He set up a brand new complete computer system for me after my old one died of old age (hard drive failure). I make videos about medieval manuscripts, and my wife does highly treated art photography, and he set us up with a magnificent system that I could afford on my schoolteacher's salary. It was pretty specialized stuff, and he got us better equipment than we knew how to ask for.
