I explained that I was in line for an express oil change....he said, "oh this lane isn't open". Literally 8 people in the shop looked at me multiple times while they did absolutely nothing. I opted to leave and pay out of pocket instead of take advantage of the jeep wave service program. I won't ever have my car serviced or buy another car from this dealer again....I think this was purchase 5 or 6 in a row, loose too many customer and you don't have a dealership. I'd be completely embarrassed if i was the manager of a department that had service in the name.

We dropped off our vehicle two different times to this dealer to have them look at a couple of…read moreissues. The first time it sat there for four days before they told us they couldn't get to it yet, and we picked it up without having them look at it. The second time we dropped it off we had a prior scheduled loaner vehicle available to us, which was great. After three days, with little communication, it was finally looked at and we were given a quote for repairs. We okayed that number and told them we would hold off on another item that had popped up. Upon picking up our vehicle, we were informed that the final charges were double the number that we had been quoted due to "technician fees", despite us having a quote in writing. evidently there is a separate technician feature charged for each individual item that might need to be looked at. In no way shape or form was that made clear to us prior to agreeing to the work being done. We feel extremely taken advantage of and will never bring our vehicles back to this location for service due to the bait and switch tactics that are used.

Diesel service isn't cheap but let's give some perspective I had a oil change 12 qts and 2 fuel filters changed and the beat old dealers price by 80 dollars and my old dealer the oil change was free I paid the difference on synthetic I had an alternator problem which was covered under warranty john made sure I had a rental it took a second visit which is fine sometimes electrical can be tricky I had to travel outside of the state I am in the military john had the truck waiting for me at my work ready to go and even offered to send a shuttle to my house which is 30 miles from the dealership I am having aftermarket cab lights installed and during the process there were just not up to standard he made some calls to get oem lights and get it done over night and keep the price were it needed to be why not because they couldn't or wouldn't there were worried about wiring quality down the road That's what's important making sure it gets done right and for the right reasons and working to keep it on quote Oh by the way prepaid oil change they are offering is a heck of a deal you should check it out
