Rasin came in and immediately put me at ease - offering his expert advice but ultimately making sure I got what I wanted. We exchanged renderings and notes for one day and that was the extent of the design process. Installation was quick and simple and it was exactly what I wanted! Keep in mind I did have to have an electrician involved to get the lights, tv and integrated fireplace all installed but he was very clear about that up front. Plus, mowing, edging, weeding, and blowing yard clean up, hedges trimmed, and weeds. They did a poor job that I had to call them to come back and cut the dead tree branches in my front yard in plain view. Killed my grass around the edges in the front and backyard with weed killer and didn't edge the front yard, although they said they did. My security camera said otherwise. Hedges in back yard wasn't done as we discussed. I told him not to touch them so not to further mess them up. They had many excuse to why they couldn't do the job correctly. I told them money is not an issue, and should have charged what they needed to do the job properly. Will never use them again.
