Whenever she worked on my left side, the pressure was noticeably weaker and she spent significantly less time there. -- Techniques used on the right side were often not repeated on the left, leaving the massage feeling incomplete and unbalanced. -- I asked for more pressure several times but eventually stopped because the pressure and technique remained inconsistent. -- I was required to pay before the massage. While businesses can set their own policies, it felt unusual, particularly since Joy appears to be the owner and was the person requiring advance payment. -- The location looked dated and poorly maintained. I could not tell whether it was actually unclean or simply old, but it did not feel especially comfortable or relaxing. I also posted about my experience on Google. The business responded with what appeared to be a generic or AI-generated template and even left "[Your Name]" in the signature. The response said the payment process and massage technique would be "reviewed," but since Joy was both the therapist and apparently the owner, that did not provide much reassurance. It also did not address the uneven pressure, inconsistent timing, or lack of a coherent technique. The price was reasonable at $99 for 90 minutes, and I still tipped $20. Booked and surprised my wife with a 60 minute massage today. When she got out I asked how it was. Her response was "UNCOMFORTABLE AND WEIRD". I delved further into her answer and she replied "when you get a Swedish massage is it normal for them to straddle you and spend over 20 minutes rubbing your butt cheeks?" They don't massage they just lightly push. The place was filled with older men also SO THAT BEING SAID anyone looking to have their "boy" played with this is your spot. Such a disappointment! Not to mention I booked online through their website for a 1230. I received a text asking if I could switch it to 12. I told them that's less in than 45 minutes..... could they do 1pm instead. I tried a Groupon here because I love trying new places and seeing if they might become my regular places. That's why I love Yelp! I got the couples massage and the deal was very good. I'm sure they're lovely people and I never leave reviews like this. But I would not come back. The environment has essential oils diffusing, but I did not like the smell of it. It made me feel like maybe it wasn't very clean there. The walls to the rooms don't go all the way up to the ceiling, so you can hear everyone and everything. The massage felt like something anyone could do and I don't feel any more relaxed afterwards. Very little time was spent on my shoulders and neck, which is usually where a masseuse might focus their attention. Also, I got a male masseuse and that just wasn't comfortable for me. As we went to leave, the front desk person was really trying hard to get us to do the year membership. A bit pushy. The deal was good, but it just wasn't my place. I think the signs at the front that boldly tell customers not to ask for sexual favors really speaks volumes. I came here on a whim after scheduling an appointment an hour ahead. I was hesitant after reading the mixed reviews, but this massage place was closest to my hotel and I wanted to treat myself after working. I got a 90 min full body massage for $89, it also included a hot stone massage. I never experienced it before but it was very nice! The lady who did my massage used firm and strong strokes and made sure that the pressure was fine. My gripe with this place is that each massage room is not enclosed completely and is open- you can hear everything around you from to the person next to you, to people coming in and talking to the staff. I've been here twice in the last couple of months. The massages were left lacking, as there is hardly any pressure (I bought a membership for $20 a year which includes free monthly "add on's" thinking I'd come at least monthly). I asked for a facial add on, which took time away from my massage rather than adding a facial to my hour massage, and the massage was supposed to include a combo with foot time as part of my hour. My foot time was about 7 minutes total. I asked the therapist in advance if she could change my $20, as I wanted to tip her $10 for the $55 session, which was just okay. She pouted about giving me change, and then said "okay" as she was walking away from me after I thanked her for the change and the massage. Really? I'm supposed to give you a $20 for a barely mediocre session that was $55? It was manipulation, so I'm gone. read more

They charged me for an appointment that they could not accommodate and did not refund me even though they said they would. I booked and paid for a couples massage on their website. They told me they could not accommodate the time i chose but still allowed me to book and pay for it on their website, I could not go at the time they had available because I was only in Palm Springs for one day so I asked to cancel the appointment and get a refund and they said yes. I even asked if I would get an email confirmation for the refund and they said yes. After not receiving any updates I reached out and they said they can not issue the refund and to reach out to their owner, I tried to be patient and kind through it all even though the situation was so frustrating. The owner seemed nice and said he would be working on the refund it's been 2 weeks and he stopped responding to me and picking up my calls, They should not have available appointments on their website that don't reflect what they actually can accommodate especially if they are taking payment for these appointments. I never received any service at all and they still have not refunded me. I am very disappointed and annoyed. Please refund me! read more

My wife and I booked a 75 minute Massage with Charlie from 3:30 - 4:45pm and he was wonderful with my deep tissue massage.The location is professional, clean and very friendly from the time you walk in for your reservation. During the massage, I fell a sleep and when Charlie was finished he said good morning that's how good he was with my deep tissue massage. They promised a refund after booking an appointment and paying in full because they were unable to serve us and yet still have not refunded us. My wife booked an appointment for a couples massage through their website. It allowed her to book for a specific time and pay in full. They reached out to her to tell her they couldn't do that time so my wife asked to cancel and get a refund which they said yes too. It's been over 2 weeks and they have been giving her the run around and still no refund. Four seasons please be honest, do better and refund the money. We work hard and don't have money to be donating to your business for free. Please also take down your website if the times you have available are actually not available and you don't know how to refund guests when you are unable to serve them. We are still waiting for our refund of $109 that you promised. You can Zelle or Venmo us since ur having such a hard time with refunding it through your website and keeping in communication with us. Honestly, that was the worst massage I have EVER had. Like she was maybe in the room for half the time. Rushed me. Not even sure if call it a massage as much as someone who rubs your back for 30 minutes, then uses a quick 10 minutes scrub.
