We've eaten here at least 3X over the last 6 months and our experience has been consistently positive. The dining room is always clean, comfortable, and welcoming! We've tried different dishes and always flavorful, plated attractively, and delicious. Today for lunch it was Pad Thai & Classic Salad Rolls. The Pad Thai had a unique & distinct flavor with chunks of cooked tomatoes in it. Hubby loved it. The rolls were firmly rolled & neatly stayed in place - no mess. I really liked the crushed peanuts that topped the sauce. It added another layer of crunch. Service is simple & friendly but the server did check-in on us at least 2X after she set the food & before she dropped the bill.

We Came here on a Monday afternoon. Really enjoyed the service and atmosphere. Now I can't compare this place to my OG Vietnamese spots in San Jose, but in the Livermore area I can say this place is pretty good. I really enjoy their rice plates and vermicelli bowls. They also have good chicken pho here. - 8/10 for rice plates, especially in the Livermore area. Would rec if you're in the area and want some good Vietnamese food.

We were craving some Vietnamese food and we stumbled upon this place. It looked chill, plenty of seats, we were seated right away. We ordered BBH and a chicken and rice plate. All the food was okay. Prices were also what we expect of Livermore. The only drawback here are the diner seats can be small for bigger people. You can't move the chairs or tables. They do have bigger tables but they only had I don't remember, 2 or 3. Just FYI.

My fiancé and I were craving something soupy after a long day so we decided to try Viet Noms. The service was super quick, and the servers were very kind. I really liked the booth seating inside the restaurant. It was also very clean. Next to a lot of other businesses but still a lot of parking in the lot. The noodles were $15 for regular, $17 for large. I got the Pho Bo, which you get 3 meats of your choice which is what caught my attention because I usually only eat specific cuts. I opted for a large, got tripe, beef balls and tai (rare steak) and would say that the noodles to meat ratio was tremendously uneven. There were 4 half/2 whole meatballs, 5 half/2.5 whole slices of rare steak, and maybe 5 slices of tripe. The broth is served super hot, which could both good and bad, bad because the rare steak gets overcooked super fast so I'd recommend to skip the rare steak as it's gets tough when it's overcooked. The broth was just ok, not flavorful enough to want a sip with every bite and certainly not enough for me to want to drink soup after finishing everything else. My fiancé got the BBH and said it was just ok. He was not a fan and rated it a 3/5 as well. Not sure that we'd have Viet Noms again, considering there are better options out there but it was worth a try.

Delicious food. The chicken salad was a balance of flavors and texture, I liked that it had a little crunch. The Banh Khot was scrumptious with its crispy edges and soft center! The seafood pho was loaded with shrimp, calamari, and fish balls in a light, aromatic broth that didn't skimp on flavor. The vibe of the place is casual but cute, and service was quick and friendly. Great for a chill lunch or a dinner with friends. If you're looking for bold flavors, affordable eats, and a refreshing take on Vietnamese classics -- this is the spot!

We were looking for somewhere different to eat while in town shopping at the outlets. We were craving bhan mi. We yelped a few places and took a chance on this restaurant. Wow! My daughter loved their pork bhan mi! She said the flavor of the meat itself was delicious! And the bread, crispy and soft! I opted for the chicken bun. The grillled chicken had a good smoky, grilled flavor. The noodles and veggies were fresh and yummy! The service was spot on! Constantly making sure we had everything we need. The restaurant itself was a good size, clean and you can tell they keep it maintained pretty well! We're looking forward to coming back the next time we're in town to try their pho! Stay tuned!

Very tasty pho and ample servings. I always get large and it can be shared by two people. The salad roll with shrimp is a little dry though.

Nice clean place. Banh Khot - good but the batter is literally Banh Xeo batter, imo. Thit Nuong cuon - ok. No mints/herbs whatsoever. V food is all about the mints/herbs. Com suong nuong - ok. Steamed egg loaf is on the dry side.

Been wanting to try Viet Noms so we decided to stop by after dropping off some items to the Goodwill next door. There is a large parking lot but it's shared with multiple businesses so you may need to park a bit further and walk. I had to circle around a few times to find a spot. Restaurant was busy and we got seated right away. I ordered the bun rieu (tomato crab noodle soup with prawns) and the banh khot (mini kettle cakes). The presentation was beautiful and it was a good amount of food. Banh khot - 4/5 super crispy edges and I really liked the chewy texture in the middle. I couldn't really taste the scallion oil though Bun rieu - 3.5/5 crab & pork broth was bland and there were only two pieces of the crab/pork dumplings so that was a bit disappointing. I've had a better version of this in Pleasanton

The next time we went there expecting to eat at Shwe Myanmar, Time Thai Kitchen had opened in its place. We came here by accident - but we're glad we did. Time Thai Kitchen has become one of only two Thai restaurants we consistently frequent in Livermore. This is our go-to spot for an in-person lunch; the other is New Thai Eatery & Grill, which we usually use for takeout. My wife and I usually order the lunch specials because the combos are delicious and reasonably priced. The format is straightforward: choose an entrée, a side, and a drink. Entrée options include Pad Thai, Pad See Ew, fried rice, and various curries, while drink choices include soda, Dalgona coffee, and Thai iced tea. The menu is much more than just lunch specials. We have also ordered the Pad Thai with fried chicken and the chicken omurice. It goes well beyond Thai food, too, with an eclectic range of items including burgers, carbonara, eggs Benedict, pancakes, waffles, and more - so the menu can be a little overwhelming at first. Still, we have tried a good variety of dishes over multiple visits and have consistently left happy. Service is another highlight. The staff are always pleasant, friendly, and efficient, and the food comes out very quickly. The restaurant is also clean and comfortable, making it an easy place to stop in for a relaxed lunch. If you are looking for a dependable Thai lunch spot in Livermore with good food, quick service, and excellent value, Time Thai Kitchen is an easy five-star choice.

They were so happy we dined in which is a nice feeling. We started with fried eggrolls which was delicious. I like how they are long and aren't cut in half. I do wish they served fish sauce with the eggrolls as opposed to sweet chili sauce. I enjoyed my grilled pork chop plate, but I was hoping it would come with a sunny-side egg on top of the rice as a standard. The pork chop is pretty small too; I wish they were bigger pieces like at most Pho restaurants. Nonetheless, it was so good and paired perfectly with their house made chili oil. My wife loved her combo pho which had a nice, tasty broth, generous portions of beef and other meats, etc. Lastly, my son loved his kids rice & beef; the beef was sweet like bulgogi. I think every table should automatically have the chili oil on deck though because it enhances the flavors and just tastes delicious. If it wasn't for the employee offering us the chili, we would've never known. We had a great time and will definitely keep coming back especially since it's on the way home. I highly recommend this restaurant to the public! We'll be back!

The chicken pieces were really thick and unseasoned, and the color of the peanut sauce threw us off a little. We struggled to eat it. For the mains, we ordered the green curry with white rice, basil fried rice, and pad kee mao. The fried rice was so heavy on tofu that there was barely any rice, and the pad kee mao was mostly vegetables. The green curry and rice were decent. However, the white rice was a little undercooked in some bites, and the curry was pretty spicy. We got everything medium spice, and we can usually handle spice, but the medium was insanely spicy. Maybe that's on us, but it was so spicy that it was hard to taste the other flavors. We ended up getting a Thai iced tea to combat the spice, and that tasted decent. The decor was cute, and the ambiance was nice, but the food was lacking, and the prices were pretty high. Service was okay, but I probably wouldn't come back.
