Given how short-handed everyone is these days: How in the world was she and Desmond able to get their crew over here so soon to do our project (replace a dead mini split with a 3-pronged system). But they did it. And they came in, right on time as promised, and did all the work as explained, left our home absolutely SPOTLESS (I mean, really, it was cleaner than it was before!), and then left us with a brand-spanking new air-conditioner system in our home. It was all in one day (again, as promised). So many people show up late, or leave half-way through a project and return days later, to finish without so much as an excuse. Not these guys. They were rock solid, reliable, dependable, responsible. And the icing on the cake: They gave us the best bid on the job. Loved these guys. Absolutely not one negative thing to say about them.

The master unit started blowing slightly less cool, we called ACS to look at it and make sure the others are good too. They require a credit card to secure the appointment. Like with other customers, the technicians came out and spent a lot of time (3 hrs!) on nothing, tinkering with stuff haphazardly/"testing the air"/making small talk. He says all he needed to do was add the "tiniest bit of antifreeze" to the master unit this visit. A new sensor was needed later. The company auto bills me for $700. Next, we immediately discover the unit in the living room is now making an awful gyrating sound since they touched it. I email the company about this, asking them to send someone to repair what they broke without charge. A different technician comes. I was unable to be there, so I give him a door code. He enters the home, looks at the unit, calls me to say just to clean it from a kit off Amazon, leaves, then sends me a photo text message asking for a review from his car. He was in my home for 11 minutes. I am again AUTO BILLED for $403 for almost 2 hours of work! I email again with timestamped photos proving he was not there the amount of time he said. Every single person in this company gaslit me. I shouldn't have been responsible for the visit in the first place! I've spent $1200 and now have 2 broken units instead of one. Had I read reviews on all the sites, I would have steered clear. Everyone says the same thing. They do not stand behind their work with integrity. SCAMMERS 0/10

I just called them again and all the lady did was interrogate me repeatedly asking which company installed it and why aren't I having THEM clean the Split unit etc. OMG, what does that have to do with ANYTHING? Are you doing business with the public or not? I don't enjoy disparaging previous contractors so I just choose to not do business with them again but the (unnamed here) Split AC installers did a terrible job which is why I didn't ask them to do the cleaning. They didn't want to put the AC unit where the previous unit was at then had to move the new unit again after they determined that it wouldn't work where they had tried to put it, Sheesh! Then they didn't fulfill the contract including failing to remove and dispense of the old Split AC unit which I had to get my grandson to help me remove, including other issues. I would NEVER hire them again after they bungled that installation. So WTH does that have to do with hiring ACS anyway? Don't worry, I won't be contacting ACS ever again!
