I called to have some a recall done on my Chevy Cruze, and they told me there was no recall and that it was a special service issue. Then the call center told me some recalls that had never been fixed on my car. Quite irritated with the poor service and being lied to over the phone about services my car never had done. Bought a used impala from this dealership when purchased asked about the brakes and condition was told they were in great condition. After getting it home and only driving a few days noticed there was a strange noise coming from the back end. Called the dealership they said to bring it in so I did after waiting over an hour and a half was handed a bill and my keys but the person could not tell me if they found anything and was not helpful at all but I needed to get back to work so I didn't push it. After driving my car again it was still making the noise contacted the dealership again and told the GM my experience at the service department he offered to come pick my car up so it could be looked at again and refunded me my money. Was told they replaced all the rotors and it was fixed only to discover when I got it back it was not fixed decided to take it to my local dealership only to find out it needed new rear rotors and breaks. So they lied twice about the brakes being in great condition and also when they said they replaced the rotors when they didn't!!! Also the blinker isn't working so nothing but issues with this car and this dealership that does nothing but lie!!! read more

I just leased a 2016 Malibu. I actually had 2 salesmen help me. Sam and Steve. They were great. Sam was never a pushy salesman which I appreciated very much. It took me over a week to finally decide what I wanted and he was always there to answer any questions or concerns that I had to help me with my decision. Steve showed me how everything worked in the car (there is a lot) but he was very patient and helped set up OnStar and also setting up the app on my phone for the remote start. The sales people are courteous and professional but the product is garbage! Took me three different vehicles to learn this lesson: Never ever ever purchase a GM product! I bought a 2012 Silverado from Kool in September 2014 and doesn't even have 70000 mi yet and it's a total fucking lemon! -oil leak as soon as I got it back home -driver side seat no longer moves -4W low no longer works -driver side door is about to fall off (for no apparent reason) -on my third brand new battery now in my truck that goes dead if I don't start it for a day!! Leaving state for a trip to see 92 year old mother, my engin light came on about 20 from home. Called Kool dealership and explained my problem to servie (Terry, I think). She was very nice and told me I could bring my Chevy Impalla right in be and told her I would be there in 40 minutes or so, which it would take me to get there from the point I was currently at. I was expecting to bring car in the following week for tire rotation and oil change as it was. When I got there Terry had someone check out why the light had come on and told me they need to order a part and it would take about 2 hrs before the part was in; during which time they could do the oil change and rotate tires and save me another trip in the following week. ( I do not live in GR ) Also she informed me the car was still under warrentee and the only cost to me would be for the oil change and tire rotation. She also offered to have someone take me to my daughters home a few blocks away. During all this I had my little dog, Bell, with me and everyone was very kind to both of us. When car was done, a few hours later, she called me on my cell to let me know car was ready and I could pick it up and be on my way. At this time I told her I had a coupon for a car warsh and she said she would have it done by the time I got back to the dealership. The employees at Kool are not only cool but very kind and helpful making one feel they are there to be solely of service for the customer and are very pleased to do so. They have been so every time I have been there from purchase to service and even when accompaning a friend in for serice on her car. read more

Service was horrible. I was asked to have the vehicle there at 7am. So, I dropped it off the night before and left the key in the appropriate place. Kool had my car for nearly 8 business hours before the service rep finally returned my call only to tell me that they had not even looked at the vehicle yet! Furthermore, he stated that it would be at least another hour before they could get to it. I had the inconvenience of having to juggle one vehicle with my wife (who also works - and has to get our kids where they need to be). I cancelled the order. There wasn't even an apology offered. All pain - no gain. What a waste of time and a hassle! read more

He was extremely attentive in listening to our needs, and found us the perfect vehicle matching our desired features, mileage, and price. My experience was terrible I was told I would be called back in regards to my rear tail light that was having an issue. I called back after 5 hours and was told there was a minor crack in the light and it was considered damaged. I was then told to call my insurance and "deal with it". The service manager said or pay $230 to get it fixed here. I had no idea how my light was damaged and got my 2016 Silverado only 3 months ago. The worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I wish I could cancel my lease. Would never go back after this lease is up. read more

Kool Chevrolet sold me a "Certified pre-owned" Chevy Volt with a certified inspection sheet showing no repairs to any body panels and a clean Carfax report showing no reported accidents/damage. The day after purchase I waxed my new car to find the rear bumper cover had been poorly and only partially re-painted with overspray on the tail-light and a small dent in the lower bumper cover. I confirmed it had to be Kool Chevrolet to do the poor repair by contact the dealership that took back the leased car and the auto auction that sold the car to Kool Chevrolet. No damage was reported on the post-lease inspection either. Kool Chevrolet sold me a "Certified pre-owned" under false pretenses and when I contacted them about properly painting the rear bumper cover, they told me to take a hike. Re-painting the rear bumper cover will cost me an extra $614.52 due to the tri-coat paint job. Not to even mention what else they potentially lied about... read more
