The salesman, Rich, took the time to walk my mother through every appliance she was interested in, guided her to a more quiet dishwasher (did you know they rate dishwashers on sound? Our salesman did!), helped her find appliances in stock, and set the delivery date. The store manager, Andrew, and his assistant, Crystal, were so kind. If you live in a condo, you know what a pain delivery can be. Crystal has an entire binder of COI's in her reach to make delivery easier. Never saw that at Lowe's or Home Depot. P.C. Richards is still family-owned, and they act like it. You will NOT get the same service in any big box store. The prices are very competitive, but it's the service that matters, especially during the Covid era where delivery and stock are in question. I would not hesitate to purchase appliances again in the Nanuet store.

Everyone left and an hour later I received a call from a friend who went to check for himself, and the customer ahead of him purchased the last one. I then called the store and asked the employee if they received any Pokemon product today and I was told no. Either some shady business is happening or the employees are ignorant as to what they're selling. Either way it's not a good look for business.

The Garden State Gorjana is AMAZING. The sales reps are kind, attentive and are able to attend to several customers while making each one feel like we have their attention. They are trained RIGHT. I always look forward to going there. Every person I interacted with there is EXCELLENT. Whoever did the hiring there really hired with an eye for personality, manners and skill. I was just there last weekend and bought fine jewelry.

First off when you order the furniture they make you sign a contract with no date estimate of when…read moreyou will be receiving the furniture. 90 days later we get a phone call stating that the furniture was still in production then minutes later we get a phone call from the truck driver stating he was in our area ready to deliver the item. Therefore we had to stay over to assist. Also, we paid an extra $658.00 to have a liftgate and inside delivery with notification before delivery. We were notified the delivery would be here between 11-1 and he showed up at 4:30. The package weighed 500 lbs and the driver stated WE will get it the building. We called the trucking company to make sure he had help however he showed up alone with a 500 lb delivery. We then had to call a spouse to come assist with the delivery that we already paid and EXTRA $658.00 to have an inside delivery. We tried calling to get partial refund of the $658.00 since we had to find assistance to bring the furniture into the building. We were under the impression that paying the $658.00 EXTRA that the delivery truck driver would be responsible to bring the item in the building. I guess Inside delivery means you do it yourself!!!! Never pay the EXTRA because it is considered freight charges not delivery. When we called to get the issue resolved it took over a week to get a response after leaving messages. When we finally spoke with the company they stated we got what we paid for and most companies assist with delivery. So my question is why would you pay $658.00 for INSIDE DELIVERY!!! They said that on their website inside delivery means we provide assistance to the driver...however, we have not seen that on their website. I would not recommend purchasing from this company!!!
