This was a upgrade model that always for dark scenes to be seen better. I thought that was great! I bought a TV from the Cookeville Electronic Express on September 21, 2019.  I had to wait until September 26, 2019 to pick up while it was ordered.  I arrived after 6:00 pm CST to the store on the 26th. It was dragged from the back by one of the representative at this location, the box looked like it had a beating done to it.  They helped me put in my car and I took it home but did not open until the next afternoon since it was late in the day.  I opened the box and before placing on the wall I did an inventory.  It was missing instructions, cables and the remote.  I immediately went to the Electronic Express to tell them of the missing items.  I asked if they were trying to pawn off a USED TV since the box looked like it was opened and of course all the essential components were not in the box.  I was informed that it was NEW from the distributor.  Highly unlikely!!!  They apologized but informed me that I would have to wait until the following Thursday to get a replacement but I could upgrade to a different TV that was comparable to what I was get but would cost me another $300.00 (really) !!!!  So is this a ploy to make more money on your mistakes or is the mistake done on purpose to make more on customers that shouldn't have to wait for a replacement.  So no TV until this Thursday night, almost 2 weeks.   I thought Walmart was the worst but Electronic express has hit toward that top.

Total scam! They butchered the installation, spitting on every promise they made and leaving us stranded. They shoved damaged appliances full of dents and scratches down our throats, banking on us being too stupid to notice their junk. An assistant manager spewed lies about fixing it, only for them to call the next day and demand more money for installation we already paid for upfront. To top it off, we spoke to a manager at the Nashville location who was outright rude, treating us like garbage for daring to complain. Their customer service is a disgusting sham--dishonest, useless, and infuriatingly arrogant. Avoid this pitiful excuse for a store unless you love being scammed and disrespected. By the way, Ethan was a pleasure to work with and tried to help - but the others in the store was a waste of time and effort. I noticed that the owner responds to these reviews but offers nothing to address issues in his response. Only saying things like "it's unfortunate" or "we hope to do better to regain your trust". My plan is if we don't resolve this issue in the next few days, I'm going to load $12k worth of high end appliance on my trailer, haul them to the Cookeville store and camp out in their parking lot with a huge banner saying how I was scammed and sell my appliance in the parking lot for penny's on the dollar. It has absolutely nothing to do with the cost it's all about principal.

Eric is one of the most professional, courteous, nice, helpful, customer oriented, and overall just good dudes I've ever dealt with in the car audio game. E V E R To kinda paint a picture a bit, I've been tinkering with stereos for 30+ years myself, and I could have definitely done my radio install myself on my 07 Ford Mustang, but Im glad I didn't and had Eric help. It's the nicest car I've ever owned, and I didn't want to take a chance at breaking anything out of frustration. Eric came to my house, and had the job done in around two hours, and I had my sound system going again seamlessly. He installed an old Kenwood head unit I had, a 750.1 Autotek amplifier, an old, cobbled-together, heavy, and cumbersome box for two ten inch Massive Audio subwoofers. It did well until my speaker box fell apart (which was 100% my fault keeping it in storage around moisture) and it just disintegrated after a week. Rip speaker box. I just bought a new one online and slapped the 10s in that. Ive since upgraded to a much louder and bigger system, and even Eric was able to assist with wrestling that box in the back of the Mustang as well! As of now, I'm running a 12 inch Memphis Mojo subwoofer in a vented box, paired with a 3500 watt Skar Audio amplifier. (It's now very loud, lol. Car audio stuff is an addiction, I'm convinced it is and you can't tell me different!) So in closing, I would 1000 % recommend Eric for your next car audio job. Oh, and he also helped me out by mailing me back my car registration that I left at his new shop he's now got in Crossville TN, right across the street from Blue Bird auto sales,, when I had him help with the Memphis sub install recently. He didn't have to Mail my registration back to me, but he did anyway and that speaks volumes to me as to the man's character. Dude is a salt-of-the-earth good person and I'm definitely gonna hit him up again if I ever need more work. Posting a pic of my new amp, sadly I ain't snapped any pics of the Memphis sub box that he helped me wrestle into my trunk, or the new cd player though. My cd player we put in at first back in April 2023 also died on me, but it was a 15 year old Kenwood, that I've had in probably five vehicles, I wanna say? She lived a hard life. I snagged one up at Wal Mart and slapped it in. Eric's first dash kit install job made it super easy to yank that old radio out, and put another new radio in too. Did that much and the new Skar Audio amp myself at least too! All in all I am a very happy returning customer, and dealing with Eric made me remember and realize just how much I love working on car audio customization and cars in general. It's fun and therapeutic. A good hobby to get into. Can get expensive though! I know from experience

Bad Decision, the store manager in Cookeville (Walt) yelled at me and at the end of our conversation verified that he was done yelling at me. As a woman, i have never been yelled at by a man, it was demeaning and hurtful. He refuses to apologize and i think this is unprofessional behavior for a manager. If you want to rent/lease or buy furniture or appliances without being yelled at or degraded, go to Rent-a Center. I have tried them all and Rent -a Center has the best customer service. If you decide to go to Aarons in Cookeville, go at your own risk. If the manager doesn't like or agree with what you ask or say, he will yell at you. I filed a complaint with their corporate office, and the district manager did apologize for the behavior of his store manager, but that's all they could do. You can't make someone apologize for disrespect. That appears to be the Aaron's culture. As a Senior Manager, if it were one of my Manager's they would apologize to the customer.

I am grateful I chose Caliber Computer not only for their excellent communication skills, professional attitude, and technical knowledge, but their outstanding dedication. It did not matter which employee was working during my diagnosis, I received an overview of the progress being made which never contradicted previous reports or caused me to question their organization, an impressive feat for a company which had to have my computer a total of 3 months for reasons unrelated to Caliber Computer's performance. Not only did Caliber correctly diagnose my computer twice despite misleading information provided by one of my computer part's manufacturer, but they were true to their word and never charged me a dime for the diagnostics despite the labor it took to finally resolve the issue. I would recommend Caliber Computer for all electronics-related work, as my mother was impressed when Caliber Computers installed her router a week later. Thank you for being an outstanding company that I can utilize with upmost confidence.

The repair man came out to my house quickly to see what the problem was & it is just the way the stove was made. I called to see what could be done about it and the salesman that talked to me was willing to pick up the stove and refund my money. He neglected to tell me that ALL electric stoves today were made this way. He was very patronizing about the issue. If he would have told me ALL electric stoves were made that way and not have made me feel stupid about the issue there would have been more business from me for the Appliance Mart in the future. So I call Innovative Audio and spoke with Troy. He asked the make, model, and year of the truck. After getting this information he proceeded to order the part. About a week later he ask me to bring in my truck and I did. After about an hour or so, he advised me that he ordered the wrong part. After ordering the correct part, I did not hear back from him for weeks. Then I called and he said that he had the new part ordered and would give me a call when it was in. After another couple of weeks, I called again and he would not return my calls. In mid-February, I left another phone message telling him that if he was not able to get me in to have my new radio by March, I was going to cancel the order and write a review on the poor customer service. He returned that call and said the part was in and he was going to get me on the schedule for the install. Two weeks later, it is now March, and not a word from Troy. I am going somewhere else to be treated like someone cares.
