You have the option to have it with ice cream, the ice cream is from Lappert's and is already delicious on its own. You get to pick mochi (i always get mochi) or red bean, and your choice of syrups. I have tried a couple different combos and have liked them all. The ice is so soft and fluffy and full of flavor from poking the ice with sticks and making sure the syrups penetrate all the way.
