The demeanor is a true safety concern and intolerable for a business environment. This correlates to a new car purchase. We paid to order a new vehicle and upon arrival, a different one was presented, one with decals all over the body. Instead of offering to make it right and get the car we paid to secure, they only offered to remove the stickers, which damaged the paint and left the vehicle covered in scratches. They have yet to make it right or take responsibility for their dishonest business practices. The experience at Kool Toyota from a new vehicle purchase to service was disappointing. I've visited this location on a couple different occasions. First to purchase new tires for my Audi…read moreand a second time to get a tire patched on my wife's BMW. Both times I was greeted by professional and friendly service advisors right when I arrived. They are extremely informative about the condition of your tires and seem to only give honest opinions and feedback on what services are needed. The Audi was close to needing new tires, but I told them I was selling it in a few months and they completely understood my initial reasoning for not wanting to buy new tires. I later changed my mind and decided to replace them and the gentlemen at discount tire were very quick on ordering the tires I chose and they even matched (and beat by a few dollars) a better price that I found online. When I brought my wife's BMW in today to get the screw taken out, I was lucky they could patch it since it was in a repairable location. The guys at discount tire did. It try to sell me anything unnecessary and they were extremely quick at patching it, even when I didn't have an appointment. The owner and manager of this location should be very proud of the amazing workers they employ at this location. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing tires or having tire issues, and it's definitely my go-to tire shop in the future.
