If you want something unique and special, this is not the place for you. But if you just want a classic donut to enjoy with your paper on a lazy morning, this may be the place for you. We ended up ordering 5 donuts (bread crumb, maple, blueberry cake, red velvet cake, and chocolate old fashion). The blueberry cake donut stood out and was delicious. I'd get it again. However, the other donuts were either ordinary or felt like they fell a bit flat--like the maple donut felt a day old in fact. Nice people working and very friendly. My donut was light, chewy, and the chocolate wasn't overwhelming sweet. Although I prefer yeast donuts over cake donuts, I tried some of the Cherry Cake Donut and it was so dang delicious! It reminds of the dunkin donut Bavarian but way better since you get to just pop the whole thing in your mouth and it just bursts with flavor.
