You have the option to have it with ice cream, the ice cream is from Lappert's and is already delicious on its own. You get to pick mochi (i always get mochi) or red bean, and your choice of syrups. I have tried a couple different combos and have liked them all. The ice is so soft and fluffy and full of flavor from poking the ice with sticks and making sure the syrups penetrate all the way. My guess is a food truck is only for special events at an arranged place that are planned ahead of time. I see that this business has been "claimed" on Yelp and "Verified by business owner over 3 months ago", so it would have been best if the owner updated the company's information on Yelp to explain where exactly this business/restaurant/food truck is located or if it's for special events only. The Yogurt shop was clean, and, well-organized, and bright. We were warmly greeted by one of the owners who genuinely appreciated us visiting on a cold wet afternoon. The tart yogurt was fantastic with the perfect balance between tang and sweetness. We sampled their Tahitian vanilla and loved it! The watermelon lemonade was also very refreshing. Each yogurt comes with 2 toppings and the option to add more for .75c. Located across the parking lot from Safeway, you'll find plenty of parking.
