure to be done for 35min ... we ordered the same pedicure , started the same time but for some reason hers was significantly longer. The man who did my mani was a little short with me but that's okay but then ... he had a runny nose and wiped his nose with his arm while doing my service yuck. At the end I was expecting a massage and didn't get it . I had previously came in for a pedicure and they also did not do the massage that time either so I finally asked if the massage was still part of mani/pedi service which it was . Nails came out fine just got a basic gel mani. Take away is I pay for a relaxing service and this has not been the case last two times. Our total came out to $233, which felt extremely excessive for the services received. My friend's pedicure was listed at $60, mine was listed for $50 but adding gel polish was an additional $20 just for polish. I added gel polish to my hand and toes as well and ended up paying $60 total just for gel polish alone. There were no prices posted. I saw $50 plus $20 gel on a receipt. We were never informed of these additional charges beforehand. Had I known, I honestly would have declined or gone elsewhere. On top of that, the technician forgot to apply a top coat on one of my friend's toes, which shows a lack of attention to detail -- especially considering the high cost. Overall, the biggest issue for me was the lack of communication and transparency about pricing, combined with service that did not match the premium price point. Customers should be clearly informed of add-on costs before services begin.
