Let me start by saying it is extremely difficult to find trustworthy services professionals…read morenowadays, Steve and John are truly some of the most upstanding and honest people I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Not only is their work always immaculate but it also always reasonable priced. I have no problem trusting my vehicles with them. Nor have they ever tried exploiting my limited car knowledge to extract money from me. I have two luxury vehicles(Infiniti Qx56 and Cadillac Escalade) the maintenance on these vehicles can be outrageous at times. I've taken them to their respective dealerships to get issues checked and been told multiple times, well this needs to done, that needs tuning always major issues that need immediate attention. Then I take them to Steve for another opinion and he gives it to me straight. 'No, you don't need all that work. You may need a little of this or that nothing like the dealer says.' Every time Steve or John correct the issue, saving me $100s of dollars and never try to take advantage. Just recently the Infiniti was there for a oil change. Previously we were told about loose parts on the front wheels. They advised to get it fixed, estimated cost almost $800. Steve took the truck in looked it over and said that issues isn't there anymore. You don't need that work done. Like I said earlier I trust them wholeheartedly and was ready to pay that. Steve could have lied and took my money but he didn't. They are truly honest, ethical and trustworthy. Businesses, people like this are rare and deserve all the business they can stand. That is why I've been taking my vehicles here for close to 20 years and will continue to as long as their in business.

It took him 4 and a half hours to do a job he originally quoted me a couple hours. I got there a little before my 9:00 appointment and he didn't even take my car to the back until 10:00. At noon I asked him how much longer it would take and he told me another half hour. I finally got my car back at 1:30. Now he may have actually done a couple hours of work, but that's because every time the phone rang, he would stop what he was doing and talk to whoever was on the phone. One of his buddies showed up and he stopped what he was doing to talk to him. Other customers came in to have their breathalyzers calibrated on their vehicle and he stopped what he was doing to help them out. He actually installed the wrong wiring originally because he had the year of the vehicle wrong, so he had to start over. It really makes me wonder how experienced he really is. I highly recommend taking your car somewhere else for remote installation.

We recently had our mini-van repaired here because they were a preferred vendor associated with our…read moreinsurance company - which means that things are guaranteed for life. They repaired the vehicle - but I felt like some things were not done quite right. I took the van back for another looksie at the physical and mechanical issues. They had an excuse for everything - nothing was their fault. We (the auto body guy, the insurance guy and myself) took a test drive to check out the driving issues and they didn't really think it was their problem. At one point I made the comment that we really treasured our mini-van: "With little kids I can't imagine living without our mini-van." The guy from Grand Buick said "I had kids - and we did just fine without a mini-van." Ok - so I guess I'm an idiot now. The people there - while efficient - were ornery. I don't think they really gave a crap about my vehicle problems - all they cared about was getting their check from the insurance company.
