Eric is one of the most professional, courteous, nice, helpful, customer oriented, and overall just good dudes I've ever dealt with in the car audio game. E V E R To kinda paint a picture a bit, I've been tinkering with stereos for 30+ years myself, and I could have definitely done my radio install myself on my 07 Ford Mustang, but Im glad I didn't and had Eric help. It's the nicest car I've ever owned, and I didn't want to take a chance at breaking anything out of frustration. Eric came to my house, and had the job done in around two hours, and I had my sound system going again seamlessly. He installed an old Kenwood head unit I had, a 750.1 Autotek amplifier, an old, cobbled-together, heavy, and cumbersome box for two ten inch Massive Audio subwoofers. It did well until my speaker box fell apart (which was 100% my fault keeping it in storage around moisture) and it just disintegrated after a week. Rip speaker box. I just bought a new one online and slapped the 10s in that. Ive since upgraded to a much louder and bigger system, and even Eric was able to assist with wrestling that box in the back of the Mustang as well! As of now, I'm running a 12 inch Memphis Mojo subwoofer in a vented box, paired with a 3500 watt Skar Audio amplifier. (It's now very loud, lol. Car audio stuff is an addiction, I'm convinced it is and you can't tell me different!) So in closing, I would 1000 % recommend Eric for your next car audio job. Oh, and he also helped me out by mailing me back my car registration that I left at his new shop he's now got in Crossville TN, right across the street from Blue Bird auto sales,, when I had him help with the Memphis sub install recently. He didn't have to Mail my registration back to me, but he did anyway and that speaks volumes to me as to the man's character. Dude is a salt-of-the-earth good person and I'm definitely gonna hit him up again if I ever need more work. Posting a pic of my new amp, sadly I ain't snapped any pics of the Memphis sub box that he helped me wrestle into my trunk, or the new cd player though. My cd player we put in at first back in April 2023 also died on me, but it was a 15 year old Kenwood, that I've had in probably five vehicles, I wanna say? She lived a hard life. I snagged one up at Wal Mart and slapped it in. Eric's first dash kit install job made it super easy to yank that old radio out, and put another new radio in too. Did that much and the new Skar Audio amp myself at least too! All in all I am a very happy returning customer, and dealing with Eric made me remember and realize just how much I love working on car audio customization and cars in general. It's fun and therapeutic. A good hobby to get into. Can get expensive though! I know from experience

First person Stacy tells me to get the part number and I have another call come in and ask if she'll hold a few seconds while i tell them I'll call back. literally 10 seconds later she's hung up on me. So I call back..wade through the message and the lady tells me Stacy is busy at the counter now...she can 'help' me. I explain that the part number I read off we've been waiting for and SHE changes the whole story to 'we never sell parts'. Calls me a liar for claiming that I was quoted and have waited a a few months now. Accuses me of being 'rude' for saying that's what happened..hangs up when i say 'but you're calling me a liar'. Great PR people. Great PR..... so what do I do now? i call Behringer and the lady I get there acts like she's standing right by the other lady. Talks over the top of me and tries to divert me to another service center who will probably tell me the same thing. Sorry done being baited and switched on for the day.

Actually, I have an adjustable bed and they worked around the base to get it perfect. I couldn't have been happier. So we just went back and just bought new couches and a coffee table. Each time we have been greeted within a minute of walking in and they worked with our wants - never trying to upsell us or to get us to buy anything we didn't ask for. DT McCall & Sons are our only furniture store now. Beats every furniture buying experience I've ever had in my 43 years on this earth.

Sewn on back pillows - see pictures of second replacement sofa attached--are "stuffed" irregularly and could not be repaired. Mayo determined that the first sofa was unacceptable and the defects were caused by new "stuffing" factory equipment. Huh???? What about quality control???? I had more than one conversation with Chris McCall, owner of DT McCalls. Among other representations, Chris McCall was personally going to be sure the replacement sofa was acceptable. He told me he had spoken to Steve Mayo, CEO of Mayo Brothers and that Mayo would personally approve shipment and quality control. I expressed concern about my $2000 payment and whether I should put a hold on it until I received a presentable sofa. Chris McCall was adamant about his integrity and standing behind his company's service. He felt and expressed in multiple instances his 39 years in the business and community. Mayo took several weeks and delivered a replacement sofa. The original sofa was removed then. Once again the back cushions are not stuffed properly. I called Chris McCall while his delivery people took pictures of the sofa. He would not take my call and never called back. Instead, he instructed his accounting person to call me. She was told to tell me to have the sofa removed and he would refund my money. I could sit on the floor until I bought a new sofa. Mayo and DT McCalls, Cookeville TN furniture store, maintained the replacement sofa was acceptable and McCall stated that "you would never be satisfied". McCall needs to be heard and it is near impossible to get him to shut up and listen. Terrible person to deal with given the circumstances. Not apologetic and never even looked at either sofa, only the pictures. Steve Mayo was never contacted by McCall. It was McCall and the Mayo salesperson that determined the sofa was acceptable. Once again, Mayo and McCall, or the salesperson ever saw the sofa. They represented that I was unreasonable. I called Steve Mayo several times and he never returned my calls. His customer service manager Sarah would not connect me and said that I had to deal with DT Mcalls and not Mayo. Tim Tyler, sales in TN for Mayo offered to visit my home and reposition the foam in the cushions. Not possible! The back cushions are sewn into the back of the sofa and bunched up in some areas and not filling other areas. The packing could not be reformed to fit the covering. Chris McCall, owner DT McCalls is one of the most dishonest and unprofessional business owners I have ever dealt with. Enough said. Beware of both companies.

It was a eye sore and a mess to say the least. He traced every ethernet cable, marked which room it was, ran sound and data through it to make sure it was in good condition, and wired and replaced each connector to either a A or B standard (look it up). After completing the ethernet cable testing, he provided and installed a 1 gigabyte 16-port network switch so each ethernet port in my house would have instant internet access. He also recommended and helped with setting up an old router into AP mode so I could use it as another access port within my house while extending the wifi signal! After the setup was complete, he showed me how to run internet speed tests and how to setup my routers if I ever needed to change anything. He easy to get along with and explained every step of his work. If he didn't remeber how to do something, he would simply look it up instead of potentially messing it up. I could tell he loves his work and I highly recommend him for all your IT needs.
