Upon arrival, found the store really clean, tidy, loads of gadgets on display for customers to interact with. There was one associate helping a customer with some issue. He was so dedicated that he didn't notice anyone else coming or going out of the store. So after waiting 10 minutes finally got up and asked me if I needed help. I showed him my order and ID, he went in to get my order from the back. At that very moment, two other associates walked out through the door. I was so annoyed to see I had to wait for so long to get this one guy's attention while two others were also around but hiding themselves in the back. I walked in without an appointment and didn't have to wait long before I was seen. There is no phone service for this location if calling. You'll have to text a number or leave a message to get to anyone. Samsung voids manufacturer warranty even if there's the tiniest blemish on a device. I don't think I'd purchase another device of theirs knowing that. I spoke with two associates and found the second to be very approachable and pleasant. The technician fixed the issue same day (of course with a payment). They even managed to finish before the stated pickup time. The store is tidy and it was almost empty when I arrived. However, it can get busy at certain times. There is even a small area of the store for kids.
