The service department is a joke. Showed up 20 minutes before the express service lane opened and was first in line at one of the doors. Multiple employees walked by my car and then opened the other door and let the other cars in. 40 MINUTES LATER, an employee comes out and asked me what i was doing. I explained that I was in line for an express oil change....he said, "oh this lane isn't open". Literally 8 people in the shop looked at me multiple times while they did absolutely nothing. I opted to leave and pay out of pocket instead of take advantage of the jeep wave service program. I won't ever have my car serviced or buy another car from this dealer again....I think this was purchase 5 or 6 in a row, loose too many customer and you don't have a dealership. For the love of God, do not get your vehicle serviced at this dealership!!! It is a scam!! Dirty business too!! They take your money and do not fix the issue!! I brought my truck in to be repaired for a service 4 wheel drive light. They "diagnosed" and "fixed" the problem. Upon driving the truck home, the light came back on. I called and they couldn't get me in for another week even though they did not fix the issue. During that visit they diagnosed the problem as something different and attempted to charge me another $510 for the repair. After having to go back and forth they decided to cover the cost and make it right. Upon returning to pick up my vehicle, the start/stop light that also was supposed to be fixed during the first visit came on immediately came on. It was diagnosed as an auxiliary battery which I paid for. I backed it out of the parking spot at the dealership and brought it right up to the service gates never leaving the parking lot. They then proceed to hang onto my vehicle for a week and tell me that the issue has not been present in my vehicle when I brought it in and that it was something that came up while they had my vehicle. They then attempt to charge me $2600 for an issue they "diagnosed" as the problem even though I have not touched the vehicle in over a week and half. They are dirty. Scam artists. Do not service your vehicle here. They will not fix the issue. read more

Total waste of customer time and resources, not to mention trust. Charge me $178.50, literally to replace battery terminal clamps. When the amount was questioned, the response was 'It's a flat rate, the job took an hour and a half, and we discounted the rate' - which still doesn't speak to the amount of time this job was MILKED for. Their explanation was 'before repairs, we "quoted" the time'. When asked why that piece of the service wasn't 15 minutes, which send much more likely, a representative asked "then why didn't you do it yourself?!". Horrible customer service. Updating my review. One week after an oil change on my truck that took them two hours to complete. Truck now drips lots of oil, didn't notice it at first because I went north right after and was parked on gravel for the week, had large oil spots form under the truck once back in my driveway. The drain plug was half way out! They didn't even tighten it!! Not to mention all the oil they spilt over the top of the motor! As someone who has worked in a commercial garage for many years, doing this type of work while going to school. I HIGHLY recommend going elsewhere for your vehicle service needs, whoever runs this place needs to tighten their grip on their standards and the type of people they hire. read more

Do not use their "collision center"!!! I wish I would have had a choice as to where my car went (insurance claim), as it certainly would not have been here. I have never had a good experience with anything "Fox" in GR, and this only furthers that. I've been without my car for almost 6 weeks now. They have pushed back my pick up THREE different time now. I've left voicemails 3 days in a row now, one on the direct voice mail of the manager, and no one can bother to call me back. The one time I could actually get the manager on the phone, he said they would have a loaner available the following Monday (4 days ago), yet here I still sit with no car, and he can't be bothered to return a single phone call. *#@! this place! read more

I had a Transmission issue with my vehicle, and they were able to get me in within the week. I got my car back the day after I brought it in for my appointment. I was able to easily schedule an appointment, and any questions I had were answered swiftly. I loved the text message/web-link option to select which services I wanted preformed on my vehicle, which included the prices. They were able to fix exactly what was wrong with my vehicle, and let me know about potential future issues. I even have a copy of the current condition or warning areas of my vehicle. read more

I was working with the sales team to find and/or order a fully optioned 2020 Durango, as a second car. The sales team was fantastic. Very knowledgeable, willing to listen to my needs and asks, and was great with their followups. While we were waiting for the right 2020 Durango to be found, my current vehicle, a Dodge Charger had a check engine light come on when I started it after breakfast at Anna's house. I decided that since I was going to buy my new suv at Fox and I was right next door, I would bring my car into Fox's service department to have the code scanned and see what was going on (if it was urgent or not).  I talked with the quick lube service rep (very friendly), whom sent me over to the regular service writer whom proceeded to tell me that he would not be able to scan the codes, and that it was required that I make a service appointment and pay a large fee just to have my stored codes read. Very poor customer service, and wouldn't even look at the check engine light while he was working on his morning coffee. None of the other dealers I have been to have ever charged to check what caused a light before. I told the service write this and he more or less said tough luck, that's how we operate here, to which I wished him a good day and took my car to Watsons Dodge whom read the code and advised what they would do. Watsons and Courtesy Dodge both have FANTASTIC service departments willing to work with you. Due to this VERY poor service, and knowing this his how Fox would treat it's customers after a purchase or should anything come up with their vehicles post sale, I will be taking by business elsewhere and would highly recommend other customers to do the same.
